The second part of the adjusting seat 8 may be a semicircular structure, which is configured to match with the structural form of the motor mounting seat 9, a part of the motor mounting seat 9 is connected to the support 6, for example, a part of the motor mounting seat 9 is connected to the support 6 through the adjusting seat 8, another part of the motor mounting seat 9 is used to mount a motor 10 for driving the brush to rotate, an output shaft of the motor 10 is connected to the disc brush mounting seat 11, and the disc brush mounting seat 11 is used to mount the disc brush 12.
As a specific example of the left-right inclination angle adjusting mechanism, the left-right inclination angle adjusting mechanism includes an elongated hole extending in the left-right direction and provided in the motor mounting base 9 to adjust the left-right mounting position of the disc brush 12 through the elongated hole, thereby adjusting the left-right inclination angle of the brush relative to the road surface to be cleaned.
As shown in fig. 8, the motor mount 9 includes a connecting plate 901 and a mounting seat plate 902, the connecting plate 901 is connected to the mounting seat plate 902, and makes the motor mount 9 substantially L-shaped, the connecting plate 901 is used for connecting to the bracket 6, for example, the connecting plate 901 is connected to the bracket 6 through the adjusting seat 8, and the mounting seat plate 902 is used for mounting the motor 10. The connecting plate 901 may be provided with lightening holes to lighten the weight of the motor mounting base 9; the mounting plate 902 may be provided with a guard plate at both sides thereof to protect the motor 10.
Further, the cleaning body is provided with a nozzle holder 13 to which nozzles are attached so as to spray a liquid for dust fall through the nozzles.
Based on the sweeping device of the road sweeper in the embodiments, the invention also provides the road sweeper comprising the sweeping device of the road sweeper. The positive effects of the cleaning device of the road sweeper in the above embodiments are also applicable to the road sweeper, and are not described herein again.
The following is a description of the specific structure and operation principle of an embodiment of a sweeping device and a sweeping machine of the present invention:
as shown in fig. 3 to 6, the sweeping device of the road sweeper comprises a first connecting frame 1, a second connecting frame 2, a chain 3, a floating oil cylinder 4, a pin shaft 5, a bracket 6, an adjusting rod 7, an adjusting seat 8, a motor mounting seat 9, a motor 10, a disc brush mounting seat 11, a disc brush 12 and a nozzle frame 13 as shown in fig. 5.
The first connecting frame 1 and the second connecting frame 2 are respectively installed on two sides of the front end of a chassis frame of the road sweeper in a bilateral symmetry hinged mode through pin shafts 5, the middle rear portions of the first connecting frame 1 and the second connecting frame 2 are respectively connected with the chassis frame through chains 3, and the middle portions of the first connecting frame 1 and the second connecting frame 2 are respectively connected with the chassis frame through floating oil cylinders 4.
As shown in fig. 7, the bracket 6 includes a lifting bracket 601, a U-shaped connecting bent plate main body 602, a U-shaped connecting bent plate 603, a reinforcing plate 604, and an ear plate 605.
The bracket 6 is installed on the first connecting frame 1 and the second connecting frame 2 through a pin shaft, wherein the front ends of the first connecting frame 1 and the second connecting frame 2 are inserted into the lifting support 601 of the bracket 6, and the front ends of the first connecting frame 1 and the second connecting frame 2 are clamped on the lifting support 601 of the bracket 6.
The adjusting seat 8 is hinged to the U-shaped connecting bent plate 603 of the support 6 through a pin shaft, and is hinged to one end of the adjusting rod 7 through a pin shaft, the other end of the adjusting rod 7 is connected to the lug plate 605 of the support 6 through a pin shaft, and the adjusting seat 8 can rotate up and down around the U-shaped connecting bent plate 603 by adjusting the length of the adjusting rod 7, so that the front and back grounding inclination angles of the disc brush 12 can be adjusted.
As shown in fig. 8, the motor mounting seat 9 includes a connecting plate 901 and a mounting seat plate 902, the connecting plate 901 of the motor mounting seat 9 is mounted on the adjusting seat 8 through three sets of bolts and nuts, the mounting holes on the connecting plate 901 are three semicircular and evenly distributed oblong holes, and the left and right inclination angles of the disc brush 12 can be adjusted by adjusting the mounting positions of the oblong holes of the connecting plate 901 on the adjusting seat 8.
The motor 10 is installed on the installation seat plate 902 of the motor installation seat 9 through four groups of bolt nuts, the disc brush installation seat 11 is fixedly installed on the output shaft of the motor 10 through the bolt nuts and the shaft end check ring, and the disc brush 12 is installed on the disc brush installation seat 11 through the bolt nuts.
The nozzle frame 13 is installed on the motor installation seat 9 through bolts and nuts, and the nozzle frame 13 is used for installing a low-pressure nozzle and plays a role in real-time dust fall.
The specific working principle of the cleaning device is as follows: when the road sweeper enters a sweeping operation state, firstly, the sweeping device descends under the action of self gravity until bristles of the disc brush 12 are in contact with the ground, at the moment, the floating function of the floating oil cylinder 4 is opened, the sweeping device is in a floating operation state, and the grounding pressure of the disc brush 12 is realized by adjusting the pressure of an oil inlet of a small cavity of the floating oil cylinder 4.
When the road sweeper encounters uneven road surfaces in a cleaning operation state, the cleaning device can be adjusted timely along with the uneven road surfaces to be cleaned, and the grounding pressure of the disc brush 12 can be kept unchanged in the fluctuation of the road surfaces, so that the cleaning operation effect of the road sweeper is ensured, the disc brush 12 is prevented from being damaged due to hard impact between the disc brush 12 and the ground, and the service life of the disc brush 12 is prolonged.
The chain 3 is used for providing an upward pulling force for the cleaning device after the cleaning device descends to the position where the bristles of the disc brush 12 contact the ground under the action of self gravity, and the chain 3 and the floating oil cylinder 4 are matched to jointly realize the floating function of the cleaning device.
In addition, when the road sweeper is used for sweeping, the grounding pressure of the disc brush can be continuously adjusted in time, so that firstly, when the working condition of sweeping the road surface is severe, the grounding pressure of the disc brush can be increased in time, and the sweeping operation effect is improved; and secondly, when the working condition of cleaning the road surface does not need larger grounding pressure of the disc brush, the grounding pressure of the disc brush can be properly reduced, the condition that the abrasion of the brush hair is quicker can be avoided, the service cycle of the disc brush is prolonged, and meanwhile, the waste of the energy of the road sweeper can also be avoided.
When the road sweeper enters a walking state, the sweeping device is lifted to a state that the height of the disc brush 12 from the ground is the highest under the action of the floating oil cylinder 4, as shown in fig. 4.
The front and back grounding inclination angles of the disc brush 12 are realized by adjusting the adjusting rod 7, the left and right inclination angles of the disc brush 12 can be realized by adjusting the mounting position of the long round hole on the adjusting seat 8 on the motor mounting seat 9, the two modes not only meet the adjusting requirements of the left and right front and back inclination angles of the disc brush 12, and ensure that the disc brush 12 only contacts the ground in an effective cleaning area, thereby greatly reducing the abrasion of brush hair, prolonging the service cycle of the disc brush 12, and having simple structure, convenient adjustment and low cost.
Through the description of the embodiments of the sweeping device and the sweeping machine of the road sweeper, the embodiments of the sweeping device and the sweeping machine of the road sweeper can be seen to have at least one or more of the following advantages:
1. the floating function of the cleaning device is realized through the matching of the floating oil cylinder and the chain, the cleaning device can be self-adapted to the height fluctuation change of the cleaned road surface, and meanwhile, the grounding pressure of the disc brush can be kept unchanged in the height fluctuation change of the road surface, the disc brush is prevented from being damaged due to hard impact on the road surface, the service life of the disc brush is prolonged, and the cleaning efficiency is improved;
2. the grounding pressure of the disc brush can be timely and continuously adjusted, the disc brush is ensured to work efficiently, and the service cycle of the disc brush is greatly prolonged;
3. the front and rear grounding inclination angles of the disc brush can be adjusted through the adjusting rod;
4. the left and right inclination angles of the disc brush can be adjusted by adjusting the mounting position of the long round hole on the motor mounting seat on the disc brush adjusting seat;
5. the device has the advantages of compact structure, small occupied space, simple operation and very convenient installation, disassembly and maintenance of the whole device.

Claims (12)

1. The sweeping device of the road sweeper is characterized by comprising a connecting frame, a sweeping main body and a floating adjusting device, wherein the sweeping main body is installed on the connecting frame, the first end of the connecting frame is connected with a chassis frame of the road sweeper, the connecting frame can rotate relative to a connecting point of the first end of the connecting frame and the chassis frame, and the position close to the second end of the connecting frame is connected with the chassis frame through the floating adjusting device, so that the connecting frame floats up and down under the action of the floating adjusting device according to the fluctuation change of the swept road surface, and the sweeping main body is driven to float up and down;
the cleaning machine also comprises an inclination angle adjusting mechanism, the cleaning main body comprises a disc brush (12) provided with bristles, and the inclination angle adjusting mechanism is used for adjusting the inclination angle of the bristles relative to the cleaning road surface;
the inclination angle adjusting mechanism comprises a left inclination angle adjusting mechanism, a right inclination angle adjusting mechanism and a front inclination angle adjusting mechanism, so as to respectively adjust the left inclination angle, the right inclination angle and the front inclination angle of the bristles relative to the cleaning road surface in the advancing direction of the road sweeper;
the disc brush fixing device is characterized by further comprising a support (6) and a disc brush mounting assembly, wherein the support (6) is connected with the connecting frame, and a first mounting structure rotatably connected with the disc brush mounting assembly and a second mounting structure connected with the disc brush mounting assembly through the front and rear inclination angle adjusting mechanism are arranged on the support (6);
the disc brush mounting component comprises an adjusting seat (8), a motor mounting seat (9) and a disc brush mounting seat (11), the bracket (6) is connected with the connecting frame, the adjusting seat (8) comprises a first part connected with the bracket (6) and a second part connected with the motor mounting seat (9), one part of the motor mounting seat (9) is connected with the adjusting seat (8), the other part of the motor mounting seat (9) is used for mounting a motor (10) for driving the bristles to rotate, the output shaft of the motor (10) is connected with the disc brush mounting seat (11), the disc brush mounting seat (11) is used for mounting the disc brush (12), the first part of the adjusting seat (8) is of a U-shaped structure, the second part of the adjusting seat (8) is of a semicircular structure matched with the structural form of the motor mounting seat (9).
2. The sweeping device of a road sweeper according to claim 1, wherein the sweeping body includes a disc brush (12) provided with bristles, the float adjustment means also being capable of adjusting the ground contact pressure of the bristles with the swept road surface.

The sweeping apparatus of a road sweeper according to claim 1 or 2, wherein the floating adjustment device comprises a floating cylinder (4), one of a cylinder barrel and a cylinder rod of the floating cylinder (4) is connected with the connecting frame, the other of the cylinder barrel and the cylinder rod of the floating cylinder (4) is connected with the chassis frame, and the oil pressure of a high pressure chamber of the floating cylinder (4) can be changed according to the fluctuation of the swept road surface.
4. The cleaning device of a road sweeper of claim 1, further comprising a pulling device connected between the link and the chassis frame to pull the link when the link is dropped.
5. Sweeping device of a road sweeper according to claim 4, characterized in that the pulling device comprises a chain (3).
6. The sweeping apparatus of a road sweeper according to claim 1, wherein the forward and backward inclination angle adjusting mechanism comprises an adjusting rod (7), and the adjusting rod (7) can be extended or shortened to drive the disc brush mounting assembly and the disc brush (12) to rotate relative to the bracket (6) so as to adjust the forward and backward inclination angle of the brush with respect to the road surface to be swept.

The sweeping apparatus of a road sweeper according to claim 6, wherein the first mounting structure includes an ear plate (605) disposed above the bracket (6), one end of the adjustment lever (7) is connected to the ear plate (605), and the other end of the adjustment lever (7) is connected to the disc brush mounting assembly.
8. The sweeping apparatus of a road sweeper according to claim 7, wherein the second mounting structure comprises a U-shaped connecting bent plate (603) arranged at the side of the bracket (6), and the disc brush mounting assembly is connected with two side plates of the U-shaped connecting bent plate (603).

The sweeping apparatus of a road sweeper according to claim 1, wherein the left-right inclination angle adjusting mechanism includes an elongated hole provided in the motor mount (9) to extend in the left-right direction, so as to adjust the left-right mounting position of the disc brush (12) through the elongated hole, thereby adjusting the left-right inclination angle of the brush with respect to the road surface to be swept.
10. The sweeping device of a road sweeper according to claim 1, wherein the motor mount (9) comprises a connecting plate (901) and a mounting base plate (902), the connecting plate (901) is connected with the mounting base plate (902) and enables the motor mount (9) to be approximately L-shaped, the connecting plate (901) is used for being connected with the bracket (6), and the mounting base plate (902) is used for mounting the motor (10).
11. The cleaning device of a road sweeper according to claim 1, wherein a nozzle holder (13) for mounting a nozzle is provided on the cleaning body to spray the dust fall liquid through the nozzle.
12. A road sweeper comprising a sweeping device of the road sweeper as claimed in any one of claims 1 to 11.
