Abstract
主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂,由黄芪;当归;桂枝;白芍;乌梅;焦楂;肉桂;木香;猴头菇;海藻;夏枯草;甘草和去离子水组成,其中各组分使用的质量份比为:黄芪20‑25份;当归15‑20份;桂枝15‑20份;白芍20‑25份;乌梅10‑15份;焦楂5‑10份;肉桂3‑5份;木香3‑5份;猴头菇3‑5份;海藻5‑8份;夏枯草3‑5份;甘草15‑20份和去离子水800~1200份。本发明将黄芪;当归;桂枝;白芍;乌梅;焦楂;肉桂;木香;猴头菇和甘草配伍用于急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的调理治疗,长期使用可增强机体免疫力,调节阴阳平衡,从而发挥整体调节作用以达到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的目的。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种肠胃养护药物,具体涉及一种主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂及其配制方法。
背景技术
溃疡性结肠炎包括急性溃疡性结肠炎和慢性溃疡性结肠炎,其病因尚未完全阐明,主要是侵及结肠黏膜的慢性非特异性炎性疾病,常始自左半结肠,可向结肠近端乃至全结肠,以连续方式逐渐进展。临床症状轻重不一,可有缓解与发作相交替,患者可仅有结肠症状,也可伴发全身症状。目前治疗药剂多为西药,例如美沙拉秦和柳氮磺吡啶,但是长期服用对身体健康具有较大的副作用。
发明内容
本发明针对现有技术存在的不足,提供了一种主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂及其配制方法。
本发明解决其技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂,由黄芪;当归;桂枝;白芍;乌梅;焦楂;肉桂;木香;猴头菇;海藻;夏枯草;甘草和去离子水组成,其中各组分使用的质量份比为:黄芪20-25份;当归15-20份;桂枝15-20份;白芍20-25份;乌梅10-15份;焦楂5-10份;肉桂3-5份;木香3-5份;猴头菇3-5份;海藻5-8份;夏枯草3-5份;甘草15-20份和去离子水800~1200份。
上述主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂的配制方法,具体方法步骤如下:
(1)将黄芪;当归;桂枝;白芍;乌梅;焦楂;肉桂;木香;猴头菇;海藻;夏枯草和甘草按照配比分别称量,然后经过九蒸九晒后,再这些药物加水浸泡经过煎煮提取,每次煎完都进行过滤,取滤液备用;
(2)将滤液采用低温真空浓缩,然后进行高速离心沉淀,取上清液备用;
(3)将去离子水加入到混合罐中,启动搅拌,然后将步骤(2)得到的上清液加入至混合罐中,搅拌均匀;
(4)将混合罐中的液体分瓶灌装,高温灭菌后便可得到成品。
本发明主治多囊卵巢所致卵泡发育不良的中药饮剂配方中:1、黄芪:具有补气固表,利尿托毒,排脓,敛疮生肌的功效。2、当归:补血和血,调经止痛,润燥滑肠。3、桂枝:发汗解肌,温经通脉,助阳化气,散寒止痛。4、白芍:补血养血、平抑肝阳、敛阴止汗。5、乌梅:敛肺,涩肠,生津,安蛔,有消毒的功能,也防止食物在肠胃里腐化。。6、焦楂:消食化积导滞。7、肉桂:补元阳,暖脾胃,除积冷,通脉止痛和止泻的功效。8、木香:行气止痛;调中导滞。9、猴头菇:性平、味甘,利五脏,助消化;具有健胃,补虚,抗癌,益肾精之功效。10、海藻:消痰软坚、散结消肿。11、夏枯草:消痰软坚、散结消肿。12、甘草:清热解毒、祛痰止咳。
本发明将黄芪;当归;桂枝;白芍;乌梅;焦楂;肉桂;木香;猴头菇和甘草配伍用于急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的调理治疗,长期使用可增强机体免疫力,调节阴阳平衡,从而发挥整体调节作用以达到治疗溃疡性结肠炎的目的。

1.一种主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂,其特征是由黄芪;当归;桂枝;白芍;乌梅;焦楂;肉桂;木香;猴头菇;海藻;夏枯草;甘草和去离子水组成,其中各组分使用的质量份比为:黄芪20-25份;当归15-20份;桂枝15-20份;白芍20-25份;乌梅10-15份;焦楂5-10份;肉桂3-5份;木香3-5份;猴头菇3-5份;海藻5-8份;夏枯草3-5份;甘草15-20份和去离子水800~1200份。
2.权利要求1所述的主治急慢性溃疡性结肠炎的中药饮剂的配制方法,其特征是具体方法步骤如下:
