Abstract
本发明涉及一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,箱体底部设有回风口,回风口出处安装有过滤器,箱体内自上而上依次安装有紫外杀菌设备、换热盘管和离心风机,换热盘管的底部安装有承水盘,离心风机的上方设有静压风箱,静压风箱内设有电控箱,箱体的顶部设有新风进口和送风口,新风进口连接静压风箱,送风口处设有电加热器。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种船用空调,具体涉及一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元。
背景技术
随着全球载客型船舶、工作船、石油平台等船舶的发展,人员对于居住环境的舒适性要求越来越高。对于普通船舶空调而言,全船空调设备基本上采用全负荷处理。势必会造成制冷机组的容量比较大、机组占用的安装空间及维修空间比较大、空调***运行的噪音比较大、空气品质比较差的弊端。我公司研发的IDFC空调单元非常适用于居住舱室较多、人员较多的船舶。对于这些船舶来说,IDFC空调单元在空调器和风管***的安装方面可以有效节省空间,达到空调***节能,舱室环境舒适和个性化的目的。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种低噪声的分布式IDFC空调模块单元。
本发明采取的技术方案为:
一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,包括箱体,其特征在于,箱体底部设有回风口,回风口出处安装有过滤器,箱体内自上而上依次安装有紫外杀菌设备、换热盘管和离心风机,换热盘管的底部安装有承水盘,离心风机的上方设有静压风箱,静压风箱内设有电控箱,箱体的顶部设有新风进口和送风口,新风进口连接静压风箱,送风口处设有电加热器。
多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的新风进口连接同一新风空调器。
所述新风空调器包括第一G4过滤器、转轮换热器、第一F7活性炭过滤器、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管、第一紫外线灯、第一风机,室外空气依次经第一G4过滤器、转轮换热器、第一F7活性炭过滤器、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管、第一紫外线灯、第一风机送至低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的新风进口。
所述新风空调器与多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元之间均分别设有定风量风阀。
采取以上技术方案后,本发明的有益效果为:
低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元为空调***的一部分,一个新风中央***提供处理过的新鲜空气与低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元处理的回风在静压风箱充分混合后再送入被调舱室,保证了被调舱室的环境舒适和个性化,达到节省能源,节省管道及末端装置空间的目的。由于有处理过的新风的工艺,需要空调***产生的风量较小,能够有效降低空调出风量和降低风机转速,从而降低噪音。船舶需要的新风在新风空调器进行集中处理,然后送到每种不同功能、区域同类舱室对应共用的同一多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的回风经同一回风风管***回风一室内空调器的处理,与来自新风空调器的新风进行混合,送至各空调舱室内的变风量布风器。送风风机采用变频电机,能调节风机转速,达到节能降噪的目的;通过采用活性炭过滤器、紫外线杀菌灯等手段,提高室内的空气品质。

具体实施方式
以下结合附图对本发明的具体实施方式做进一步详述:
如图1、2所示,低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,包括箱体1,箱体1底部设有回风口2,回风口2出处安装有过滤器3,箱体1内自上而上依次安装有紫外杀菌设备4、换热盘管5和离心风机6,换热盘管5的底部安装有承水盘7,离心风机6的上方设有静压风箱8,静压风箱8内设有电控箱9,箱体1的顶部设有新风进口10和送风口11,新风进口10连接静压风箱8,送风口11处设有电加热器12。
图3所示:新风空调器13包括第一G4过滤器131、转轮换热132、第一F7活性炭过滤器133、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管134、第一紫外线灯135、第一风机136、第三G4过滤器137和第二风机138,Opti-AC室内空调器包括第二G4过滤器131、第二F7活性炭过滤器132、第二紫外线灯133、第二带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管134和变频控制风机135,新风经新风空调器13的第一G4过滤器131、转轮换热132、第一F7活性炭过滤器133、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管134、第一紫外线灯135、第一风机136送出,根据多组不同功能与区域舱室组选取多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,每一个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元对应的一组同功能或区域舱室组的多个舱室经同一回风风管***回风,第一风机136送出的新风经定风量风阀14连接低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的新风进口10。多组不同功能与区域舱室组的所有舱室均经室外回风风管***15由新风空调器13内的第三G4过滤器137、转轮换热器137、第三风机138回风至室外,每个舱室的回风由室外回风风管***或第三风机控制定风量回风。
图1、2所示的实施例只是本发明的一种简易实施,在结合图2所示的原理图下进行的结构简易改动,均在本专利保护范围内。
Claims (4)
1.一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,包括箱体,其特征在于,箱体底部设有回风口,回风口出处安装有过滤器,箱体内自上而上依次安装有紫外杀菌设备、换热盘管和离心风机,换热盘管的底部安装有承水盘,离心风机的上方设有静压风箱,静压风箱内设有电控箱,箱体的顶部设有新风进口和送风口,新风进口连接静压风箱,送风口处设有电加热器。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,其特征是:多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的新风进口连接同一新风空调器。
3.根据权利要求2所述的一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,其特征是:所述新风空调器包括第一G4过滤器、转轮换热器、第一F7活性炭过滤器、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管、第一紫外线灯、第一风机,室外空气依次经第一G4过滤器、转轮换热器、第一F7活性炭过滤器、第一带电动三通调节阀的换热盘管、第一紫外线灯、第一风机送至低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元的新风进口。
4.根据权利要求2或3所述的一种低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元,其特征是:所述新风空调器与多个低噪声分布式IDFC空调模块单元之间均分别设有定风量风阀。
