Abstract

本发明涉及一种金属管材拉拔油,主要成分为基础油,其它添加剂及其百分含量为以拉拔油的质量计:含硫磷极压剂:0.5-3.0%含磷极压剂:0.5-2.5%含硫极压剂:4-11%润滑剂:2-7%防锈剂:1-2%乳化剂:2-6%。本发明中含磷极压剂、含硫极压剂、含硫磷极压剂的混合比例合适,在拉拔过程中金属表面不同温度下分别起到极压润滑作用。本发明中含有性能优良的复合乳化剂,使油品具有水可洗性,加工后的材料用水即可将油膜洗去。

技术领域
本发明属于拉拔油领域,涉及金属管材,尤其是一种金属管材拉拔油。
背景技术
金属拉拔是通过模具孔减少材料的截面积,获得高精度、高光泽度棒材、线材和管材的一种塑性加工工艺,是制备线材和管材的重要方法。拉拔是一种技术要求非常高的加工工艺,拉拔后的棒材、线材或管材要求直径或厚度都要非常均匀,而且表面光亮无擦痕,稍有不慎就可能造成卡咬或拉拔中断,严重影响产品质量甚至整个批次报废。而在金属拉拔加工过程中,润滑剂的种类、质量及使用方法对模具的寿命、拉件的质量(如表面光洁度等)和拉拔的速度等影响十分重要。因此拉拔润滑油是技术要求十分严格的产品,但目前拉拔用油还处于一种无统一质量标准,生产规模小而分散,用户要求多样性以及依赖进口等状态,对金属拉拔加工的发展有一定的影响。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有技术的不足之处,提供一种可水洗、极压润滑性能好的金属管材拉拔油。
本发明解决技术问题所采用的技术方案是:
一种金属管材拉拔油,主要成分为基础油,其它添加剂及其百分含量为以拉拔油的质量计:
而且,所述的含硫磷极压剂为ZnDDP。
而且,所述的含磷极压剂为油溶性磷酸酯及亚磷酸酯的混合物。
而且,所述的含硫极压剂由硫化异丁烯与硫化脂肪酸酯组成,其中硫化异丁烯占拉拔油总质量的2-6%,硫化脂肪酸酯占拉拔油总质量的2-5%。
而且,所述的润滑剂为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。
而且,所述的防锈剂为T705A。
而且,所述的乳化剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯组成,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚占拉拔油总质量的1-3%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯占拉拔油总质量的1-3%。
本发明针对市场上进口的金属管材拉拔油的性能指标要求,对润滑剂组份和添加剂进行筛选,并针对拉拔过程中摩擦学、摩擦化学原理,防锈机理等进行研究,根据基础研究得出的构效关系,进行金属管材拉拔油的组成配比设计,利用先进的仪器分析手段对拉拔过程中的摩擦表面进行结构表征,确定金属管材拉拔油的的组份配比和生产工艺,优选出综合性能优秀的润滑剂、极压剂、乳化剂、油性剂、防锈缓蚀剂和最佳加入量,通过工艺优化,实现规模化生产。
本发明的优点和积极效果是:
1、本发明中含磷极压剂、含硫极压剂、含硫磷极压剂的混合比例合适,在拉拔过程中金属表面不同温度下分别起到极压润滑作用。
2、本发明中含有性能优良的复合乳化剂,使油品具有水可洗性,加工后的材料用水即可将油膜洗去。

一种金属管材拉拔油,主要成分为基础油,其它添加剂及其百分含量为以拉拔油的质量计:
ZnDDP 0.5%
ElCO磷酸酯和亚磷酸酯(油溶性) 2.5%
硫化异丁烯 2%
硫化脂肪酸酯 5%
三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯 2%
T705A防锈剂 2%
脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚 1%
聚氧乙烯(4EO)失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯 3%
基础油 余量

4.根据权利要求1所述的金属管材拉拔油,其特征在于:所述的含硫极压剂由硫化异丁烯与硫化脂肪酸酯组成,其中硫化异丁烯占拉拔油总质量的2-6%,硫化脂肪酸酯占拉拔油总质量的2-5%。
5.根据权利要求1所述的金属管材拉拔油,其特征在于:所述的润滑剂为三羟甲基丙烷油酸酯。
6.根据权利要求1所述的金属管材拉拔油,其特征在于:所述的防锈剂为T705A。
7.根据权利要求1所述的金属管材拉拔油,其特征在于:所述的乳化剂由脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚及聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯组成,其中脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚占拉拔油总质量的1-3%,聚氧乙烯失水山梨醇单月桂酸酯占拉拔油总质量的1-3%。
8.根据权利要求1所述的金属管材拉拔油,其特征在于:所述的基础油为石蜡基基础油。
