背景技术
慢性肾炎是慢性肾小球肾炎的简称，是一种常见而难治的慢性肾脏疾患。临床以水肿、蛋白尿、血尿、高血压为特征，本病多发生于青壮年，是机体对溶血性键球菌感染后发生的***反应性疾病，病变常常是双侧肾脏弥漫性病变。慢性肾病的主要表现有：(1)水肿；(2)高血压；(3)肾区疼痛及肾绞痛；(4)尿路刺激征(即尿急、尿痛、尿频)；(5)排尿异常(包括尿量减少、蛋白尿、血尿、管型尿、白细胞尿、脓尿和菌尿、肾功能试验阳性等。慢性肾病如未能及时有效救治，导致病情恶化进展，则随病程迁延，慢性肾病患者将发展成为慢性肾功能不全、肾衰竭，最终形成***。
目前西医临床上常用透析及肾脏移植等疗法，透析只能维持生命，而且产生依赖性和透析综合症，肾移植成功率低，而排斥现象一时还难以解决，激素疗法副作用明显，且易复发，加之透析和肾移植的费用昂贵往往使众多的患者难以承受。
慢性肾炎在发展到肾衰之前有很长的一段时间，这个阶段积极治疗，采用中医药进行调理，安全有效又经济，还能取得相对西医更好的疗效，可以说中医药对治疗慢性肾炎是很有优势的。
中医治疗慢性肾炎采用扶正以祛邪和祛邪以安正两大法则为治疗的原则。慢性肾炎的发生、复发、迁延不愈，与某些细菌或病毒感染有关。因此，有效地控制感染是促使病情痊愈和预防复发的关键，清热解毒类的中草药具有较强的抗感染作用。所以，中医临床治疗慢性肾炎时，常在健脾益肾的基础上加一些清热解毒或活血化淤药物，以提高临床疗效。

3）往步骤2）中的滤渣中加入药材总量5-10倍量体积分数为60-80%的乙醇，回流提取2-3次，过滤，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得醇提浓缩液；
4）合并步骤2）和3)浓缩液，干燥，将浸膏粉碎，制剂。

随机抽取临床慢性肾炎病例100例，年龄从25-65不等，平均年龄40岁，服用本发明实施例1颗粒剂，一次一袋，一日三次，15天为一个疗程。
疗效诊断标准：
治愈：水肿、尿少、血尿、高血压等症状全消失； 显效：水肿、尿少、血尿、高血压等症状显著减轻；有效：水肿、尿少、血尿、高血压等症状改善，血清尿素氮、肌酐清除率稳定，尿常规在正常范围值；无效：症状、体征未见明显改善，甚至恶化或转手术治疗。
上述患者服用本发明颗粒剂5-8个疗程后，治愈5，显效28，有效41，无效26，本发明对治疗慢性肾炎总有效率74%。
Claims (7)
1.一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物包括如下原料药材：党参、白扁豆、白术、山药、茯苓、当归、川芎、川牛膝。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物处方重量份数计为：白扁豆、白术、山药各10-20份，党参、茯苓、当归各5-15份，川芎、川牛膝各15-30份。
3.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物处方重量份数计为：白扁豆、白术、山药各15份，党参、茯苓、当归各10份，川芎、川牛膝各20份。
4.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物制剂制备方法包括以下步骤：
1）按中药组方分别称取各味药材，洗去杂质，干燥后分别粉碎，过60-80目筛，备用；
2）取党参、白扁豆、白术、山药、茯苓、当归、川芎、川牛膝粗粉，加入药材总量5-10倍量的水浸泡1-3小时，然后煎煮1-4次，每次1-2小时，过滤并保留滤渣，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得水提浓缩液；
3）往步骤2）中的滤渣中加入药材总量5-10倍量体积分数为60-80%的乙醇，回流提取2-3次，过滤，合并滤液，滤液真空减压浓缩至60℃条件下测相对密度为1.05-1.15的浓缩液，得醇提浓缩液；
4）合并步骤2）和3)浓缩液，干燥，将浸膏粉碎，制剂。
5.根据权利要求1-5任一项所述一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物制剂可以为颗粒剂、片剂、胶囊剂、贴剂、丸剂。
6.根据权利要求6所述一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物制剂在治疗慢性肾炎中的应用。
7.根据权利要求7所述一种治疗慢性肾炎的中药组合物，其特征在于，该中药组合物制剂主要原料药在治疗慢性肾炎中的应用。
