Abstract

本发明涉及一种发电机支架加工用夹具，包括底板，底板上中部后侧安装有油缸垫块，油缸垫块上固装有液压转角缸，底板上左部自后而前依次安装有一个定位支撑座、一个固定支撑座以及预支撑杆；底板上右部自后而前依次安装有一个固定支撑座和一个定位支撑座；底板上右端安装有辅助支撑座。本发明是在对发电机支架进行两点定位以及辅助支撑的基础上，通过液压转角缸发电机支架进行压紧固定，达到方便对发电机支架进行加工的效果，此外，本发明结构简单，设备成本较低。

一种发电机支架加工用夹具
技术领域
本发明涉及一种治具，具体的说是一种发电机支架加工用夹具。
背景技术
治具是一个木工、铁工、钳工、机械、电控以及其他一些手工艺品的大类工具，主要是作为协助控制位置或动作的一种工具。在对汽车发电机支架进行加工时，需要将该发电机支架进行合理的安装固定，以方便进行加工，但传统的治具或是夹具不仅难以实现这一功能而且结构复杂，设备成本较大。
发明内容
为了能够方便对发电机支架进行加工，本发明提出了一种发电机支架加工用夹具。
本发明所要解决的技术问题采用以下技术方案来实现：
一种发电机支架加工用夹具，包括底板，所述底板上中部后侧安装有油缸垫块，所述油缸垫块上固装有液压转角缸，所述底板上左部自后而前依次安装有一个定位支撑座、一个固定支撑座以及预支撑杆；所述底板上右部自后而前依次安装有一个固定支撑座和一个定位支撑座；所述底板上右端安装有辅助支撑座。
本发明在使用时，只需将发电机支架左端靠后侧的孔与左侧的定位支撑座的圆柱销相连，将发电机支架中部靠前侧的孔与右侧的定位支撑座的圆柱销相连，实现两点定位。其中，发电机支架的前端通过辅助支撑座、预支撑杆进行支撑。随后便可通过液压转角缸的压臂分别旋转至适合的位置进行向后压，将发电机支架压紧，进而将发电机支架固定，以方便进行加工。
本发明的有益效果是：
本发明是在对发电机支架进行两点定位以及辅助支撑的基础上，通过液压转角缸发电机支架进行压紧固定，达到方便对发电机支架进行加工的效果，此外，本发明结构简单，设备成本较低。

具体实施方式
为了使本发明实现的技术手段、创作特征、达成目的与功效易于明白了解，下面对本发明进一步阐述。
如图1至图2所示，一种发电机支架加工用夹具，包括底板1，所述底板1上中部后侧安装有油缸垫块6，所述油缸垫块6上固装有液压转角缸7，所述底板1上左部自后而前依次安装有一个定位支撑座3、一个固定支撑座4以及预支撑杆5；所述底板1上右部自后而前依次安装有一个固定支撑座4和一个定位支撑座3；所述底板1上右端安装有辅助支撑座2。
本发明在使用时，只需将发电机支架左端靠后侧的孔与左侧的定位支撑座3的圆柱销相连，将发电机支架中部靠前侧的孔与右侧的定位支撑座3的圆柱销相连，实现两点定位。其中，发电机支架的前端通过辅助支撑座2、预支撑杆5进行支撑。随后便可通过液压转角缸7的压臂分别旋转至适合的位置进行向后压，将发电机支架压紧，进而将发电机支架固定，以方便进行加工。
