本发明涉及一种防刮擦阳光面料的制备方法,该方法包括:称取PVC 120千克、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5千克、玻璃纤维25千克、防刮擦剂1‑{4‑甲基‑3‑[甲基‑(7H‑吡咯并[2,3‑d]嘧啶‑4‑基)‑氨基]‑哌啶‑1‑基}‑2‑四唑‑1‑基‑乙酮15千克、过氧化锌2千克、吐温805千克和碳酸钙20千克,混合到GB‑10型高速混合机中,加热至熔融状态并搅拌30分钟,然后用异形喷丝孔的喷丝板进行纺丝,并且将纺丝作为经纬线进行织造加工,经线密度80根/cm,纬线密度50根/cm,即得。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织领域,具体的说,本发明涉及一种防刮擦阳光面料的制备方法。
背景技术
现在常用的面料穿戴时间长了容易磨损、甚至磨坏,因此,急需一种可以防刮擦的面料。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种防刮擦阳光面料的制备方法。
为了实现本发明的目的,本发明提供一种防刮擦阳光面料的制备方法,该方法包括:称取PVC 120千克、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5千克、玻璃纤维25千克、防刮擦剂1-{4-甲基-3-[甲基-(7H-吡咯并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-基)-氨基]-哌啶-1-基}-2-四唑-1-基-乙酮15千克、过氧化锌2千克、吐温805千克和碳酸钙20千克,混合到GB-10型高速混合机中,加热至熔融状态并搅拌30分钟,然后用异形喷丝孔的喷丝板进行纺丝,并且将纺丝作为经纬线进行织造加工,经线密度80根/cm,纬线密度50根/cm,即得。
本发明还提供1-{4-甲基-3-[甲基-(7H-吡咯并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-基)-氨基]-哌啶-1-基}-2-四唑-1-基-乙酮在用作面料防刮擦剂中的用途。
本面料中加入防刮擦剂,简单实用,方便推广。

实施例1
称取PVC 120千克、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5千克、玻璃纤维25千克、1-{4-甲基-3-[甲基-(7H-吡咯并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-基)-氨基]-哌啶-1-基}-2-四唑-1-基-乙酮15千克、过氧化锌2千克、吐温805千克和碳酸钙20千克,混合到GB-10型高速混合机中,加热至熔融状态并搅拌30分钟,然后用异形喷丝孔的喷丝板进行纺丝,并且将纺丝作为经纬线进行织造加工,经线密度80根/cm,纬线密度50根/cm,即得面料1。
实施例2
按照和实施例1相同的方式制备新型驱虫玻璃纤维阳光面料2,不同之处在于不使用防刮擦剂1-{4-甲基-3-[甲基-(7H-吡咯并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-基)-氨基]-哌啶-1-基}-2-四唑-1-基-乙酮。
实验例
根据GB/T9754-19984方法来测试耐刮擦性。经测试,实施例1的面料的GB/T9754-19984耐硬币刮擦≥20N,而实施例2的面料的GB/T9754-19984耐硬币刮擦<5N,这说明防刮擦剂的加入大大增强了耐刮擦性。

1.一种防刮擦阳光面料的制备方法,该方法可以包括:称取PVC120千克、邻苯二甲酸二辛酯5千克、玻璃纤维25千克、防刮擦剂1-{4-甲基-3-[甲基-(7H-吡咯并[2,3-d]嘧啶-4-基)-氨基]-哌啶-1-基}-2-四唑-1-基-乙酮15千克、过氧化锌2千克、吐温805千克和碳酸钙20千克,混合到GB-10型高速混合机中,加热至熔融状态并搅拌30分钟,然后用异形喷丝孔的喷丝板进行纺丝,并且将纺丝作为经纬线进行织造加工,经线密度80根/cm,纬线密度50根/cm,即得。
