2、可热熔胶粘合,也可冷粘胶粘合,生产成本低;
3、环保易达标,易实现工业化、标准化、规模化生产。

具体实施方式:
用原态竹为4-5年龄、长度为距地面50厘米处至2500厘米处、竹身通直、小头直径为8厘米以上的竹段,用磨机将竹段上的外凸竹隔磨除,在破竹专用机械上按4厘米竹片宽度选择星芒状刀具,将竹段破成两侧不等宽、两端不等厚的竹片材,竹片材经煮、蒸、用不大于70℃烘干至含水率9%以下,将竹片用上下安装有可调压力弹簧的多头凸凹吻合弧形压轮和多头凸凹吻合多个不同目数的弧形磨轮、左右面安装有可调宽度的旋转刀具的磨削机械,去青去黄制成两侧等宽、两端不等厚的竹片材,竹片材经双面涂酚醛树脂热熔胶,薄厚竹片竖向交错码放在平台上组成板坯,经侧热压机压合成不等厚竹片材弧形原态重组板材。
