技术领域
本发明涉及一种切削液,尤其涉及一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液。
背景技术
金属切削液是金属加工过程所需要的一种重要的辅助材料,它主要起到防锈、润滑、清洗及冷却的效果。目前国内外切削液主要分为油基切削液与水基两个大的种类,而且有油基型向水基切削液过渡的趋势,油基切削液即通常所说的切削油,其润滑性能良好,但冷却效果较差,在高速和重切削条件下会产生烟雾,并会严重污染环境,而且产品使用过程中易着火,造成使用不安全。正是由于以上缺点,因此,油基切削液已不能满足先进金属加工技术的使用要求。而水基切削液具有一系列优点,如冷却效果好,防火性好,对环境的污染问题易于解决等。因此,近年来发展很快,水基切削液包括乳化液、合成切削液和微乳状切削液(也称半合成切削液)。合成切削液的液体形态与半合成切削液近似,稀释性呈透明状,加工过程中便于观察加工情况,使用寿命比乳化液长4~6倍;可对机床滑动部件起到良好的润滑防锈作用。
现有技术中的切削液的合成主要是一些润滑剂、表面活性剂、防锈剂、偶合剂、有机硅型消泡剂等组成,润滑剂主要是应用机油、聚乙二醇、脂肪酸皂等,而防锈剂主要是应用油酸三乙醇胺皂、硼酸盐、亚硝酸盐、铬酸盐等。表面活性剂主要应用NP系列、TX系列、聚醚系列等。
现有技术中的切削液的润滑和防锈性能无法满足实际生产过程中的需求,因此亟需开发一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液来解决现有技术中的问题。
发明内容
为解决背景技术中存在的技术问题,本发明提出一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液。
本发明提出的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油20-40份、聚α-烯烃合成油2-8份、植物油1-5份、环烷基油3-9份、氯化石蜡5-15份、硫化脂肪油3-9份、硫氯化棉籽油2-5份、改性水基润滑剂1-4份、亚磷酸二丁酯3-9份、磷酸三乙酯1-3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2-5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯1-4份、烷基氧乙烯醚2-5份、聚乙二醇3-9份、苯并三氮唑1-4份、硼酸2-5份、油酸1-5份、三乙醇胺2-6份、苯甲酸钠3-9份、钼酸钠4-8份。
优选地,改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:将石墨粉、十二烷基磺酸钠与OP-10混合,然后加入蒸馏水,超声分散10-14h,然后加入丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌20-40min,接着加入引发剂K2S2O8,升温至70-90℃,磁力搅拌5-7h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。
优选地,改性水基润滑剂的制备工艺中,石墨粉、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP-10、蒸馏水、丙烯酸丁酯单体和引发剂K2S2O8的重量比为2-5:1-4:3-6:1-7:2-5:1-3。
优选地,石蜡基油、聚α-烯烃合成油、植物油、环烷基油、氯化石蜡、硫化脂肪油和硫氯化棉籽油的重量比为25-35:3-7:2-4:4-8:8-12:4-8:3-4。

本发明的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料包括石蜡基油、聚α-烯烃合成油、植物油、环烷基油、氯化石蜡、硫化脂肪油、硫氯化棉籽油、改性水基润滑剂、亚磷酸二丁酯、磷酸三乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯、烷基氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇、苯并三氮唑、硼酸、油酸、三乙醇胺、苯甲酸钠和钼酸钠。其中石蜡基油、聚α-烯烃合成油、植物油、环烷基油、氯化石蜡、硫化脂肪油和硫氯化棉籽油为油相基料,并通过添加改性水基润滑剂作为油相基料的润滑增强剂,赋予本发明金属切削液优异的润滑性能,其中改性水基润滑剂以石墨粉、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP-10、蒸馏水、丙烯酸丁酯单体和引发剂K2S2O8为原料,通过对石墨粉的包膜改性,使得石墨粉与丙烯酸丁酯单体之间产生了作用力,有效提高了石墨粉的抗摩减磨润滑性能,进而有效提高了本发明金属切削液的抗摩减磨润滑性能。本发明的金属切削液具有优异的高润滑性能,防腐防锈性能优异。

具体实施方式中,石蜡基油的重量份可以为20份、25份、30份、35份、40份;聚α-烯烃合成油的重量份可以为2份、3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份;植物油的重量份可以为1份、2份、3份、4份、5份;环烷基油的重量份可以为3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份;氯化石蜡的重量份可以为5份、6份、7份、8份、9份、10份、11份、12份、13份、14份、15份;硫化脂肪油的重量份可以为3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份;硫氯化棉籽油的重量份可以为2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;改性水基润滑剂的重量份可以为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份;亚磷酸二丁酯的重量份可以为3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份;磷酸三乙酯的重量份可以为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份、3份;壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯的重量份可以为2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯的重量份可以为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份;烷基氧乙烯醚的重量份可以为2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;聚乙二醇的重量份可以为3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份;苯并三氮唑的重量份可以为1份、1.5份、2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份;硼酸的重量份可以为2份、2.5份、3份、3.5份、4份、4.5份、5份;油酸的重量份可以为1份、2份、3份、4份、5份;三乙醇胺的重量份可以为2份、3份、4份、5份、6份;苯甲酸钠的重量份可以为3份、4份、5份、6份、7份、8份、9份;钼酸钠的重量份可以为4份、5份、6份、7份、8份。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油30份、聚α-烯烃合成油5份、植物油3份、环烷基油6份、氯化石蜡10份、硫化脂肪油6份、硫氯化棉籽油3.5份、改性水基润滑剂2.5份、亚磷酸二丁酯6份、磷酸三乙酯2份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯2.5份、烷基氧乙烯醚3.5份、聚乙二醇6份、苯并三氮唑2.5份、硼酸3.5份、油酸3份、三乙醇胺4份、苯甲酸钠6份、钼酸钠6份。
改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3.5份石墨粉、2.5份十二烷基磺酸钠与4.5份OP-10混合,然后加入4份蒸馏水,超声分散12h,然后加入3.5份丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌30min,接着加入2份引发剂K2S2O8,升温至80℃,磁力搅拌6h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油20份、聚α-烯烃合成油8份、植物油1份、环烷基油9份、氯化石蜡5份、硫化脂肪油9份、硫氯化棉籽油2份、改性水基润滑剂4份、亚磷酸二丁酯3份、磷酸三乙酯3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯4份、烷基氧乙烯醚2份、聚乙二醇9份、苯并三氮唑1份、硼酸5份、油酸1份、三乙醇胺6份、苯甲酸钠3份、钼酸钠8份。
改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将2份石墨粉、4份十二烷基磺酸钠与3份OP-10混合,然后加入7份蒸馏水,超声分散10h,然后加入5份丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌20min,接着加入3份引发剂K2S2O8,升温至70℃,磁力搅拌7h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油40份、聚α-烯烃合成油2份、植物油5份、环烷基油3份、氯化石蜡15份、硫化脂肪油3份、硫氯化棉籽油5份、改性水基润滑剂1份、亚磷酸二丁酯9份、磷酸三乙酯1份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯1份、烷基氧乙烯醚5份、聚乙二醇3份、苯并三氮唑4份、硼酸2份、油酸5份、三乙醇胺2份、苯甲酸钠9份、钼酸钠4份。
改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将5份石墨粉、1份十二烷基磺酸钠与6份OP-10混合,然后加入1份蒸馏水,超声分散14h,然后加入2份丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌40min,接着加入1份引发剂K2S2O8,升温至90℃,磁力搅拌5h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油25份、聚α-烯烃合成油7份、植物油2份、环烷基油8份、氯化石蜡8份、硫化脂肪油8份、硫氯化棉籽油3份、改性水基润滑剂3份、亚磷酸二丁酯4份、磷酸三乙酯2.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯3份、烷基氧乙烯醚3份、聚乙二醇8份、苯并三氮唑2份、硼酸4份、油酸2份、三乙醇胺5份、苯甲酸钠4份、钼酸钠7份。
改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将3份石墨粉、3份十二烷基磺酸钠与4份OP-10混合,然后加入6份蒸馏水,超声分散11h,然后加入4份丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌25min,接着加入2.5份引发剂K2S2O8,升温至75℃,磁力搅拌6.5h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油35份、聚α-烯烃合成油3份、植物油4份、环烷基油4份、氯化石蜡12份、硫化脂肪油4份、硫氯化棉籽油4份、改性水基润滑剂2份、亚磷酸二丁酯8份、磷酸三乙酯1.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯2份、烷基氧乙烯醚4份、聚乙二醇4份、苯并三氮唑3份、硼酸3份、油酸4份、三乙醇胺3份、苯甲酸钠8份、钼酸钠5份。
改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:按重量份将4份石墨粉、2份十二烷基磺酸钠与5份OP-10混合,然后加入2份蒸馏水,超声分散13h,然后加入3份丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌35min,接着加入1.5份引发剂K2S2O8,升温至85℃,磁力搅拌5.5h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。

Claims (7)

1.一种高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油20-40份、聚α-烯烃合成油2-8份、植物油1-5份、环烷基油3-9份、氯化石蜡5-15份、硫化脂肪油3-9份、硫氯化棉籽油2-5份、改性水基润滑剂1-4份、亚磷酸二丁酯3-9份、磷酸三乙酯1-3份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯2-5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯1-4份、烷基氧乙烯醚2-5份、聚乙二醇3-9份、苯并三氮唑1-4份、硼酸2-5份、油酸1-5份、三乙醇胺2-6份、苯甲酸钠3-9份、钼酸钠4-8份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,改性水基润滑剂按如下工艺进行制备:将石墨粉、十二烷基磺酸钠与OP-10混合,然后加入蒸馏水,超声分散10-14h,然后加入丙烯酸丁酯单体,机械搅拌20-40min,接着加入引发剂K2S2O8,升温至70-90℃,磁力搅拌5-7h,冷却至室温得到改性水基润滑剂。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,改性水基润滑剂的制备工艺中,石墨粉、十二烷基磺酸钠、OP-10、蒸馏水、丙烯酸丁酯单体和引发剂K2S2O8的重量比为2-5:1-4:3-6:1-7:2-5:1-3。
4.根据权利要求1-3任一项所述的高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,石蜡基油、聚α-烯烃合成油、植物油、环烷基油、氯化石蜡、硫化脂肪油和硫氯化棉籽油的重量比为25-35:3-7:2-4:4-8:8-12:4-8:3-4。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一项所述的高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,改性水基润滑剂、亚磷酸二丁酯、磷酸三乙酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯、烷基氧乙烯醚、聚乙二醇、苯并三氮唑、硼酸和油酸的重量比为2-3:4-8:1.5-2.5:3-4:2-3:3-4:4-8:2-3:3-4:2-4。
6.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述的高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油25-35份、聚α-烯烃合成油3-7份、植物油2-4份、环烷基油4-8份、氯化石蜡8-12份、硫化脂肪油4-8份、硫氯化棉籽油3-4份、改性水基润滑剂2-3份、亚磷酸二丁酯4-8份、磷酸三乙酯1.5-2.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3-4份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯2-3份、烷基氧乙烯醚3-4份、聚乙二醇4-8份、苯并三氮唑2-3份、硼酸3-4份、油酸2-4份、三乙醇胺3-5份、苯甲酸钠4-8份、钼酸钠5-7份。
7.根据权利要求1-6任一项所述的高润滑性能的防锈金属切削液,其特征在于,其原料按重量份包括:石蜡基油30份、聚α-烯烃合成油5份、植物油3份、环烷基油6份、氯化石蜡10份、硫化脂肪油6份、硫氯化棉籽油3.5份、改性水基润滑剂2.5份、亚磷酸二丁酯6份、磷酸三乙酯2份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯醚磷酸酯3.5份、壬基酚聚氧乙烯磷酸酯2.5份、烷基氧乙烯醚3.5份、聚乙二醇6份、苯并三氮唑2.5份、硼酸3.5份、油酸3份、三乙醇胺4份、苯甲酸钠6份、钼酸钠6份。
