Abstract
本发明涉及一种智能区域式空调单元,包括制冷机组以及多个分布于各舱室的空调单元,制冷机组向对个空调单元同时供冷,空调单元包括箱体,箱体内自下而上依次设有消音箱、表冷器、变频风机以及静压箱,所述消音箱的一侧设有回风口,回风口上安装有过滤网,箱体的顶部设有新风进口和送风口,新风进口连接静压风箱,所述表冷器的底部设有承水盘,消音箱内经消音棉隔成曲线通道。机组容量可根据实际舱室负荷变化而调节,对新风和媒水的需求可随实际需求变化而调节,减小了制冷机组的容量,有利于减小设备安装、维修空间,有益于在有限的船舶空间环境进行优化设计。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用空调***,具体涉及一种智能区域式空调单元。
背景技术
随着全球载客型船舶、工作船、石油平台等船舶的发展,人员对于居住环境的舒适性要求越来越高。对于普通船舶空调而言,全船基本上采用定百分比新风,新风量和送风量在满足设计需求后并不随运行工况变化而调整,而且回风区域不进行细分。这种设计势必会造成制冷机组的容量比较大,在较低负荷工况运行时存在大量能源浪费的情况,同时空调***的回风区域存在交叉感染现象,导致空气品质比较差。较大的制冷容量的机组,同时也会造成机组体积大、占用安装维护空间大、运行噪声大等一系列问题。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种节能、降噪生物区域式空调单元。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种智能区域式空调单元,包括制冷机组以及多个分布于各舱室的空调单元,制冷机组向对个空调单元同时供冷,所述空调单元包括包括箱体,箱体内自下而上依次设有消音箱、表冷器、变频风机以及静压箱,所述消音箱的一侧设有回风口,回风口上安装有过滤网,箱体的顶部设有新风进口和送风口,新风进口连接静压风箱,所述表冷器的底部设有承水盘,消音箱内经消音棉隔成曲线通道。
船舶需要的新风在新风空调器进行集中处理,然后送到每种不同功能、区域同类舱室对应共用的同一多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的回风经同一回风风管***回风一室内空调器的处理,与来自新风空调器的新风进行混合,送至各空调舱室内的变风量布风器。送风风机采用变频电机,能调节风机转速,达到节能降噪的目的;通过采用活性炭过滤器、紫外线杀菌灯等手段,提高室内的空气品质。
采取技术技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:机组容量可根据实际舱室负荷变化而调节,达到节能的目的;机组对新风和媒水的需求可随实际需求变化而调节,使***设计时可根据人员需求的最小新风量设计,减小了制冷机组的容量,有利于减小设备安装、维修空间,有益于在有限的船舶空间环境进行优化设计;较低的机组运行噪声和对服务区域个性化需求的适应性,极大地增加了服务区域的舒适性,是适用于人居环境的优异选择。利用消音箱对回风消音处理,能够有效将噪。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图1所示,一种智能区域式空调单元,包括制冷机组1以及多个分布于各舱室的空调单元2,制冷机组1向对个空调单元2同时供冷,所述空调单元2包括包括箱体21,箱体21内自下而上依次设有消音箱22、表冷器23、变频风机24以及静压箱25,所述消音箱22的一侧设有回风口26,回风口26上安装有过滤网27,箱体21的顶部设有新风进口28和送风口29,新风进口28的进口连接制冷机组1,新风进口28的出口连接静压风箱25,所述表冷器23的底部设有承水盘3,消音箱22内经消音棉20隔成曲线通道。
图2所示,新风空调器4包括第一G4过滤器41、转轮换热42、第一F7活性炭过滤器43、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管44、第一紫外线灯45、第一风机46、第三G4过滤器47和第二风机48,Opti-AC室内空调器包括第二G4过滤器41、第二F7活性炭过滤器42、第二紫外线灯43、第二带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管44和变频控制风机45,新风经新风空调器4的第一G4过滤器41、转轮换热42、第一F7活性炭过滤器43、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管44、第一紫外线灯45、第一风机46送出,根据多组不同功能与区域舱室组选取多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,每一个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元对应的一组同功能或区域舱室组的多个舱室经同一回风风管***回风,第一风机46送出的新风经定风量风阀5连接低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的新风进口28。多组不同功能与区域舱室组的所有舱室均经室外回风风管***6由新风空调器4内的第三G4过滤器47、转轮换热器47、第三风机48回风至室外,每个舱室的回风由室外回风风管***或第三风机控制定风量回风。
图1、2所示的实施例只是本发明的一种简易实施,在结合图2所示的原理图下进行的结构简易改动,均在本专利保护范围内。

1.一种智能区域式空调单元,包括制冷机组以及多个分布于各舱室的空调单元,制冷机组向对个空调单元同时供冷,其特征在于,所述空调单元包括包括箱体,箱体内自下而上依次设有消音箱、表冷器、变频风机以及静压箱,所述消音箱的一侧设有回风口,回风口上安装有过滤网,箱体的顶部设有新风进口和送风口,新风进口连接静压风箱,所述表冷器的底部设有承水盘,消音箱内经消音棉隔成曲线通道。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种智能区域式空调单元,其特征是:多个空调单元的新风进口连接同一新风空调器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种智能区域式空调单元,其特征是:所述新风空调器包括第一G4过滤器、转轮换热器、第一F7活性炭过滤器、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管、第一紫外线灯、第一风机,室外空气依次经第一G4过滤器、转轮换热器、第一F7活性炭过滤器、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管、第一紫外线灯、第一风机送至空调单元的新风进口。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种智能区域式空调单元,其特征是:所述新风空调器与多个空调单元之间均分别设有定风量风阀。
