Abstract

本发明公开了一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫,包括从上往下设置的上层、中层以及下层,所述上层为面料层,所述中层为回收橡胶发泡颗粒层。本发明还提供了一种上述抗疲劳垫的制备方法,先将回收橡胶发泡材料颗粒化,然后与胶水混合均匀,再与面料层在模具内一起热压成型制得半成品,半成品通过胶水与下层压力复合制得抗疲劳垫。采用回收的橡胶发泡材料,可以大大降低生产成本,并且将回收的橡胶发泡材料颗粒化,充分利用回收橡胶发泡材料的弹性,可以有效缓解长时间处于固定位置引起的身体疲劳;并且通过该制备方法制得的抗疲劳垫的邵氏硬度为20‑30HA,能够达到缓解疲劳的最佳效果。

一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫及其制备方法
技术领域
本发明涉及一种抗疲劳垫及其制备方法,特别是一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫及其制备方法。
背景技术
目前市场上在使用的能够缓解疲劳的抗疲劳垫,大都采用橡胶发泡材料、聚氨酯发泡材料、XPE发泡材料、PVC发泡材料等制成,主要是利用发泡材料的弹性起到缓解疲劳的作用。然而这种抗疲劳垫存在一定的缺点:即生产成本高,功能单一化。
发明内容
为了解决上述现有技术的不足,本发明的第一目的是提供一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫,采用回收橡胶发泡材料,大大降低了生产成本。
为了实现上述目的,本发明所设计的一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫,包括从上往下设置的上层、中层以及下层,所述上层为面料层,所述中层为回收橡胶发泡颗粒层。
优选的,所述上层为天然皮革层或PU皮革层或天然纤维簇绒面料层或天然纤维针刺面料层或合成纤维簇绒面料层或合成纤维针刺面料层或编织面料层。
优选的,所述下层为发泡材料制成的发泡层或者面料层或者发泡材料与面料的复合层。
优选的,所述下层为PU发泡层或SBR发泡层或NR发泡层或天然纤维面料层或合成纤维面料层。
本发明的第二目的在于提供一种上述抗疲劳垫的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将回收橡胶发泡材料清洁后粉碎成颗粒;
(2)、将粉碎后的颗粒投入搅拌容器中,再加入胶水搅拌均匀;
(3)、将面料层展平后与混合有胶水的颗粒一起放入模具内,进行热压复合得到半成品;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的半成品冷却至常温状态;
(5)、将冷却后的半成品进行修边,然后在半成品底部辊涂胶水,将半成品传送到烘道内进行烘烤;
(6)、将烘烤后的半成品与下层放入模具内,进行压力复合成型,并切边得到上述抗疲劳垫。
优选的,所述步骤(3)中热压复合时的温度为160-180℃,压力为13-15MPa,时间为100-160s。
优选的,所述步骤(5)中的烘道温度为80-150℃,烘烤时间为15-20min。
优选的,所述步骤(6)中压力复合时的压力为10-15MPa/cm2
优选的,所述胶水为PU油性胶水。
优选的,所述颗粒的粒径为0.5-8.0mm。
与现有技术相比,本发明得到的一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫及其制备方法,其有益效果是:
1、采用回收的橡胶发泡材料,可以大大降低生产成本,并且将回收的橡胶发泡材料颗粒化,充分利用回收橡胶发泡材料的弹性,可以有效缓解长时间处于固定位置引起的身体疲劳;
2、上层为面料层,可以在面料层上通过丝网印、喷印等工艺印制各种图案,使抗疲劳垫具备装饰性,使其能够应用于厨房、健身房、卫生间、盥洗室、酒店、实验室、食品加工区以及汽车维修中心等区域,具有广泛的应用前景;
3、在回收橡胶发泡颗粒层下方设置下层,下层可以是具有弹性的发泡层也可以是弹性较差的面料层,甚至是发泡材料与面料的复合层,从而可以进一步提高抗疲劳垫的弹性或者在下层设置凹凸防滑图案,使该抗疲劳垫的功能更加多样化,使用范围更广;
4、将面料与混有胶水的橡胶发泡颗粒在模具内直接热压复合成半产品,可以在模具上设置凹凸等图形,亦可事先在面料上印刷图形,经过热压复合后,面料上表面的图形立体感强,富有美感;
5、通过该制备方法制得的抗疲劳垫的邵氏硬度为20-30HA,达到缓解疲劳的最佳效果。

具体实施方式
下面结合附图和实施例对本发明进一步说明。
如图1所示,本发明提供的一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫,包括从上往下设置的上层1、中层2以及下层3,所述上层为面料层,所述中层为回收橡胶发泡颗粒层。
所述面料层可以采用天然皮革层、PU皮革层以及其他仿皮革层,也可以采用天然纤维簇绒面料层、天然纤维针刺面料层、合成纤维簇绒面料层、合成纤维针刺面料层以及各种材质编织的面料层,并且可以在面料层上通过丝网印、喷印、转印等工艺印制各种图案,也可以在面料层上喷涂涂料。
所述下层为发泡材料制成的发泡层或者面料层或者发泡材料与面料的复合层。具体可以采用PU发泡层、SBR发泡层、NR发泡层、天然纤维面料层、合成纤维面料层以及其他各种材质各种工艺制成的地毯,当采用发泡材料与面料的复合层时,如图2所示,发泡材料上表面与中层相复合,下表面复合面料,并可以在面料下表面印制凹凸图案,起到更好的防滑作用。其中发泡材料与面料的复合可以采用本发明制备方法中的上层与中层的复合方法,亦可以采用现有的复合方法。
上述抗疲劳垫通过以下制备方法制得,包括以下步骤:
(1)、将回收橡胶发泡材料清洁后粉碎成0.5-8.0mm的颗粒;
(2)、将粉碎后的颗粒投入封闭式搅拌容器中,再加入胶水搅拌均匀,胶水以淹没回收橡胶发泡材料的颗粒即可;
(3)、将面料层展平后与混合有胶水的颗粒一起放入模具内,进行热压复合得到半成品,热压复合时的温度为160-180℃,压力为13-15MPa,时间为100-160s;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的半成品冷却至常温状态;
(5)、将冷却后的半成品进行修边,然后在半成品底部辊涂胶水,将半成品传送到烘道内进行烘烤,烘道内的温度以80-150℃最佳,烘烤时间以15-20min最佳,烘烤的目的是为了使胶水达到最佳粘合状态,最佳粘合状态一般为用手触摸时粘手又无粘手感;
(6)、将烘烤后的半成品与下层放入模具内,进行压力复合成型,并切边得到上述抗疲劳垫,压力复合时的压力为10-15 MPa/cm2
其中,所述胶水为PU油性胶水。
先将回收的橡胶发泡材料进行颗粒化,且其颗粒粒径必须在0.5-8.0mm内,粒径过小或者过大均会影响最终成型垫子的弹性和复合牢度,然后将颗粒化的橡胶发泡材料与胶水混合均匀,否则也会影响成型效果和最终成型垫子的局部回弹效果,然后在面料层与橡胶发泡颗粒层复合后需要对其进行复合牢度检测,当达到符合国家要求的玻璃强度时,才可以与下层进行复合,并且整个制备过程中均采用PU油性胶水,通过本方法制得的抗疲劳垫的邵氏硬度一般在20-30HA,达到缓解疲劳的最佳效果。
对比例1:
该对比例中采用与实施例1相同的面料层以及相同的底层,其中中层亦采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒层,其区别仅仅在于:该回收橡胶发泡颗粒的粒径在0.1mm,其余同实施例1 。
对比例2:
该对比例与对比例1的区别仅仅在于回收橡胶发泡颗粒的粒径在12mm。
对比例3:
该对比例与实施例1的区别仅仅在于:胶水为PU水性胶水。
对对比例1-3制取的抗疲劳垫进行检测,得出邵氏硬度在5-10HA,抗疲劳效果非常差。
综上所述,通过本发明的制备方法制得的抗疲劳垫的抗疲劳效果最佳。
以上所述实施例仅仅是对本发明的实施方式进行描述,并不能因此而理解为对本发明专利范围的限制。应当指出的是,对于本领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明构思的前提下,还可以做出若干变形和改进,这些均属于本发明的保护范围。因此,本发明专利的保护范围应以所附权利要求为准。

Claims (10)

1.一种采用回收橡胶发泡颗粒成型的抗疲劳垫,其特征在于:包括从上往下设置的上层、中层以及下层,所述上层为面料层,所述中层为回收橡胶发泡颗粒层。
2.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳垫,其特征在于:所述上层为天然皮革层或PU皮革层或天然纤维簇绒面料层或天然纤维针刺面料层或合成纤维簇绒面料层或合成纤维针刺面料层或编织面料层。
3.根据权利要求1所述的抗疲劳垫,其特征在于:所述下层为发泡材料制成的发泡层或者面料层或者发泡材料与面料的复合层。
4.根据权利要求4所述的抗疲劳垫,其特征在于:所述下层为PU发泡层或SBR发泡层或NR发泡层或天然纤维面料层或合成纤维面料层。
5.根据权利要求1-4任一所述的抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1)、将回收橡胶发泡材料清洁后粉碎成颗粒;
(2)、将粉碎后的颗粒投入搅拌容器中,再加入胶水搅拌均匀;
(3)、将面料层展平后与混合有胶水的颗粒一起放入模具内,进行热压复合得到半成品;
(4)、将步骤(3)得到的半成品冷却至常温状态;
(5)、将冷却后的半成品进行修边,然后在半成品底部辊涂胶水,将半成品传送到烘道内烘烤;
(6)、将烘烤后的半成品与下层放入模具内,进行压力复合成型,并切边得到上述抗疲劳垫。
6.根据权利要求5所述的抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(3)中热压复合时的温度为160-180℃,压力为13-15MPa,时间为100-160s。
7.根据权利要求5所述的抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(5)中的烘道温度为80-150℃,烘烤时间为15-20min。
8.根据权利要求5所述的抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(6)中压力复合时的压力为10-15MPa/cm2
9.根据权利要求5所述的抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述胶水为PU油性胶水。
10.根据权利要求5所述的抗疲劳垫的制备方法,其特征在于:所述颗粒的粒径为0.5-8.0mm。
