技术领域
本发明涉及一种真丝抗皱增垂的整理助剂,属于纺织领域。
背景技术
真丝一般指蚕丝,包括桑蚕丝、柞蚕丝、蓖麻蚕丝、木薯蚕丝等。真丝被称为“纤维皇后”,以其独特的魅力受到古往今来的人的青睐。真丝,属于蛋白质纤维,丝素中含有18种对人体有益的氨基酸,可以帮助皮肤维持表面脂膜的新陈代谢,故可以使皮肤保持滋润、光滑。
蚕丝纤维是唯一得到实际应用的天然长丝纤维,由蚕改粘液凝固而成。蚕丝纤维因蚕的食性不同分成多种,其中有食桑叶形成的桑蚕丝纤维、食柞树叶形成的柞蚕丝纤维以及食木薯叶、马桑叶、蓖麻叶形成的其他野蚕丝纤维。桑蚕丝纤维和柞蚕丝纤维可以把长丝纤维的形态保留到集束形成的长丝纱中,其他的几种野蚕丝纤维只能被改形为短纤维用纺织加工。在用桑蚕丝纤维和柞蚕丝纤维集束形成的长丝纱中,桑蚕丝纤维的长丝纱最重要,占天然长丝纱的大部分。现以桑蚕丝纤维的组成与结构为例说明如下。
真丝织物具有光泽柔和、手感柔滑、吸湿透气等优良的服用性能,特别适宜于制作对抗菌性有较高要求的内衣和婴幼儿服装等产品。但是,真丝织物易起皱、易缩水、难打理等缺点,影响了其使用效果。为了克服真丝织物的不足,多年来,科技人员不断地探索提高真丝绸服用性能的技术途径,其中采用整理剂是目前国内外提高真丝织物性能的主要攻关方向之一。
色织物的悬垂性是织物在服用时由于其自重和弯曲程度所产生的曲而特性,悬垂性能良好的织物,能够形成光滑流畅的曲面造型,具有良好的贴身性,给人以视觉上的享受。所以织物的悬垂性是外观风格中的主要内容。
本发明旨在提供一种真丝抗皱增垂的整理助剂,其充分利用天然提取物,天然蛋白等等,其天然环保,无需高温,无需昂贵的生物酶类,不需要化学试剂,并且处理后的真丝具有优异的抗皱性和悬垂性。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明针对背景技术存在的问题,提供一种真丝抗皱增垂的整理助剂,其充分利用天然提取物,天然蛋白等等,其天然环保,无需高温,不需要化学试剂,并且处理后的真丝具有优异的抗皱性和悬垂性。
本发明的目的通过以下技术方案实现:
一种真丝抗皱增垂的整理助剂,其包括预处理液和整理液:
预处理溶液:按照质量百分比,库拉索芦荟汁2-3%,黄连提取液1-2%,纳米碳酸钙粉0.08%,丝素蛋白1%;
预处理工艺为:取真丝织物,浴比1:30,保持恒温40℃震荡15min;处理后50℃烘干;
整理液:按照质量百分比,褐藻胶3-5%,海藻糖0.5%,甘氨酸0.5%;
整理液工艺流程为:将预处理后的真丝织物放入整理液中,浴比1:30,保持恒温40℃处理10-15min;处理后60℃烘焙10s,然后水洗,50℃烘干。

本实施例所用的真丝织物均为百分百桑蚕丝纬平针织物试样。

预处理溶液:按照质量百分比,库拉索芦荟汁2%,黄连提取液2%,纳米碳酸钙粉0.08%,丝素蛋白1%;
预处理工艺为:取真丝织物,浴比1∶30,保持恒温40℃震荡15min;处理后50℃烘干;
整理液:按照质量百分比,褐藻胶3%,海藻糖0.5%,甘氨酸0.5%;
整理液工艺流程为:将预处理后的真丝织物放入整理液中,浴比1:30,保持恒温40℃处理15min;处理后60℃烘焙10s,然后水洗,50℃烘干。
实施例2:

效果测评:
色织物的悬垂性是织物在服用时由于其自重和弯曲程度所产生的曲而特性,悬垂性能良好的织物,能够形成光滑流畅的曲面造型,具有良好的贴身性,给人以视觉上的享受。所以织物的悬垂性是外观风格中的主要内容。
悬垂系数分静态悬垂系数和动态悬垂系数,一般织物的悬垂系数越小,织物的悬垂性越好,柔软性就越佳。
实验结果如下表所示:

由此可见,本发明提供了提供一种真丝抗皱增垂的整理助剂,其充分利用天然提取物,天然蛋白等等,其天然环保,无需高温,无需昂贵的生物酶类,不需要化学试剂,并且处理后的真丝具有优异的抗皱性和悬垂性。

整理液:按照质量百分比,褐藻胶3-5%,海藻糖0.5%,甘氨酸0.5%。
