本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,机架上设有混料筒和送料筒,混料筒内设有转杆和电加热器,转杆由第一电机驱动转动,其上分布有旋转刀片;送料筒上设有出料口,出料口内设有电控阀,送料筒内设有送料螺杆,送料螺杆由第二电机驱动转动,送料筒外周还设有辅助加热机构;送料筒出料口通过管道连接模头,模头的出料侧设有轧辊组,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊,冷却辊出料侧设有切割辊组,切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊,收卷辊由第二驱动装置驱动转动。本发明提出的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,劳动强度低,连续性强,工作稳定,生产效率高,生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、质地均匀光滑,成膜效果好。

技术领域
本发明涉及塑料薄膜领域,尤其涉及一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置。
背景技术
塑料薄膜是用聚氯乙烯、聚乙烯、聚丙烯、聚苯乙烯以及其他树脂制成的薄膜,广泛地应用于食品、医药、化工等领域,给人们生活带来了极大的便利。传统的塑料薄膜生产装置操作不便,劳动强度大,物料混合效果差,加热熔化效果也不甚理想,易造成塑料原料推送与挤出不够顺畅,且其成膜效果差,精度以及加工效率均有待提高。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,以解决上述技术问题。
本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,包括机架,机架上设有混料筒和送料筒,混料筒位于送料筒上方,并通过送料管与送料筒连通,所述送料管内滑动连接有挡料板,挡料板由气缸驱动水平运动,混料筒内设有转杆和电加热器,转杆由第一电机驱动转动,其上分布有旋转刀片,电加热器位于转杆外周,并相对转杆靠近混料筒底部;送料筒上设有出料口,所述出料口内设有电控阀,送料筒内设有送料螺杆,送料螺杆由第二电机驱动转动,送料筒外周还设有辅助加热机构;送料筒出料口通过管道连接模头,模头的出料侧设有轧辊组,所述轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊,轧辊能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,使得相邻轧辊之间的距离可调,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊和印花辊,所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊,所述印花辊与冷却辊之间设有第一导向辊,冷却辊出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊与所述切割辊组之间设有第二导向辊,所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊和下切辊,所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊,收卷辊由第二驱动装置驱动转动。
优选地,轧辊组和印花辊组之间设有切割装置。
优选地,切割装置包括相互配合的上切刀和下切刀,上切刀和下切刀由第三驱动装置驱动上下运动。
优选地,辅助加热机构包括保温套和辅助加热器,保温套套接在送料筒外周,并与送料筒之间形成有加热腔,辅助加热器位于所述加热腔内。
优选地,混料筒内底部还设有过滤网。
优选地,印花辊与支撑辊之间的距离可调。
优选地,上切辊周向两列环形凸起,下切辊上设有与所述环形凸起配合的环形凹槽。
本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,将各组分的物料按一定配比投入混料筒内,第一电机驱动转杆带动旋转刀片转动,旋转刀片在转动过程中对物料进行切割并混合,电加热器则对物料进行加热,使得物料发生熔化。预定时间后,气缸活塞杆带动挡料板向外运动,熔化后的物料由混料筒进入送料筒,第二电机驱动送料螺杆转动,物料受送料螺杆的挤压作用被推送朝向出料口,打开电控阀,物料即由出料口挤出至模头,受模头作用挤压成预定形状后,进入轧辊组,受轧辊的作用被挤压成薄膜后,进入由支撑辊和印花辊组成的印花辊组内,受印花辊组作用被涂抹上预定图案后,通过第一导向辊缠绕在冷却辊上,受冷却辊冷却成型后,通过第二导向辊水平进入由上切辊和下切辊组成的切割辊组内,受切割辊组作用被切割成预定宽度后,缠绕在由第二驱动装置驱动转动的收卷辊内。本发明提出的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,劳动强度低,连续性强,工作稳定,生产效率高,生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、质地均匀光滑,成膜效果好。

具体实施方式

参照图1,本发明提出的一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,包括机架1,机架1上设有混料筒2和送料筒3,混料筒2位于送料筒3上方,并通过送料管与送料筒3连通,所述送料管内滑动连接有挡料板4,挡料板4由气缸5驱动水平运动,混料筒2内设有转杆7和电加热器8,转杆7由第一电机6驱动转动,其上分布有旋转刀片9,电加热器8位于转杆7外周,并相对转杆7靠近混料筒2底部;送料筒3上设有出料口,所述出料口内设有电控阀10,送料筒3内设有送料螺杆11,送料螺杆11由第二电机12驱动转动,送料筒3外周还设有辅助加热机构;送料筒2出料口通过管道连接模头13,模头13的出料侧设有轧辊组,所述轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊14,轧辊14能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,使得相邻轧辊14之间的距离可调,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊15和印花辊16,所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊17,所述印花辊与冷却辊17之间设有第一导向辊18,冷却辊17出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊17与所述切割辊组之间设有第二导向辊19,所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊20和下切辊21,所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊22,收卷辊22由第二驱动装置23驱动转动。
本方案原理如下:将各组分的物料按一定配比投入混料筒2内,第一电机6驱动转杆7带动旋转刀片9转动,旋转刀片9在转动过程中对物料进行切割并混合,电加热器8则对物料进行加热,使得物料发生熔化。预定时间后,气缸5活塞杆带动挡料板4向外运动,熔化后的物料由混料筒2进入送料筒3,第二电机12驱动送料螺杆11转动,物料受送料螺杆11的挤压作用被推送朝向出料口,打开电控阀10,物料即由出料口挤出至模头13,受模头13作用挤压成预定形状后,进入轧辊组,受轧辊14的作用被挤压成薄膜后,进入由支撑辊15和印花辊16组成的印花辊组内,受印花辊组作用被涂抹上预定图案后,通过第一导向辊18缠绕在冷却辊17上,受冷却辊17冷却成型后,通过第二导向辊19水平进入由上切辊20和下切辊21组成的切割辊组内,受切割辊组作用被切割成预定宽度后,缠绕在由第二驱动装置23驱动转动的收卷辊内。
所述轧辊组和印花辊组之间设有切割装置,具体地,所述切割装置包括相互配合的上切刀25和下切刀24,上切刀25和下切刀24由第三驱动装置驱动上下运动。当缠绕在收卷辊23上的塑料薄膜达到预定厚度后,可通过所述切割装置将塑料薄膜切断。
物料在出料过程中,可通过辅助加热器对物料进行辅助加热,使物料保持塑化状态,以保证后续加工效果。具体地,所述辅助加热机构包括保温套26和辅助加热器27,保温套26套接在送料筒3外周,并与送料筒3之间形成有加热腔,辅助加热器27位于所述加热腔内。通过所述保温套26可对送料筒进行保温,有效防止热量损失
混料筒2内底部还设有过滤网28,通过过滤网28可将大颗粒的物料隔绝在过滤网28之外,保证了对物料的熔化效果。
印花辊16与支撑辊15之间的距离可调,可实现对不同厚度塑料薄膜的印花操作。
为保证生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、稳定,上切辊20周向两列环形凸起,下切辊21上设有与所述环形凸起配合的环形凹槽。
本发明提出的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,劳动强度低,连续性强,工作稳定,生产效率高,生产出来的塑料薄膜宽度均一、质地均匀光滑,成膜效果好。

1.一种塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,其特征在于,包括机架(1),机架(1)上设有混料筒(2)和送料筒(3),混料筒(2)位于送料筒(3)上方,并通过送料管与送料筒(3)连通,所述送料管内滑动连接有挡料板(4),挡料板(4)由气缸(5)驱动水平运动,混料筒(2)内设有转杆(7)和电加热器(8),转杆(7)由第一电机(6)驱动转动,其上分布有旋转刀片(9),电加热器(8)位于转杆(7)外周,并相对转杆(7)靠近混料筒(2)底部;送料筒(3)上设有出料口,所述出料口内设有电控阀(10),送料筒(3)内设有送料螺杆(11),送料螺杆(11)由第二电机(12)驱动转动,送料筒(3)外周还设有辅助加热机构;送料筒(3)出料口通过管道连接模头(13),模头(13)的出料侧设有轧辊组,所述轧辊组包括多个呈上下位布置的轧辊(14),轧辊(14)能由第一驱动装置驱动上下运动,使得相邻轧辊(14)之间的距离可调,轧辊组出料侧设有印花辊组,所述印花辊组包括相互配合的支撑辊(15)和印花辊(16),所述印花辊组出料侧设有冷却辊(17),所述印花辊与冷却辊(17)之间设有第一导向辊(18),冷却辊(17)出料侧设有切割辊组,冷却辊(17)与所述切割辊组之间设有第二导向辊(19),所述切割辊组包括相互配合的上切辊(20)和下切辊(21),所述切割辊组出料侧设有收卷辊(22),收卷辊(22)由第二驱动装置(23)驱动转动。
2.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,其特征在于,所述轧辊组和印花辊组之间设有切割装置。
3.根据权利要求2所述的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,其特征在于,所述切割装置包括相互配合的上切刀(25)和下切刀(24),上切刀(25)和下切刀(24)由第三驱动装置驱动上下运动。
4.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,其特征在于,所述辅助加热机构包括保温套(26)和辅助加热器(27),保温套(26)套接在送料筒(3)外周,并与送料筒(3)之间形成有加热腔,辅助加热器(27)位于所述加热腔内。
5.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,其特征在于,所述混料筒(2)内底部还设有所述过滤网(28)。
6.根据权利要求1所述的塑料薄膜连续化生产装置,其特征在于,所述印花辊(16)与所述支撑辊(15)之间的距离可调。
