Abstract
本发明公开了一种管件密封连接头,包括管接头本体、连接插头体、活接螺母、钢珠、第一密封圈和第二密封圈,所述管接头本体的外壁上设有与活接螺母配合的连接螺纹面,所述管接头本体的内壁设有第一密封圈,所述管接头本体的端部设有第一锥形面,所述第一锥形面内设有第二密封圈,所述活接螺母内嵌装有连接插头体,所述连接插头体上设有定位凸体,所述定位凸体与活接螺母的挡边相配合,所述连接插头体的左端设有插接部,所述插接部与有第一锥形面相配合,所述插接部内设有若干个钢珠,所述钢珠与管接头本体的端面相配合,双重密封圈提高了接头与管的连接密封性,楔形面对钢珠具有径向的预紧力锁紧管件,避免振动引起连接的松动。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及连接件领域,特别是一种管件密封连接头。
【背景技术】
管件是管道***中起连接、控制、变向、分流、密封、支撑等作用的零部件的统称,是将管子连接管路的重要组成部分,管接头是一种在流体通路中能装拆的连接件,在使用时,具有锁紧螺母的一端用于与机器设备可拆卸连接,另一端用于插接在管内。现有的管接头在使用过程中可能会出现泄露的现象,并且由于振动引起连接松动现象,连接不够可靠,因此提出一种管件密封连接头。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的就是解决现有技术中的问题,提出一种管件密封连接头,利用双重密封圈提高了接头与管的连接密封性,避免连接***发生泄漏问题,利用连接插头体与钢珠配合,楔形面对钢珠具有径向的预紧力锁紧管件,避免振动引起连接的松动。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种管件密封连接头,包括管接头本体、连接插头体、活接螺母、钢珠、第一密封圈和第二密封圈,所述管接头本体的外壁上设有与活接螺母配合的连接螺纹面,所述管接头本体的内壁设有第二环形卡槽,所述第二环形卡槽内设有第一密封圈,所述管接头本体的端部设有第一锥形面,所述第一锥形面内设有第一环形卡槽,所述第一环形卡槽内设有第二密封圈,所述活接螺母内嵌装有连接插头体,所述连接插头体上设有定位凸体,所述定位凸体与活接螺母的挡边相配合,所述连接插头体的左端设有插接部,所述插接部与有第一锥形面相配合,所述插接部内设有若干个钢珠,所述钢珠与管接头本体的端面相配合。
作为优选,所述插接部的外壁设有第二锥形面,所述第二锥形面与有第一锥形面相配合,所述插接部的内壁设有第三锥形面,所述第三锥形面与钢珠相配合。
作为优选,所述第一锥形面与第二锥形面的锥度相同。
作为优选,所述定位凸体为环形凸体,所述定位凸体的截面形状为矩形,所述定位凸体的右壁紧贴挡边。
作为优选,所述连接插头体右端的拐角设有圆弧过渡。
本发明的有益效果:本发明通过管管接头本体、连接插头体、活接螺母、钢珠、第一密封圈和第二密封圈的配合,利用双重密封圈提高了接头与管的连接密封性,避免连接***发生泄漏问题,利用连接插头体与钢珠配合,楔形面对钢珠具有径向的预紧力锁紧管件,避免振动引起连接的松动。

参阅图1本发明一种管件密封连接头,包括管接头本体1、连接插头体2、活接螺母3、钢珠4、第一密封圈5和第二密封圈6,所述管接头本体1的外壁上设有与活接螺母3配合的连接螺纹面,所述管接头本体1的内壁设有第二环形卡槽13,所述第二环形卡槽13内设有第一密封圈5,所述管接头本体1的端部设有第一锥形面11,所述第一锥形面11内设有第一环形卡槽14,所述第一环形卡槽14内设有第二密封圈6,所述活接螺母3内嵌装有连接插头体2,所述连接插头体2上设有定位凸体25,所述定位凸体25与活接螺母3的挡边31相配合,所述连接插头体2的左端设有插接部21,所述插接部21与有第一锥形面11相配合,所述插接部21内设有若干个钢珠4,所述钢珠4与管接头本体1的端面12相配合。所述插接部21的外壁设有第二锥形面23,所述第二锥形面23与有第一锥形面11相配合,所述插接部21的内壁设有第三锥形面22,所述第三锥形面22与钢珠4相配合。所述第一锥形面11与第二锥形面23的锥度相同。所述定位凸体25为环形凸体,所述定位凸体25的截面形状为矩形,所述定位凸体25的右壁紧贴挡边31。所述连接插头体2右端的拐角设有圆弧过渡24。
本发明工作过程:
本发明一种管件密封连接头在工作过程中,将管***管接头本体1,第一密封圈5与管件的外壁紧密接触,然后旋紧活接螺母3,在旋紧的过程中,活接螺母3与连接插头体2配合,挡边31驱动定位凸体25向前移动,第二锥形面23与第一锥形面11紧密接触,此时第二密封圈6的外圈挤压第二锥形面23,双重密封圈提高了接头与管的连接密封性,避免连接***发生泄漏问题,钢珠4在端面12的驱动下移向第二锥形面22,此时第二锥形面22对钢珠4产生径向的作用力,钢珠4对管件进行锁紧,利用连接插头体与钢珠配合,楔形面对钢珠具有径向的预紧力锁紧管件,避免振动引起连接的松动。

1.一种管件密封连接头,其特征在于:包括管接头本体(1)、连接插头体(2)、活接螺母(3)、钢珠(4)、第一密封圈(5)和第二密封圈(6),所述管接头本体(1)的外壁上设有与活接螺母(3)配合的连接螺纹面,所述管接头本体(1)的内壁设有第二环形卡槽(13),所述第二环形卡槽(13)内设有第一密封圈(5),所述管接头本体(1)的端部设有第一锥形面(11),所述第一锥形面(11)内设有第一环形卡槽(14),所述第一环形卡槽(14)内设有第二密封圈(6),所述活接螺母(3)内嵌装有连接插头体(2),所述连接插头体(2)上设有定位凸体(25),所述定位凸体(25)与活接螺母(3)的挡边(31)相配合,所述连接插头体(2)的左端设有插接部(21),所述插接部(21)与有第一锥形面(11)相配合,所述插接部(21)内设有若干个钢珠(4),所述钢珠(4)与管接头本体(1)的端面(12)相配合。
2.如权利要求1所述的所述的一种管件密封连接头,其特征在于:所述插接部(21)的外壁设有第二锥形面(23),所述第二锥形面(23)与有第一锥形面(11)相配合,所述插接部(21)的内壁设有第三锥形面(22),所述第三锥形面(22)与钢珠(4)相配合。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的所述的一种管件密封连接头,其特征在于:所述第一锥形面(11)与第二锥形面(23)的锥度相同。
4.如权利要求1所述的所述的一种管件密封连接头,其特征在于:所述定位凸体(25)为环形凸体,所述定位凸体(25)的截面形状为矩形,所述定位凸体(25)的右壁紧贴挡边(31)。
5.如权利要求1所述的所述的一种管件密封连接头,其特征在于:所述连接插头体(2)右端的拐角设有圆弧过渡(24)。
