本实施例提供了一种柴油,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:
市售0号柴油 1000份
实施例2提供的燃油节油环保添加剂 1.5份。
实施例6
本实施例提供了一种煤油,由以下重量份数的原料混合制成:
市售煤油 1000份
实施例2提供的燃油节油环保添加剂 1.5份。
以上实施例的先后顺序仅为便于描述,不代表实施例的优劣。
分别采用实施例4、实施例5提供的燃油,进行了道路试验,与不添加燃油节油环保添加剂的燃油在动力性、经济性和排放几个方面进行了对比,具体见试验例1和试验例2。
试验例1
分别采用实施例4提供的汽油和市售93号汽油,以一台已行驶30万公里的神龙富康轿车为试验用车,进行道路试验,结果见表1。

从表1可知,实施例4提供的汽油和市售93号汽油相比,其动力性增强,油耗明显下降,节油效果显著,并且尾气中CO和HC排放量大幅度降低,环境污染小。
试验例2
分别采用实施例5提供的柴油和市售0号柴油,以一台已行驶30万公里的神龙富康轿车为试验用车,进行道路试验,结果见表2。

从表2可知,实施例5提供的柴油和市售0号柴油相比,其动力性增强,油耗明显下降,节油效果显著,并且尾气烟度排放量大幅度降低,环境污染小。
最后应说明的是:以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案,而非对其限制;尽管参照前述实施例对本发明进行了详细的说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解:其依然可以对前述各实施例所记载的技术方案进行修改,或者对其中部分技术特征进行等同替换;而这些修改或者替换,并不使相应技术方案的本质脱离本发明各实施例技术方案的精神和范围。

Claims (5)

1.一种燃油节油环保添加剂,其特征在于,由以下重量份数的原料制成:
油茶籽油 10-15份
棕榈油 15-25份
蓖麻油 15-25份
200号溶剂油 10-15份
石油苯 20-25份
硝酸异辛酯 20-25份
环己胺 10-15份
18-冠醚-6 1-5份
吐温60 10-15份
辛醇 5-8份
辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 1-3份
聚异丁烯 1-3份
甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰 0.5-2份。
2.根据权利要求1所述的燃油节油环保添加剂,其特征在于,所述燃油节油环保添加剂由以下重量份数的原料制成:
油茶籽油 15份
棕榈油 25份
蓖麻油 25份
200号溶剂油 10份
石油苯 20份
硝酸异辛酯 20份
环己胺 15份
18-冠醚-6 1份
吐温60 10份
辛醇 5份
辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚 1份
聚异丁烯 2份
甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰 1份。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油节油环保添加剂,其特征在于,所述燃油节油环保添加剂制备方法为:将油茶籽油、棕榈油、蓖麻油、200号溶剂油、石油苯混合,在30~40℃下搅拌0.5~1小时,之后再加入硝酸异辛酯、环己胺,于70~100℃下搅拌3~5小时,之后停止加热,加入18-冠醚-6、吐温60、辛醇,搅拌0.5~1小时,最后加入辛烷基酚聚氧乙烯醚、聚异丁烯、甲基环戊二烯三羰基锰,搅拌0.5小时,制得所述的燃油节油环保添加剂。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的燃油节油环保添加剂,其特征在于,所述燃油节油环保添加剂在燃油中的用量为:所述燃油节油环保添加剂的重量:燃油的重量=(1~2):1000。
5.根据权利要求4所述的燃油节油环保添加剂,其特征在于,所述燃油为汽油、柴油或煤油。
