Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,包括聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜的一侧顺序通过高反射层、粘结层粘接耐候层,所述聚酯薄膜的另一侧顺序通过高反射层、阻隔层、粘结层粘接耐候粘结层;所述阻隔层包括氧气阻隔层和水汽阻隔层。本发明提供的太阳能电池背板明显优于现有背板,聚酯薄膜的设置提高了电气绝缘性、水气阻隔性,其耐湿热耐老化性能高,其具有寿命长,耐候性高、高反射率及出色的抗老化性能,本发明采用明胶材料为氧气阻隔层、采用无机材料为水汽阻隔层,使太阳能背板成本低,水汽阻隔层与氧气阻隔层能将水汽与氧气分别进行阻隔,有利于背板的阻隔性,使太阳能背板的水汽及氧气透过率明显降低。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉太阳能电池组件领域,尤其涉及一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前现有结构的太阳能背板性能不稳定,反射率、抗老化性能、阻水性能差,结构复杂导致加工复杂、使生产成本增加。另外现有的聚酯薄膜的聚酯分子链比较柔顺,在堆积过程中为了避免原子间的排斥力,容易发生相对运动,使得在堆积体中出现较多空间,氧气、水汽等小分子溶解在PET中,由于聚酯薄膜是中等阻隔性材料,对水汽和氧气的阻隔性有限,导致整个太阳能背板的阻隔受影响,不利于长期使用。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,其具有水汽、氧气阻隔性好、机械性能优良的优点,有效满足了太阳能背板的生产要求。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,包括聚酯薄膜,于所述聚酯薄膜的一侧顺序通过高反射层、粘结层粘接耐候层,所述聚酯薄膜的另一侧顺序通过高反射层、阻隔层、粘结层粘接耐候粘结层;所述阻隔层包括氧气阻隔层和水汽阻隔层。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述氧气阻隔层厚度为10~110微米,所述水汽阻隔层的厚度为5~160纳米;
所述聚酯薄膜的厚度为80~400微米;
所述粘结层的厚度为0.5~40微米;
所述耐候粘结层的厚度为40~60微米。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明太阳能电池背板的耐候层材料为含氟耐候层,其具有成本低,环保性能好,其力学性能、粘结强度也比传统背板好,背板结构更为稳定,对整个太阳能支撑保护作用更加突出,本发明提供的太阳能电池背板明显优于现有背板,聚酯薄膜的设置提高了电气绝缘性、水气阻隔性,其耐湿热耐老化性能高,其具有寿命长,耐候性高、高反射率及出色的抗老化性能,本发明采用明胶材料为氧气阻隔层、采用无机材料为水汽阻隔层,使太阳能背板成本低,水汽阻隔层与氧气阻隔层能将水汽与氧气分别进行阻隔,有利于背板的阻隔性,使太阳能背板的水汽及氧气透过率明显降低。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图,说明本发明的具体实施方式。
一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板包括聚酯薄膜3,于聚酯薄膜3的一侧顺序通过高反射层5、粘结层2粘接耐候层1,聚酯薄膜3的另一侧顺序通过高反射层5、阻隔层6、粘结层2粘接耐候粘结层4;阻隔层6包括氧气阻隔层和水汽阻隔层,氧气阻隔层厚度为10~110微米,水汽阻隔层的厚度为5~160纳米,上述氧气阻隔层采用明胶材料制成,上述水汽阻隔层采用无机材料制成。
聚酯薄膜3的厚度为80~400微米。粘结层2的厚度为0.5~40微米。耐候粘结层4的厚度为40~60微米。

1.一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,其特征在于:包括聚酯薄膜(3),于所述聚酯薄膜(3)的一侧顺序通过高反射层(5)、粘结层(2)粘接耐候层(1),所述聚酯薄膜(3)的另一侧顺序通过高反射层(5)、阻隔层(6)、粘结层(2)粘接耐候粘结层(4);所述阻隔层(6)包括氧气阻隔层和水汽阻隔层。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述氧气阻隔层厚度为10~110微米,所述水汽阻隔层的厚度为5~160纳米。
3.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述聚酯薄膜(3)的厚度为80~400微米。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述粘结层(2)的厚度为0.5~40微米。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高阻隔性的太阳能背板,其特征在于:所述耐候粘结层(4)的厚度为40~60微米。
