Description

Composite Chinese herbal medicine probiotic feed additive for enhancing growth performance and immune function of broiler chickens
[ technical field ] A method for producing a semiconductor device
The invention relates to a composite Chinese herbal medicine probiotic feed additive and a preparation method thereof, in particular to a composite Chinese herbal medicine probiotic feed additive for enhancing the growth performance and the immune function of broiler chickens and a preparation method thereof, belonging to the field of feed additives.
[ background of the invention ]
The poultry breeding industry plays an important role in the animal husbandry in China, wherein the total chicken yield is the second in the world, and the export of chicken is the first in earning foreign exchange and discharging meat products. However, the broiler breeding industry in China, particularly the yellow feather broiler breeding industry, is in the key stage of upgrading transformation, various contradictions are prominent, such as epidemic diseases are frequently caused by backward production mode, worsening breeding environment and the like, and then a large amount of antibiotics are abused in disease prevention, health care, growth promotion and epidemic disease treatment of the broiler breeding industry, but a series of negative problems of bacterial drug resistance, drug residue, food safety, environmental pollution, public health and the like are increasingly prominent due to long-term and large-amount use of the antibiotics. Therefore, the method finds a green, safe, healthy and effective animal-protective product which has the effects of disease prevention and health care, and the like and can improve the growth performance, improves the body resistance and the intestinal health, is used for replacing or reducing the using amount of antibiotics in the production of the broiler chickens, is an important problem which must be solved by the feed industry, and is a necessary way for constructing a modern broiler chicken production system which is high in quality, safe, resource-saving and eco-friendly.
With the progress of society, the improvement of the living standard of people and the enhancement of self-health care consciousness, people not only need rich nutrition but also need safety, sanitation and health care when selecting livestock and poultry products, and the most fundamental one is that no antibiotic medicine residue exists. Therefore, the search for a feed additive which can replace antibacterial drugs and chemical growth promoters, has no drug residues, drug resistance and side effects, and can effectively promote growth is an issue of great attention of people in recent years, wherein Chinese herbal medicines and probiotics especially become important research objects for replacing antibiotics at home and abroad to play the effects of preventing diseases and promoting growth.
The Chinese herbal medicine feed additive has the functions of promoting the growth of broiler chickens and preventing and treating diseases due to the safety, harmlessness, small toxic and side effect, little residue and no drug resistance, is increasingly emphasized and is widely tested and used, so that the 1773 bulletin of the ministry of agriculture allows more than 115 natural plants to be used as plant raw materials for feeding. The Chinese herbal medicine is homologous with food, and has the characteristics of naturalness, integral and bidirectional effect, less toxic and side effect, difficult generation of drug resistance and less formation of harmful residues in vivo. Therefore, under the influence of the world trend of 'returning to nature', the Chinese herbal medicine is gradually accepted by more and more people at home and abroad. Although a plurality of broader-spectrum antibacterial drugs with stronger functions are developed successively, the development speed of new antibacterial drugs can not obviously follow the generation speed of drug-resistant strains, and the time and the cost for developing a new antibacterial drug are very large. Chinese herbal medicines make great contribution to the health of Chinese people and even people in the world for thousands of years, and play a positive role in modern prevention and control of bacterial infection diseases. Due to the nature of the Chinese herbal medicines, the Chinese herbal medicines have the characteristics of safety to the environment, low relative cost, safer application to animals, particularly edible animals and the like, and have very wide prospects in the aspects of health care and epidemic disease prevention and control in the healthy breeding of the broilers.
Microbial ecological agents (Microbial ecological agents) are live bacterial agents containing beneficial microorganisms and their metabolites developed according to the theory of microecology, and act by maintaining the microecological balance in the intestinal tract. The microecological preparation has the advantages of promoting intestinal health and digestion, preventing and treating diseases, enhancing organism immunity, promoting growth, being green and safe, having no toxic or side effect and no residue, so the microecological preparation is recognized as a feed additive hopefully replacing antibiotics in the world, a plurality of countries already use the microecological preparation in large quantity, and the number of beneficial strains which can be used for the feed and are issued by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA) in 1989 reaches 43. The department of agriculture in China published 12 strains which can be used as feed-grade microbial additives for animal production in 1999, and the feed additive variety catalog published 16 strains which can be directly fed to animals in 2008.
Therefore, it is necessary to provide a composite Chinese herbal medicine probiotic feed additive and a preparation method thereof, so as to achieve the effects of improving the growth speed of broiler chickens, reducing the feed-weight ratio, enhancing the immune function of the broiler chickens and promoting healthy breeding.
