Description
技术领域
本发明涉及具有改进的耐火特性的、由用沥青浸渍的纤维(尤其是纤维素纤维)制成的屋顶覆盖构件的生产方法、用于实施该方法的设备以及可用于上述目的的组合物。其在建筑构件,且尤其是屋面构件,特别是带瓦楞的片材或者包括屋顶的那些覆盖线或奇点的其它屋面构件的制造领域中得以应用。
背景技术
经沥青浸渍的纤维素纤维屋面构件已使用了多年。为了改进它们的耐火特性,有人提出在它们的组合物中使用石墨。具体而言,有人提出利用干撒法:利用使石墨颗粒与屋面构件的表面保持成一体的方式,在屋面构件的两个相对面的一个面上喷撒石墨颗粒。
用于执行这种操作所需的装备较复杂且不易于调节,假如颗粒撒布在待成型或已成型构件尤其是带瓦楞的片材上,则会难以在整个表面上实现均匀撒布。此外,上述装备为致力于撒布石墨颗粒的专用装备,而且可能难以安装在已有的生产线中。

-搅拌器为安置于液体组合物内的机械搅拌器,
-搅拌器选自阿基米德螺旋式搅拌器、螺带式搅拌器或者任何其他等价类型的搅拌器,
-所述方法进一步包括已涂覆于所述毡上的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的干燥和凝固的步骤,
-纤维毡为不连续的并且对应于纤维片材,

本发明还涉及用于对纤维毡进行涂覆的设备,所述纤维至少部分为天然纤维,所述天然纤维尤其为纤维素纤维,所述设备专门用来在所提出的方法中应用,并且包括至少一个涂覆辊和用于包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的一个涂覆器皿,所述至少一个涂覆辊浸泡在涂覆器皿内的包含耐火添加剂的所述液体组合物中,并且所述涂覆器皿包括旨在使包含耐火添加剂的所述液体组合物保持在连续搅拌下的搅拌器。在多个具体的实施例中,搅拌器为阿基米德螺旋式搅拌器,和/或搅拌器和所述至少一个涂覆辊具有平行的旋转轴线。优选地,液体组合物为染料组合物。
本发明还涉及用于实施所提出的方法的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物,以使得对于液体组合物部分,其包含至少一种树脂且可能包含一种或多种颜料,对于耐火添加剂部分,其包含石墨和冷却剂。特别地,冷却剂为硬硼钙石。
就其本身而言,本发明还包括利用根据本发明的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物来对纤维毡进行涂覆的步骤,所述纤维至少部分为天然纤维,所述天然纤维尤其为纤维素纤维。在一种变型中,加入了已涂覆于所述毡上的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的干燥/凝固的步骤。
借助本发明,屋面构件的制造得以简化,这是由于仅在一个操作中利用包含至少一种颜料和至少一种树脂的染料组合物来完成染色,并且由于组合物还包括石墨和冷却剂,因此该组合物是防火的,整个过程利用辊涂而以湿法来完成。辊的应用允许组合物在一定压力下受控地施加,这使得组合物的成分尤其是石墨的鳞片或碎片能够更好地凝固/结合至纤维毡中。辊涂还允许考虑在毡上形成特定的有色图案。

具体实施方式
图1的涂覆设备1专门配置为实施本发明的方法,这是由于所述涂覆设备1借助部分地浸泡/沉浸于所述液体组合物5中的涂覆辊2而使得包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物5能够进行均匀涂覆。包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物5容纳在设备1的涂覆器皿6中,并且通过搅拌器7而保持连续搅拌从而使得所述组合物保持大致均匀。涂覆辊2的旋转轴线和搅拌器7的旋转轴线彼此平行。反向辊3将纤维素纤维毡4挤压在涂覆辊2上。应用到了用于调节与调整反向辊的压力的机构。
在该示例中,纤维素纤维呈在涂覆辊2与反向辊3之间连续行进的纤维素纤维的连续毡的形式。
包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物5优选来自于用于所述组合物的存储和/或制备的未示出的上游***,并且所述设备包括用于传输与调整涂覆器皿6中的液体组合物5的液位的机构。在用于调节沉积在纤维素纤维毡上并且由此沉积在限定的产品中的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物5的量的机构中,值得一提的是,涂覆器皿6中的液体组合物5的液位的调节使得涂覆辊2或多或少沉浸于液体组合物中。
在涂覆器皿6与存储和/或制备的上游***之间有利地实施回路循环。上游***包括用于制备包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物5的机构,所述机构具有允许在不同速度下混合的混合器。在存储和/或制备***与涂覆器皿6之间应用了低压正排量泵。
典型地,包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物5(例如染料组合物)的获取首先通过在具有高混合速度的混合器中将颜料混合至水中。优选地,添加表面活性剂以促进水与颜料之间的混合。然后,在仍处于高混合速度下的混合器中添加硬硼钙石,优选逐步地添加硬硼钙石。一旦制成了该早先的混合物,则逐步地添加石墨,这次是处在低混合速度下。然后,在所述低混合速度下或者在更低的混合速度下,添加一种或多种相容树脂。在这些阶段,如果必要的话,则调节粘度和/或其他参数。为了上述目的,可以作用于所应用的产品的量,特别是可以添加水、颜料、树脂和/或其他产品。应当注意的是,在制造包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的其他实施例中,向混合物中加入化合物的次序和/或方式可以不同。
硬硼钙石为冷却剂,即,这是一种在加热纤维毡时防止纤维毡的热量过高提升的物质。实际上,就其本身而言,石墨为导热体。现在,在涂覆之后的纤维毡的干燥的操作过程中,对毡进行加热以去除毡中残留的水/水分。实际上,在所述毡上仍包含一定水分时将尤其包含石墨的粘稠溶液施加至所述毡上。这种用于干燥的加热(该加热也允许涂覆的液体组合物凝固/干燥)也将因此加热石墨,并且与纤维毡接触的石墨的温度有可能使得这些纤维过热,从而存在纤维损坏的风险。因此,冷却剂通过在硬硼钙石的情况下释放水分子而起到控制纤维毡的温度水平的作用。
因此,可以理解的是,在本发明的框架之内,冷却剂可以相当于这样的物质,即其通过物理化学反应使得温度下降、在硬硼钙石的情况下使水汽化,和/或通过物理效应来利用屏障和/或反射作用限制热量的传递。
涂覆于毡上的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物优选呈具有确定的流动性的液体形式,以允许所述包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的一部分能够在纤维素纤维毡的至少部分厚度中扩散。因此,除了在纤维素纤维毡的两个面中的至少一个面的表面中进行覆盖之外,包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物浸渍所述毡的至少部分厚度。优选地,纤维素纤维毡这两个面中的一个面涂覆有包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物。在实施方案的一种变化形式中,在利用刀片或刮刀施加至纤维素纤维毡时,包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物可以具有更大粘稠度。
所采用的石墨具有确定的粒径范围和形状,并且优选地采用基本停留在纤维素纤维毡的表面而在纤维素纤维毡的厚度中散布少量的呈鳞片或碎片形式的石墨。
特别是,尤其根据形状/结构和/或尺寸以及用于生产屋面构件的方法的工作参数来选择石墨,从而使得石墨在液体组合物中保持悬浮直至其施加的那一刻,并且使得在涂覆之后的干燥和用沥青浸渍期间使石墨保持惰性。实际上在生产屋面构件的方法结束之前石墨不膨胀是较优选的。
关于对石墨进行干沉积的方法,如果需要的话,通过改变所用的石墨的尺寸和/或形式,本发明的方法可以允许石墨在纤维素纤维毡的厚度中更多或更少地扩散。
在利用包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物涂覆纤维素纤维毡之后,在干燥炉中干燥所述毡,这允许包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物凝固/交联,并且允许去除可能仍包含在所述毡中的水/水分。干燥炉处于150℃至400℃之间的温度下,优选地处于200℃至300℃之间的温度下。实际上,为了用沥青热浸渍所述纤维素纤维,则纤维素纤维优选地为片材的形式而不再是连续毡的形式,理想的情况是毡或片材基本干燥。
通常,在利用包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物进行涂覆之后,在毡成型步骤期间使纤维素纤维毡成型,以例如起瓦楞,然后进入干燥炉。然而,在涂覆与成型之间,也可以提供使包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物干燥/凝固的不同于干燥炉的特定装置。在干燥炉中干燥之后,将纤维素纤维毡切割为片材,然后将这些片材用沥青热浸渍。直至将所述毡切割为片材,工序是连续的,纤维素纤维毡连续地行进以进行涂覆、成型以及在干燥炉中干燥的步骤。
Claims (13)
1.一种用于生产经沥青浸渍的纤维屋面构件的方法,包括对纤维毡(4)的两个面中的至少一个面进行涂覆的步骤,随后是用沥青浸渍的步骤,所述纤维至少部分为天然纤维,所述天然纤维尤其为纤维素纤维,所述涂覆利用包含至少一种树脂和/或至少一种颜料的液体组合物(5)来执行,
其特征在于,所述液体组合物为包含至少一种颜料和至少一种树脂的染料组合物,并且其中,向液体组合物添加具有耐火性能并且至少包含石墨和冷却剂的添加剂。
2.根据权利要求1所述的方法,其中,耐火添加剂的冷却剂为硬硼钙石。
3.根据权利要求1和2中的任一项所述的方法,其中,石墨呈鳞片或碎片形式。
4.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中:
-所述至少一种树脂选自:环氧树脂、聚氨酯树脂、聚脲树脂、聚脲-甲醛树脂、三聚氰胺甲醛树脂、环氧乙烯基酯树脂或者乙烯基酯树脂,以及
-所述至少一种颜料选自:金属氧化物如铁氧化物和铬氧化物。
5.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,树脂的量占所述屋面构件的重量的0.5%至3%,颜料的量占所述屋面构件的重量的0.5%至3%,冷却剂的量占所述屋面构件的重量的1%至7%,和石墨的量占所述屋面构件的重量的1%至7%。
6.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,进一步包括已涂覆于所述毡上的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的干燥和凝固的步骤。
7.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,所述纤维毡为连续的,并且在涂覆步骤之后且在用沥青浸渍的步骤之前的割断步骤中将所述毡切割为片材,用沥青浸渍是在单独的片材上进行的。
8.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,进一步包括在涂覆步骤之后且在用沥青浸渍的步骤之前的使毡成型的步骤。
9.根据前述权利要求中任一项所述的方法,其中,待涂覆于所述毡上的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物通过搅拌器被保持在连续搅拌下。
10.根据权利要求9所述的方法,其中,所述毡(4)的用包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物的涂覆利用辊来执行。
11.根据权利要求10所述的方法,其特征在于,应用了至少一个涂覆辊(2)和用于包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物(5)一个涂覆器皿(6),所述至少一个涂覆辊浸泡在所述涂覆器皿(6)内的包含耐火添加剂的所述液体组合物中,并且其中,所述涂覆器皿(6)包括旨在使包含耐火添加剂的所述组合物(5)保持在连续搅拌下的所述搅拌器(7)。
12.一种包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物(5),其用于实施根据权利要求1至11中任一项所述的方法,其特征在于,所述液体组合物包含至少一种树脂和一种或多种颜料,和所述耐火添加剂包含石墨和冷却剂。
13.根据权利要求12所述的包含耐火添加剂的液体组合物(5),其特征在于,所述冷却剂为硬硼钙石。
