板材通常做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板,作墙壁、天花板或地板的构件。也多指锻造、轧制或铸造而成的金属板。划分为薄板、中板、厚板、特厚板、通常做成标准大小的扁平矩形建筑材料板。
如专利公布号CN104131668A公开了本发明为一种生态防火内饰板,由下至上分别包括底料层、中料层、玻纤层、无纺层以及内饰层;底料层、中料层、玻纤层、无纺层以及内饰层的外露面涂覆有防水密封层;其中底料层为包裹有无纺布的PVC板或者包裹有无纺布的TOB陶板,内饰层为PVC板与铝箔热压而成。本发明具有阻燃防火效果好;隔音效果好;保温性能优异以及耐候性强的特点。
又如专利公布号CN101337366A公开了一种纳米晶砂面地板的生产方法,其生产步骤包括用常规的工艺将木材切片、选板及开槽,还包括对地板基材进行抛光处理以及包含2道水性环保底漆、3道耐磨底漆、9道弹性底漆、3道耐刮擦面漆的17道多重互式渗透漆面涂覆工艺;本发明采用3+2+9+3的17道多重互式渗透技术,并运用纳米钛油漆分子的交互式渗透技术,使油漆分子层层充分渗透到木分子中去,经过多道超耐磨底漆、加硬底漆并经流平和数道固化和砂光,使地板具备超强的硬度和抗磨、抗刮痕、抗氧化黄变的优异性能,其漆面附着力、柔韧性、地板耐刮擦性远远超过普通工艺地板。
现有板材厚度误差较大,不方便使用和后期进行深加工。
发明内容
本发明克服了现有技术存在的问题,提出了一种无纺布板结构及其配方以及加工工艺,该地板通过合理的配方和加工工艺,板材厚度误差减小,±0.3以内,方便使用和后期进行深加工,还可以根据客户要求,在最下层铺一层底浆,使表面更加美观。
本发明的具体技术方案如下:无纺布板结构,包括中层料(3),其特征在于:所述中层料(3)的上方顺次设有玻纤布一(4)和无纺布(5);中层料(3)的下方顺次玻纤布二(2)和9g/m2无纺布(1);
所述中层料(3)的配方为:
轻烧氧化镁:100份;
七水硫酸镁:40-80份;
水:60-100份;
木屑:20-60份;
其他填充料:4-40份;
改性剂:1-5份;
颜料:1-10份;
优先地,所述其他填充料为珍珠岩、煤矸石、粉煤灰、石英砂、稻壳、秸秆中的一种或两种以上。
优先地,所述颜料为氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝、碳黑中的一种。

2)在模板上均匀涂刷一层薄薄的脱模油;
3)铺设一层9g/m2无纺布(1)、玻纤布二(2)作为下层无纺布层和下层玻纤布层;
4)将中料层(4)的配料放下至辊压好的玻纤布二(2)上,调整好中料压辊与 模板之间的距离即板材厚度,再次通过辊压方式铺设中料层(3);中料铺设的同时将1层玻纤布一(4)通过中料压辊与中料层辊压在一起;
5)将无纺布(5)辊压在玻纤布一(4)上;
6)铺设完毕后,经过切割后,进入笼架车,推入养护房进行养护;
7)养护环境温度在20-40℃左右;养护12-16小时之后可脱模;
8)脱模后板材平放进行二次升温,升温过程中保证板材板材本体温度不超过50℃;到达临界值时要进行立板降温,必要时必须采取吹风方式降温;
9)立板静养5-7天后,检测其含水率到10%以下时,即进行切割,结束后打包。

8)脱模后板材平放进行二次升温,升温过程中保证板材板材本体温度不超过50℃;到达临界值时要进行立板降温,必要时必须采取吹风方式降温;
9)立板静养5天后,检测其含水率到10%以下时,即进行切割,结束后打包。

5)将无纺布5辊压在玻纤布一4上;
6)铺设完毕后,经过切割后,进入笼架车,推入养护房进行养护;
7)养护环境温度在30℃左右;养护14小时之后可脱模;
8)脱模后板材平放进行二次升温,升温过程中保证板材板材本体温度不超过50℃;到达临界值时要进行立板降温,必要时必须采取吹风方式降温;
9)立板静养6天后,检测其含水率到10%以下时,即进行切割,结束后打包。

9)立板静养7天后,检测其含水率到10%以下时,即进行切割,结束后打包。

1.无纺布板结构,包括中层料(3),其特征在于:所述中层料(3)的上方顺次设有玻纤布一(4)和无纺布(5);中层料(3)的下方顺次玻纤布二(2)和9g/m2无纺布(1);
所述中层料(3)的配方为:
轻烧氧化镁:100份;
七水硫酸镁:40-80份;
水:60-100份;
木屑:20-60份;
其他填充料:4-40份;
改性剂:1-5份;
颜料:1-10份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布板结构,其特征在于:所述其他填充料为珍珠岩、煤矸石、粉煤灰、石英砂、稻壳、秸秆中的一种或两种以上。
3.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布板结构,其特征在于:所述颜料为氧化铁黄、氧化铁红、氧化铁绿、氧化铁蓝、碳黑中的一种。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任意一项所述的无纺布板结构,其特征在于:所述9g/m2无纺布(1)下面还设有底浆层,加入底浆层后板材表面更加美观,可根据客户要求增减。
5.根据权利要求4所述的无纺布板结构,其特征在于:所述底浆层的配方为
轻烧氧化镁:100份;
氯化镁:50-80份;
水:40-70份;
滑石粉:30-70份;
乳胶粉:5-10份;
改性剂:3-6份;
颜料2-10份;
所述底浆层的制备工艺如下:
1)将氯化镁和水按比例加在一起进行搅拌,直至氯化镁完全溶解;
2)将氯化镁溶液和改性剂按比例加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀;
3)将颜料、轻烧氧化镁、滑石粉和乳胶粉按比例加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀,制备完成。
6.根据权利要求1所述的无纺布板结构,其特征在于:所述中层料(6)的制备工艺如下:
1)将七水硫酸镁和水按比例加在一起进行搅拌,直至七水硫酸镁完全溶解;
2)将七水硫酸镁溶液和改性剂按比例加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀;
3)将轻烧氧化镁按比例加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀;
4)将颜料、木屑和其他填充料按比例加入搅拌罐中搅拌均匀;
5)根据密度要求加入发泡剂,搅拌均匀,制备完成。
7.无纺布板加工工艺,其特征在于:包括以下步骤,
具体制板过程:
1)准备PVC或ABS模板;
2)在模板上均匀涂刷一层薄薄的脱模油;
3)铺设一层9g/m2无纺布(1)、玻纤布二(2)作为下层无纺布层和下层玻纤布层;
4)将中料层(3)的配料放下至辊压好的玻纤布二(2)上,调整好中料压辊与模板之间的距离即板材厚度,再次通过辊压方式铺设中料层(3);中料铺设的 同时将1层玻纤布一(4)通过中料压辊与中料层辊压在一起;
5)将无纺布(5)辊压在玻纤布一(4)上;
6)铺设完毕后,经过切割后,进入笼架车,推入养护房进行养护;
7)养护环境温度在20-40℃左右;养护12-16小时之后可脱模;
8)脱模后板材平放进行二次升温,升温过程中保证板材板材本体温度不超过50℃;到达临界值时要进行立板降温,必要时必须采取吹风方式降温;
9)立板静养5-7天后,检测其含水率到10%以下时,即进行切割,结束后打包。
