Abstract

本发明公开了一种染色棉的生产工艺,棉短绒条放入蒸球,加入氢氧化钠,快速升温;去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料,采用退浆机进行退浆,加入退浆酶,得退浆液;退浆液在除砂器作用下进行除砂,再加入稀硫酸进行酸处理;最后在浆液中加入次氯酸钠进行漂白,水洗,后出浆;将上述白浆压榨、烘干后,进行丝光处理,棉织物在低温下,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,丝光结束后,再接着磨毛;再活性染色,采用盐和纯碱固色,再采用双氧水还原固色。本发明以棉短绒为原料,放入蒸球蒸煮,用退浆机退浆,再利用除砂进一步除去浆料中的杂质,将除砂后的浆料进行酸处理、漂白和烘干,漂白过程中,加入次氯酸钠和盐酸,漂白效果好,再对棉织物丝光处理和磨毛,最后活性染色,固色牢靠,不易褪色。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种染色棉的生产工艺,属于纺织技术领域。
背景技术
国内纺织行业中,生产精制棉的方法是采用高温高碱蒸煮,精制棉的性能指标主要包括粘度、甲种纤维素含量、水分含量、吸湿度、灰分含量、硫酸不溶物含量和白度,虽然对棉短绒原料进行了开棉、除杂和蒸煮,除去了部分杂质,但是生产得到的精制棉的杂质仍较多,染色棉还容易褪色,固色度不强。因此,需要提供一种新的技术方案来解决上述问题。
发明内容
为解决上述问题,本发明提供一种染色棉的生产工艺,其得到的染色棉杂质含量较少。
本发明采用的技术方案是:
一种染色棉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、棉短绒条放入蒸球,加入质量浓度为3.5-4.0%的氢氧化钠,快速升温至100℃,保温15-30分钟;
b、去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料,采用退浆机进行退浆,加入退浆酶,得退浆液;
c、退浆液在除砂器作用下进行除砂,再加入稀硫酸进行酸处理,去除过量的氢氧化钠溶液;
d、最后在浆液中加入次氯酸钠进行漂白,漂白时间20-30分钟后,水洗至PH=6-7,后出浆;
e、将上述白浆压榨、烘干后,进行丝光处理,棉织物在低温下,在经纬方向上都受到张力的情况下,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,丝光结束后,再接着磨毛;
f、再活性染色,采用盐和纯碱固色,再采用双氧水还原固色,固色水温95℃以上,即可。
本发明优点:本发明以棉短绒为原料,放入蒸球蒸煮,用退浆机退浆,再利用除砂进一步除去浆料中的杂质,进而提高精制棉的品质;将除砂后的浆料进行酸处理、漂白和烘干,漂白过程中,加入次氯酸钠和盐酸,漂白效果好,能得到白度更高的精制棉,再对棉织物丝光处理和磨毛,最后活性染色,固色牢靠,不易褪色。
具体实施方式
下面的实施例用以说明本发明,但不限定本发明。
实施例1
一种染色棉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、棉短绒条放入蒸球,加入质量浓度为3.5%的氢氧化钠,快速升温至100℃,保温15分钟;
b、去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料,采用退浆机进行退浆,加入退浆酶,得退浆液;
c、退浆液在除砂器作用下进行除砂,再加入稀硫酸进行酸处理,去除过量的氢氧化钠溶液;
d、最后在浆液中加入次氯酸钠进行漂白,漂白时间20分钟后,水洗至PH=6,后出浆;
e、将上述白浆压榨、烘干后,进行丝光处理,棉织物在低温下,在经纬方向上都受到张力的情况下,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,丝光结束后,再接着磨毛;
f、再活性染色,采用盐和纯碱固色,再采用双氧水还原固色,固色水温95℃以上,即可。
实施例2
一种染色棉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、棉短绒条放入蒸球,加入质量浓度为3.8%的氢氧化钠,快速升温至100℃,保温22分钟;
b、去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料,采用退浆机进行退浆,加入退浆酶,得退浆液;
c、退浆液在除砂器作用下进行除砂,再加入稀硫酸进行酸处理,去除过量的氢氧化钠溶液;
d、最后在浆液中加入次氯酸钠进行漂白,漂白时间25分钟后,水洗至PH=6,后出浆;
e、将上述白浆压榨、烘干后,进行丝光处理,棉织物在低温下,在经纬方向上都受到张力的情况下,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,丝光结束后,再接着磨毛;
f、再活性染色,采用盐和纯碱固色,再采用双氧水还原固色,固色水温95℃以上,即可。
实施例3
一种染色棉的生产工艺,包括以下步骤:
a、棉短绒条放入蒸球,加入质量浓度为4.0%的氢氧化钠,快速升温至100℃,保温30分钟;
b、去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料,采用退浆机进行退浆,加入退浆酶,得退浆液;
c、退浆液在除砂器作用下进行除砂,再加入稀硫酸进行酸处理,去除过量的氢氧化钠溶液;
d、最后在浆液中加入次氯酸钠进行漂白,漂白时间30分钟后,水洗至PH=7,后出浆;
e、将上述白浆压榨、烘干后,进行丝光处理,棉织物在低温下,在经纬方向上都受到张力的情况下,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,丝光结束后,再接着磨毛;
f、再活性染色,采用盐和纯碱固色,再采用双氧水还原固色,固色水温95℃以上,即可。

1.一种染色棉的生产工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a、棉短绒条放入蒸球,加入质量浓度为3.5-4.0%的氢氧化钠,快速升温至100℃,保温15-30分钟;
b、去除织布时上在经纱上的浆料,采用退浆机进行退浆,加入退浆酶,得退浆液;
c、退浆液在除砂器作用下进行除砂,再加入稀硫酸进行酸处理,去除过量的氢氧化钠溶液;
d、最后在浆液中加入次氯酸钠进行漂白,漂白时间20-30分钟后,水洗至PH=6-7,后出浆;
e、将上述白浆压榨、烘干后,进行丝光处理,棉织物在低温下,在经纬方向上都受到张力的情况下,用浓的烧碱溶液处理,丝光结束后,再接着磨毛;
