Description

双输出混合动力传动驱动装置
技术领域
本发明属于混合动力汽车动力传动技术领域,特别是一种能够应用在汽车上实现四驱驱动的双输出混合动力传动驱动装置。
背景技术
近年来,由于化石资源的日益匮乏与环境污染问题的日益突出,汽车的节能与环保得到了世界各国政府与人民的重视,各国政府均制订了越来越严苛的燃油经济性与排放法规以限制汽车燃油消耗与尾气排放。在中国,随着2017年国五排放标准的实施,大气污染中由汽车尾气产生的氮氧化物、碳氢化合物、一氧化碳和悬浮粒子等会有所降低,而雾霾等大气污染问题将会得到一定程度上的缓解,但为了进一步降低汽车尾气的影响,2020年即将实施国六排放标准,同时工信部新修订的《乘用车燃料消耗量限值》和《乘用车燃料消耗量评价方法及指标》这两项国家强制性标准要求乘用车新车的平均燃油经济性低于5L每百公里。
为了达到这一指标,各大汽车厂商纷纷推出混合动力汽车。但在提高燃油经济性的同时,在车辆的操纵性能,特别是加速性能与通过性方面难以避免地作出了一定的让步。随着混合动力汽车的市场进一步扩大,并慢慢推广至SUV或者皮卡等车型,车辆的通过性与加速性对于消费者而言会显得尤为重要,但是目前市面上的混合动力SUV仍然采用一般乘用车使用的形式,这难免使其在销售过程中有一定阻碍。以丰田首辆混合动力汽车普锐斯为例,虽然其具有极佳的燃油经济性,但其加速性能却不尽如人意。
究其原因之一,在于现有的混联式混合动力车型均采用单输出模式,无法实现四驱模式,最终导致动力性与通过性不佳。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种双输出混合动力传动驱动装置,能够实现四驱驱动,提高车辆的通过性。
实现本发明目的的技术解决方案为:
一种双输出混合动力传动驱动装置,包括内燃机、第一电动机/发电机、第二电动机/发电机、前轮输出轴、后轮输出轴、第一行星齿轮系、第二行星齿轮系、齿轮Ⅰ、齿轮Ⅱ、齿轮Ⅲ、齿轮Ⅳ、离合器Ⅰ、离合器Ⅱ和制动器,所述第一行星齿轮系与第一电动机/发电机的输出轴固定连接,所述第二电动机/发电机的输出轴一端与齿轮Ⅱ固定连接,另一端与后轮输出轴固定连接,所述离合器Ⅰ一端与第一行星齿轮系固定连接,另一端与第二行星齿轮系固定连接,所述离合器Ⅱ一端与齿轮Ⅳ固定连接,另一端与前轮输出轴固定连接,所述制动器一端固定,另一端与第二行星齿轮系和齿轮Ⅲ固定连接,所述第二行星齿轮系与齿轮Ⅰ啮合,所述齿轮Ⅰ与齿轮Ⅱ啮合,所述齿轮Ⅲ与齿轮Ⅳ啮合,所述第一行星齿轮系与内燃机的输出轴啮合。
本发明与现有技术相比,其显著优点为:
1、动力性与通过性好:本发明具有双输出轴,可分别作为车辆的前后输出轴,实现车辆的四轮驱动,两驱输入型功率分流驱动模式与两驱纯电动模式可用于普通路况的驱动,全时四驱复合型功率分流驱动模式可用于复杂路况,如山地路段或者冰雪路面驾驶状况,提高***的通过性与可驾驭性;
2、适应性强:多种工作模式使得该***能够适应复杂,多变的工作环境,有效地提高和改善车辆的动力性、燃油经济性和排放性能,适用于深度混合动力汽车和插电式混合动力汽车。

本发明通过控制离合器Ⅰ12、离合器Ⅱ13和制动器14的接合与分离,可实现两驱纯电动驱动模式,两驱输入型功率分流驱动模型及全时四驱复合型功率分流驱动模式,特别是通过离合器Ⅱ接合与分离可实现两驱与四驱两种驱动模式的切换,
下面将根据***执行器状态,发动机启动状态,对该混合动力传动驱动装置的工作模式与状态进行介绍。
1、停车模式Ⅰ:离合器Ⅰ12、离合器Ⅱ13和制动器14均处于分离状态,均不工作,车辆处于静止状态。
2、两驱纯电动驱动模式时,制动器14接合,离合器Ⅰ12、离合器Ⅱ13均分离。
在此模式之下,太阳轮Ⅱ71与齿轮Ⅲ10被固定,内燃机1与第一电动机/发电机2通过第一行星齿轮系6相互连接,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴5连接,可以两轮驱动汽车前进与后退;同时内燃机1不工作,第二电动机/发电机3作为电动机与输出轴5相连,电池供电给第二电动机/发电机3驱动车辆;若在该模式下,电机处于工作状态、车辆不处于制动减速状态,第二电动机/发电机3以电池能量为能源驱动车辆前进,则实现两驱纯电动驱动模式;若车辆处于制动减速状态,第二电动机/发电机3可作为发电机,将制动能量转换为电能,从而给电池充电,但由于该模式只有一个电机能够参与制动能量回收,故该模式的制动能量回收状态为中低功率制动能量回收。由于两驱纯电动驱动模式使得该混合动力传动驱动装置具有纯电动模式和制动能量回收模式。
3、两驱输入性功率分流驱动模式时,离合器Ⅰ12、制动器14均接合,离合器Ⅱ13分离。
在此模式之下,行星架Ⅰ62与行星架Ⅱ72相互连接在一起,形成一体,此时,第二电动机/发电机3与输出轴5直接连接,可以两轮驱动汽车前进与后退;内燃机1工作,内燃机1动力经过内燃机1输出轴,输入到第一排行星系的齿圈Ⅰ53,此时,此时第一排行星齿轮系作起功率分流功能,并以第二排行星系的行星架Ⅱ72作为输出,当发动机能量大于需求功率时,将多余能量输送给第二电动机/发电机3发电给电池充电,而当发动机能量小于需求功率时,第二电动机/发电机3又作为电动机提供能量驱动车辆;此时,第一电动机/发电机2的主要作用是通过调节其自身转速,使得内燃机1工作于其最佳燃油经济效率区域,提高***的效率。而该模式中,两个电动机/发电机只有在车辆处于中低速工况时,才工作在高效率区域,故该模式适合于工作在中低速工况。除此之外,内燃机1不工作,第一电动机/发电机2也可作为电动机或者发电机,实现纯电动驱动模式或者制动能量回收模式,该制动能量回收模式也是中低功率制动能量回收。
4、全时四驱复合型功率分流驱动模式时,离合器Ⅰ12、离合器Ⅱ13均接合,制动器14分离。
在此模式下,行星架Ⅰ62与行星架Ⅱ72相互连接在一起,形成一体,此时,输出轴4与行星架行星架Ⅱ72通过传动齿轮10、11连接,输出轴5与第二电动机/发电机连接;内燃机1工作时,实现混合驱动模式,内燃机1动力经过内燃机1输出轴,输入到第一排行星系的齿圈Ⅰ63,此时,此时第一排行星齿轮系作起功率分流功能,并以第二排行星系的行星架Ⅱ72作为输出给太阳轮Ⅱ71与齿圈Ⅱ73;此时第一电动机/发电机2主要作用是通过调节其自身转速,使得内燃机1工作于其最佳燃油经济效率区域;而当发动机能量大于需求功率时,第二电动机/发电机3将多余的发动机能量转换为电能给电池充电,而当发动机能量小于需求功率时,第二电动机/发电机3作为电动机提供能量驱动车辆;当内燃机1不工作时,通过协调两个电动机/发电机也可实现纯电动驱动模式或者制动能量回收模式,但不同于串联式与输入型功率分流驱动模式,该种模式下,电机的控制相对复杂。
5、停车模式Ⅱ:离合器Ⅰ12、离合器Ⅱ13和制动器14均处于接合状态,车辆处于静止状态。

本发明的混合动力驱动装置具有双输出轴,可分别作为车辆的前后输出轴,实现车辆的四轮驱动,增加车辆的通过性与可驾驭性。
通过离合器Ⅰ、离合器Ⅱ和制动器的接合与分离,可实现两驱纯电动驱动模式,两驱输入型功率分流驱动模型及全时四驱复合型功率分流驱动模型,通过离合器Ⅱ接合与分离可实现两驱与四驱两种驱动模式的切换。两驱输入型功率分流驱动模式与两驱纯电动模式可用于普通路况的驱动,全时四驱复合型功率分流驱动模式可用于复杂路况,如山地路段或者冰雪路面驾驶状况,提高***的通过性。
多种工作模式使得该***能够适应复杂,多变的工作环境,有效地提高和改善车辆的动力性、燃油经济性和排放性能,适用于深度混合动力汽车和插电式混合动力汽车。

所述第二行星齿轮系(7)包括太阳轮Ⅱ(71)、行星架Ⅱ(72)和齿圈Ⅱ(73),所述行星架Ⅱ(72)一端与太阳轮Ⅱ(71)啮合,另一端与齿圈Ⅱ(73)啮合,
所述太阳轮Ⅰ(61)与第一电动机/发电机(2)的输出轴固定连接,所述第二电动机/发电机(3)的输出轴一端与齿轮Ⅱ(9)连接,另一端与后轮输出轴(5)连接,
所述离合器Ⅰ(12)一端与行星架Ⅰ(62)固定连接,另一端与行星架Ⅱ(72)固定连接,所述制动器(14)一端固定,另一端与太阳轮Ⅱ(71)和齿轮Ⅲ(10)固定连接,
所述齿圈Ⅱ(73)与齿轮Ⅰ(8)啮合,
所述齿圈Ⅰ(63)与内燃机(1)的输出轴啮合。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的传动驱动装置,其特征在于:两驱纯电动驱动模式时,制动器(14)接合,离合器Ⅰ(12)、离合器Ⅱ(13)均分离。
4.根据权利要求1所述的传动驱动装置,其特征在于:两驱输入性功率分流驱动模式时,离合器Ⅰ(12)、制动器(14)均接合,离合器Ⅱ(13)分离。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的传动驱动装置,其特征在于:全时四驱复合型功率分流驱动模式时,离合器Ⅰ(12)、离合器Ⅱ(13)均接合,制动器(14)分离。
