Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的上表面设置无机绝缘层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层,所述无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,所述钛白粉为偶联剂改性的钛白粉。本发明结构简单、使用方便,本发明中无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,聚酰亚胺材料在分子链上含有亚芳基或杂环结构,因此具有耐高温、耐辐射和耐电压的能力,因此本发明的太阳能电池背板具有寿命长的优点,钛白粉的设置使制得的太阳能背板颜色变白,进而减少太阳光的吸收,增加光反射,使得太阳能背板表面温度较低,增加电池输出效率。

技术领域
本发明涉及太阳能组件领域,尤其涉及一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板。
背景技术
太阳能作为一种绿色环保、取之不尽的能源,无疑是取代传统火力发电的最佳选择,由于太阳能电池需要长期暴露在室外实用,所以光伏组件中的电池片需要加以保护,来防止大气中的水汽、氧气、紫外线等环境因素的影响和俯视。太阳能背板是整个太阳能电池的配件之一,主要起力学支撑和保护电池片免受环境因素渗透的作用,目前常规的太阳能电池背板的整体机械强度不高,在长时间使用后水汽易渗透到密封层中,影响电池片的寿命。
发明内容
本申请人针对上述现有问题,进行了研究改进,提供一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板,其具有物美价廉、散热性好的优点。
本发明所采用的技术方案如下:
一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板,包括PET基材,所述PET基材的一侧通过粘结层连接耐候层,于所述耐候层的上表面设置无机绝缘层,于所述PET基材的另一端通过粘结层连接耐候粘结层,所述无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,所述钛白粉为偶联剂改性的钛白粉。
其进一步技术方案在于:
所述无机绝缘层的厚度为15~120μm。
本发明的有益效果如下:
本发明结构简单、使用方便,本发明中无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,聚酰亚胺材料在分子链上含有亚芳基或杂环结构,因此具有耐高温、耐辐射和耐电压的能力,因此本发明的太阳能电池背板具有寿命长的优点,钛白粉的设置使制得的太阳能背板颜色变白,进而减少太阳光的吸收,增加光反射,使得太阳能背板表面温度较低,增加电池输出效率。

具体实施方式
下面说明本发明的具体实施方式。
如图1所示,一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板包括PET基材3,PET基材3的一侧通过粘结层2连接耐候层1,于耐候层的上表面设置无机绝缘层5,于PET基材3的另一端通过粘结层2连接耐候粘结层4,无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,钛白粉为偶联剂改性的钛白粉。上述无机绝缘层5的厚度为15~120μm。
本发明结构简单、使用方便,本发明中无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,聚酰亚胺材料在分子链上含有亚芳基或杂环结构,因此具有耐高温、耐辐射和耐电压的能力,因此本发明的太阳能电池背板具有寿命长的优点,钛白粉的设置使制得的太阳能背板颜色变白,进而减少太阳光的吸收,增加光反射,使得太阳能背板表面温度较低,增加电池输出效率。

1.一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:包括PET基材(3),所述PET基材(3)的一侧通过粘结层(2)连接耐候层(1),于所述耐候层的上表面设置无机绝缘层(5),于所述PET基材(3)的另一端通过粘结层(2)连接耐候粘结层(4),所述无机绝缘层含有钛白粉、聚酰亚胺及聚四氟乙烯,所述钛白粉为偶联剂改性的钛白粉。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种具有高散热性能的太阳能电池背板,其特征在于:所述无机绝缘层(5)的厚度为15~120μm。
