本发明公开了一种塑料套横向切割机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板上固定有支撑架,机架的顶板的右侧固定有切割架连接板,切割架连接板的底面固定有提升电机,提升电机的输出轴竖直向上伸出切割架连接板并螺接有提升柱,提升柱的顶部固定有切割支撑板,切割支撑板的底面固定有导向杆,导向杆插套在切割架连接板上,切割支撑板上设有切割刀片;所述支撑架的上顶板的中部具有中心通孔,机架的顶板中部具有安装插孔,下套筒体插套在安装插孔中。它可以自动将塑料套进行夹持固定,并自动横向切割,其切割刀片可以进行上下调节和角度旋转,满足不同的切割要求。

本发明涉及塑料制品加工设备技术领域,更具体的说涉及一种塑料套横向切割机构。
背景技术:
塑料套一般是圆柱形套体,其中部需要进行横向切槽,现有的方式一般是人工将塑料套固定后进行切割,非常麻烦,效率低。
发明内容:
本发明的目的就是针对现有技术之不足,而提供一种塑料套横向切割机构,它可以自动将塑料套进行夹持固定,并自动横向切割,其切割刀片可以进行上下调节和角度旋转,满足不同的切割要求。
本发明的技术解决措施如下:
一种塑料套横向切割机构,包括机架,所述机架的顶板上固定有支撑架,机架的顶板的右侧固定有切割架连接板,切割架连接板的底面固定有提升电机,提升电机的输出轴竖直向上伸出切割架连接板并螺接有提升柱,提升柱的顶部固定有切割支撑板,切割支撑板的底面固定有导向杆,导向杆插套在切割架连接板上,切割支撑板上设有切割刀片;
所述支撑架的上顶板的中部具有中心通孔,机架的顶板中部具有安装插孔,下套筒体插套在安装插孔中,下套筒体的底板向下伸出安装插孔并固定在机架的顶板下方设有的底部支撑板上,上顶板的顶面左右两端处固定有推动气缸,推动气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过上顶板并固定在连接板上,连接板的中部固定有上套筒体,上套筒体与下套筒体上下对应并对齐,切割刀片对着上套筒体与下套筒体之间具有的间隙处;
所述上套筒体的顶板上固定有上推动气缸,上推动气缸的推杆竖直向下穿过上套筒体的顶板并固定有上压板,底部支撑板的底面中部固定有下推动气缸,下推动气缸的推杆竖直向上穿过底部支撑板和下套筒体的底板并固定有下压板,上压板和下压板上下对应。
所述上套筒体的底面边部具有切割用弧形凹槽。
所述上压板的底面和下压板的顶面均固定有多个缓冲弹簧,上压板的缓冲弹簧的端部固定在上夹持板,下压板的缓冲弹簧的端部固定在下夹持板。
所述连接板的中部具有插孔,上套筒体的顶部插套在插孔中,上套筒体的顶部的外侧壁固定在插孔的内侧壁上。
所述切割支撑板的顶面固定有条形块,条形块的顶面具有截面呈半圆形的长形导向槽,切割支撑板的顶面右侧固定有切割驱动支撑板,切割驱动支撑板上固定有横向推动气缸,横向推动气缸的推杆伸出切割驱动支撑板并铰接有主竖直连接板,主竖直连接板的左侧铰接有切割刀片和固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴通过联轴器与切割刀片的中心转轴相连接。
所述切割刀片的中心转轴铰接在两个侧支撑板上,侧支撑板固定在主竖直连接板上,下方的侧支撑板的底面固定有导向块,导向块的底面为弧形壁面,导向块的底面固定有耐磨层,导向块的底部插套在长形导向槽中,耐磨层压靠在长形导向槽的壁面上。
所述主竖直连接板上固定有调节块,横向推动气缸的推杆的端部铰接在调节块上,调节块上固定有调节齿轮,切割驱动支撑板上固定有调节电机,调节电机的输出轴穿过切割驱动支撑板并固定有驱动齿轮,驱动齿轮与调节齿轮相啮合。
本发明的有益效果在于:
它可以自动将塑料套进行夹持固定,并自动横向切割,其切割刀片可以进行上下调节和角度旋转,满足不同的切割要求。

实施例:见图1至图3所示,一种塑料套横向切割机构,包括机架10,所述机架10的顶板上固定有支撑架11,机架10的顶板的右侧固定有切割架连接板20,切割架连接板20的底面固定有提升电机21,提升电机21的输出轴竖直向上伸出切割架连接板20并螺接有提升柱22,提升柱22的顶部固定有切割支撑板23,切割支撑板23的底面固定有导向杆24,导向杆24插套在切割架连接板20上,切割支撑板23上设有切割刀片25;
所述支撑架11的上顶板111的中部具有中心通孔112,机架10的顶板中部具有安装插孔13,下套筒体14插套在安装插孔13中,下套筒体14的底板向下伸出安装插孔13并固定在机架10的顶板下方设有的底部支撑板15上,上顶板111的顶面左右两端处固定有推动气缸113,推动气缸113的推杆竖直向下穿过上顶板111并固定在连接板114上,连接板114的中部固定有上套筒体16,上套筒体16与下套筒体14上下对应并对齐,切割刀片25对着上套筒体16与下套筒体14之间具有的间隙处;
所述上套筒体16的顶板上固定有上推动气缸161,上推动气缸161的推杆竖直向下穿过上套筒体16的顶板并固定有上压板162,底部支撑板15的底面中部固定有下推动气缸151,下推动气缸151的推杆竖直向上穿过底部支撑板15和下套筒体14的底板并固定有下压板152,上压板162和下压板152上下对应。
所述上套筒体16的底面边部具有切割用弧形凹槽163。
所述上压板162的底面和下压板152的顶面均固定有多个缓冲弹簧17,上压板162的缓冲弹簧17的端部固定在上夹持板1,下压板152的缓冲弹簧17的端部固定在下夹持板2。
所述连接板114的中部具有插孔,上套筒体16的顶部插套在插孔中,上套筒体16的顶部的外侧壁固定在插孔的内侧壁上。
所述切割支撑板23的顶面固定有条形块231,条形块231的顶面具有截面呈半圆形的长形导向槽232,切割支撑板23的顶面右侧固定有切割驱动支撑板26,切割驱动支撑板26上固定有横向推动气缸261,横向推动气缸261的推杆伸出切割驱动支撑板26并铰接有主竖直连接板27,主竖直连接板27的左侧铰接有切割刀片25和固定有切割电机,切割电机的输出轴通过联轴器与切割刀片25的中心转轴相连接。
所述切割刀片25的中心转轴铰接在两个侧支撑板251上,侧支撑板251固定在主竖直连接板27上,下方的侧支撑板251的底面固定有导向块252,导向块252的底面为弧形壁面,导向块252的底面固定有耐磨层253,导向块252的底部插套在长形导向槽232中,耐磨层253压靠在长形导向槽232的壁面上。
所述主竖直连接板27上固定有调节块271,横向推动气缸261的推杆的端部铰接在调节块271上,调节块271上固定有调节齿轮272,切割驱动支撑板26上固定有调节电机262,调节电机262的输出轴穿过切割驱动支撑板26并固定有驱动齿轮263,驱动齿轮263与调节齿轮272相啮合。
工作原理:将塑料套插套在下套筒体14中,然后,推动气缸113的推杆向下推动,使得上套筒体16的底端面压靠在下套筒体14的顶面上,然后,通过上推动气缸161和下推动气缸151的推杆推动,使得塑料套夹持在上夹持板1和下夹持板2之间,通过上推动气缸161和下推动气缸151的推杆推动伸缩的不同长度,可以调节塑料套所处的位置,从而使得切割用弧形凹槽163的位置与塑料套的外壁对应的位置根据需要进行调节;
位置固定好后,通过提升电机21运行,使得切割刀片25的水平位置进行调节,使得切割刀片25对着切割用弧形凹槽163,然后,切割电机运行,使得切割刀片25旋转,通过横向推动气缸113的推杆推动,使得切割刀片25伸入切割用弧形凹槽163中对塑料套进行切割。
同时,到切割槽不需要水平切割需要有一定的角度时,可以通过调节电机262运行,使得驱动齿轮263带动调节齿轮272旋转一定角度,使得切割刀片25旋转一定角度,实现斜向切割。

1.一种塑料套横向切割机构,包括机架(10),其特征在于:所述机架(10)的顶板上固定有支撑架(11),机架(10)的顶板的右侧固定有切割架连接板(20),切割架连接板(20)的底面固定有提升电机(21),提升电机(21)的输出轴竖直向上伸出切割架连接板(20)并螺接有提升柱(22),提升柱(22)的顶部固定有切割支撑板(23),切割支撑板(23)的底面固定有导向杆(24),导向杆(24)插套在切割架连接板(20)上,切割支撑板(23)上设有切割刀片(25);
所述支撑架(11)的上顶板(111)的中部具有中心通孔(112),机架(10)的顶板中部具有安装插孔(13),下套筒体(14)插套在安装插孔(13)中,下套筒体(14)的底板向下伸出安装插孔(13)并固定在机架(10)的顶板下方设有的底部支撑板(15)上,上顶板(111)的顶面左右两端处固定有推动气缸(113),推动气缸(113)的推杆竖直向下穿过上顶板(111)并固定在连接板(114)上,连接板(114)的中部固定有上套筒体(16),上套筒体(16)与下套筒体(14)上下对应并对齐,切割刀片(25)对着上套筒体(16)与下套筒体(14)之间具有的间隙处;
所述上套筒体(16)的顶板上固定有上推动气缸(161),上推动气缸(161)的推杆竖直向下穿过上套筒体(16)的顶板并固定有上压板(162),底部支撑板(15)的底面中部固定有下推动气缸(151),下推动气缸(151)的推杆竖直向上穿过底部支撑板(15)和下套筒体(14)的底板并固定有下压板(152),上压板(162)和下压板(152)上下对应;
所述上套筒体(16)的底面边部具有切割用弧形凹槽(163);
所述上压板(162)的底面和下压板(152)的顶面均固定有多个缓冲弹簧(17),上压板(162)的缓冲弹簧(17)的端部固定在上夹持板(1),下压板(152)的缓冲弹簧(17)的端部固定在下夹持板(2)。
