Abstract
本发明公开了一种一体式一机四枪充电桩,包括机柜,所述机柜前后两侧上端均对称设有两个操作显示屏,操作显示屏上方设有指示灯,每个操作显示屏下方均设有一个充电刷卡处;机柜前后两侧两个显示屏之间各设有一个急停按钮;机柜左右两侧下端各连接有两根充电线缆,充电线缆前端设有充电枪,充电枪上设有手柄;机柜左右两侧上端各设有两个充电枪放置口,充电枪放置在充电枪放置口内。本发明结构设计合理,设有四个充电枪,能够同时给四个电动汽车进行充电,实现一机四充,具有快慢充两种充电模式,使用一把枪时能够进行快速充电,使用多把枪进行均充,满足使用需求。节省了充电桩的占地面积,增加充电个数,免除等待。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种充电桩,具体是一种一体式一机四枪充电桩。
背景技术
充电桩其功能类似于加油站里面的加油机,可以固定在地面或墙壁,安装于公共建筑(公共楼宇、商场、公共停车场等)和居民小区停车场或充电站内,可以根据不同的电压等级为各种型号的电动汽车充电。充电桩的输入端与交流电网直接连接,输出端都装有充电插头用于为电动汽车充电。充电桩一般提供常规充电和快速充电两种充电方式,人们可以使用特定的充电卡在充电桩提供的人机交互操作界面上刷卡使用,进行相应的充电方式、充电时间、费用数据打印等操作,充电桩显示屏能显示充电量、费用、充电时间等数据。
现有的充电桩只有两个充电枪,只能同时最多供两辆车充电,无法满足使用需求。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种一体式一机四枪充电桩,以解决上述背景技术中提出的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提供如下技术方案:
一种一体式一机四枪充电桩,包括机柜,所述机柜前后两侧上端均对称设有两个操作显示屏,操作显示屏上方设有指示灯,每个操作显示屏下方均设有一个充电刷卡处;机柜前后两侧两个显示屏之间各设有一个急停按钮;机柜左右两侧下端各连接有两根充电线缆,充电线缆前端设有充电枪,充电枪上设有手柄;机柜左右两侧上端各设有两个充电枪放置口,充电枪放置在充电枪放置口内。
作为本发明进一步的方案:所述机柜前侧设有柜门,柜门上安装有门锁。
作为本发明再进一步的方案:所述机柜左右两侧上端各设有两个挂钩,充电线缆悬挂在挂钩上。
与现有技术相比,本发明的有益效果是:本发明结构设计合理,设有四个充电枪,能够同时给四个电动汽车进行充电,实现一机四充,具有快慢充两种充电模式,使用一把枪时能够进行快速充电,使用多把枪进行均充,满足使用需求。节省了充电桩的占地面积,增加充电个数,免除等待。

请参阅图1~3,一种一体式一机四枪充电桩,包括机柜10,所述机柜10前后两侧上端均对称设有两个操作显示屏1,操作显示屏1上方设有指示灯2,每个操作显示屏1下方均设有一个充电刷卡处4;机柜10前后两侧两个显示屏1之间各设有一个急停按钮3,在出现问题的时候能够及时停止使用;机柜10左右两侧下端各连接有两根充电线缆9,充电线缆9前端设有充电枪8,充电枪8上设有手柄7,便于手持;机柜10左右两侧上端各设有两个充电枪放置口,充电枪8放置在充电枪放置口内。
进一步的,本发明所述机柜10前侧设有柜门,柜门上安装有门锁5,打开门锁5就能够对机柜10内部的设备进行检修。
进一步的,本发明所述机柜10左右两侧上端各设有两个挂钩6,充电线缆7悬挂在挂钩6上,放置充电线缆9打结,减少磨损。
本发明设有四个充电枪8,能够同时给四个电动汽车进行充电,实现一机四充,具有快慢充两种充电模式,使用一把枪时能够进行快速充电,使用多把枪进行均充,满足使用需求。节省了充电桩的占地面积,增加充电个数,免除等待。

1.一种一体式一机四枪充电桩,包括机柜(10),其特征在于:所述机柜(10)前后两侧上端均对称设有两个操作显示屏(1),操作显示屏(1)上方设有指示灯(2),每个操作显示屏(1)下方均设有一个充电刷卡处(4);机柜(10)前后两侧两个显示屏(1)之间各设有一个急停按钮(3);机柜(10)左右两侧下端各连接有两根充电线缆(9),充电线缆(9)前端设有充电枪(8),充电枪(8)上设有手柄(7);机柜(10)左右两侧上端各设有两个充电枪放置口,充电枪(8)放置在充电枪放置口内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一体式一机四枪充电桩,其特征在于:所述机柜(10)前侧设有柜门,柜门上安装有门锁(5)。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一体式一机四枪充电桩,其特征在于:所述机柜(10)左右两侧上端各设有两个挂钩(6),充电线缆(7)悬挂在挂钩(6)上。
