本发明涉及一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带,包括水带本体,水带本体包括由聚乙烯扁丝编织成的管壁,述管壁两侧通过粘结层粘结有聚乙烯薄膜层,管壁的外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层通过粘结层揉结成多层聚乙烯薄膜层重叠覆盖的折叠聚乙烯薄膜涂层,聚乙烯薄膜涂层外覆盖有加强层,所述加强层外覆盖有防火绝热层。本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:在管壁外增加了聚乙烯薄膜层,增加了耐磨性,可有效的防止管壁渗漏,延长了耐压水带的使用寿命;管壁外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层呈多层揉结的聚乙烯薄膜涂层,进一步的增加了耐磨性;聚乙烯薄膜涂层外的加强层、加强层外的防火绝热层能进一步的增强水带本体的强度,延长使用寿命。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种水管,尤其涉及一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带。
背景技术
水带常用于农业灌溉、城市绿化浇灌、养殖业或建筑业、矿山输水等领域,由于耐压水带用后可以重新卷起。体积小、重量轻、使用方便,因而深受使用者欢迎。现有的耐压水带一般都设置有由聚酯纤维经纬交织而成的编织层,编织层具有较强的抗拉防裂性能,但防水性能差,若在编织层外设有淋膜层,则在淋膜层释放热量是会烫伤编织层,使得编织层的性能下降,因此现有的消防水带的耐压性、耐磨性性能差、使用性能低。
因此,应该提供一种新的技术方案解决上述问题。
发明内容
本发明提供一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带。
为达到上述目的,本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带,包括水带本体,水带本体包括由聚乙烯扁丝编织成的管壁,述管壁两侧通过粘结层粘结有聚乙烯薄膜层,管壁的外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层通过粘结层揉结成多层聚乙烯薄膜层重叠覆盖的折叠聚乙烯薄膜涂层,聚乙烯薄膜涂层外覆盖有加强层,所述加强层外覆盖有防火绝热层。
粘结层为淋膜层。
防火绝热层为蛭石覆盖层。
管壁内表面的聚乙烯薄膜层内表面设有防水层。
由于上述技术方案运用,本发明与现有技术相比具有下列优点:
1、在管壁外增加了聚乙烯薄膜层,增加了耐压性,可有效的防止管壁渗漏,延长了耐压水带的使用寿命;
2、管壁外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层呈多层揉结的聚乙烯薄膜涂层,进一步的增加了耐磨性;
3、聚乙烯薄膜涂层外的加强层、加强层外的防火绝热层能进一步的增强水带本体的强度,延长使用寿命。

如图1所示,本发明的一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带,包括水带本体,水带本体包括由聚乙烯扁丝编织成的管壁1,管壁1两侧通过粘结层2粘结有聚乙烯薄膜层3,管壁1的外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层3通过粘结层2揉结成多层聚乙烯薄膜层重叠覆盖的折叠聚乙烯薄膜涂层,聚乙烯薄膜涂层外覆盖有加强层4,加强层4外覆盖有防火绝热层5,粘结层2为淋膜层;防火绝热层5为蛭石覆盖层;管壁1内表面的聚乙烯薄膜层3内表面设有防水层6。在管壁1外增加了聚乙烯薄膜层,增加了耐压性,可有效的防止管壁1渗漏,延长了耐压水带的使用寿命;管壁1外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层3呈多层揉结的聚乙烯薄膜涂层,进一步的增加了耐磨性;聚乙烯薄膜涂层外的加强层4、加强层4外的防火绝热层5能进一步的增强水带本体的强度,延长使用寿命。

1.一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带,包括水带本体,其特征在于:所述水带本体包括由聚乙烯扁丝编织成的管壁,所述管壁两侧通过粘结层粘结有聚乙烯薄膜层,所述管壁的外表面的聚乙烯薄膜层通过粘结层揉结成多层聚乙烯薄膜层重叠覆盖的折叠聚乙烯薄膜涂层,所述聚乙烯薄膜涂层外覆盖有加强层,所述加强层外覆盖有防火绝热层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带,其特征在于:所述粘结层为淋膜层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种高耐压高耐磨消防水带,其特征在于:所述防火绝热层为蛭石覆盖层。
