Abstract
本发明公开了一种汽油添加剂,按重量计包括以下组分:脱硫石脑油41~45份,甲醇26~30份,异丙醇5~9份,异丁醇2~5份,均三甲苯1~3份,甲基叔丁基醚2~5份,混合芳烃10~13份,植物酶0.2~0.8份,所述混合芳烃由苯和二甲苯混合而成。该添加剂在有效提升汽油辛烷值的同时,还能有效分解并清理聚集的积碳,极大提升燃油的燃烧效果并保证发动机性能。

技术领域
本发明涉及汽油燃料领域,具体涉及一种汽油添加剂。
背景技术
汽车发动机随着车辆的持续运行,会渐渐在发动机内部的节气门体、喷油嘴、气缸等部门产生油泥、积碳等影响汽车正常运行的物质,如果不及时进行清理,这些物质会降低燃油经济性,减损发送机动力,同时还会增加污染环境的物质排放。汽油添加剂是用于提高燃料汽油燃烧和使用性能的一种燃料助剂,它可以保护发动机的燃油***、进气***、润滑***等,有助于弥补燃油自身存在的质量问题和机动车机械制造极限存在的不足,有助于使汽油更充分地进行燃烧,可以达到清除积碳、节省燃油、降低排放、增强动力等功效。发明专利申请CN107723038A公开了一种汽油添加剂,主要包括甲醇、异丙醇、甲苯、醚类等组分,该添加剂有助于短期内阻止汽油积碳的形成并提高汽油的辛烷值,但随着时间的推移,积碳仍然会越积越多,发动机性能即会受到一定影响。此外,现有的添加剂一般不能提高汽油的燃烧热,即不会明显提升发送机的输出动力。
发明内容
本发明的目的是提供一种汽油添加剂,该添加剂在有效提升汽油辛烷值的同时,还能有效分解并清理聚集的积碳,极大提升燃油的燃烧效果并保证发动机性能。
为了实现上述目的,本发明采取如下技术方案:
一种汽油添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计包括以下组分:
脱硫石脑油41~45份,甲醇26~30份,异丙醇5~9份,异丁醇2~5份,均三甲苯1~3份,甲基叔丁基醚2~5份,混合芳烃10~13份,植物酶0.2~0.8份,所述混合芳烃由苯和二甲苯混合而成。
优选的,脱硫石脑油43.5份,甲醇28.3份,异丙醇7.0份,异丁醇3.5份,均三甲苯2.0份,甲基叔丁基醚3.5份,混合芳烃11.7份,植物酶0.5份,所述混合芳烃由苯和甲苯等重量混合而成。
进一步优选的,所述植物酶为菠萝酶或木瓜酶。
优选的,所述植物酶为从玉米中提取的玉米酶。
本发明的技术方案中,采用脱硫石脑油能够有效提高汽油的辛烷值,并提升汽油的燃烧热,植物酶能够有效分解积碳,提升尾气排放质量,更加绿色环保。甲基叔丁基醚与汽油可以任意比例互溶而不发生分层现象,与汽油组分调和时,有良好的调和效应,调和辛烷值高于其净辛烷值,当其含氧量相对较高时,能够显著改善汽车尾气排放。脱硫石脑油、植物酶与其他组分相结合,能够充分发挥脱硫石脑油的燃烧性能以及发挥植物酶清理积碳的功效,使本技术方案在提升汽油燃烧热、增强发动机动力、改善尾气排放质量、增强环保性能上具有优越性。

下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明:
实施例1:
脱硫石脑油41份,甲醇26份,异丙醇5份,异丁醇5份,均三甲苯3份,甲基叔丁基醚2份,混合芳烃13份,植物酶0.2份,所述混合芳烃由苯和二甲苯按重量比1:2混合而成,所用脱硫石脑油的沸点区间是70~145℃,所用植物酶为菠萝酶和木瓜酶。
实施例2:
脱硫石脑油45份,甲醇30份,异丙醇9份,异丁醇2份,均三甲苯1份,甲基叔丁基醚5份,混合芳烃10份,植物酶0.8份,所述混合芳烃由苯和二甲苯按重量比3:1混合而成,所用脱硫石脑油的沸点区间是70~180℃,所用植物酶为菠萝酶。
实施例3:
脱硫石脑油43.5份,甲醇28.3份,异丙醇7.0份,异丁醇3.5份,均三甲苯2.0份,甲基叔丁基醚3.5份,混合芳烃11.7份,植物酶0.5份,所述混合芳烃由苯和甲苯等重量混合而成,所用植物酶为玉米酶。

上述实施例1-3的使用效果见下表。
上述实施例只是对本发明构思和实现的说明,并非对其进行限制,在本发明构思下,未经实质变换的技术方案仍然在保护范围内。

1.一种汽油添加剂,其特征在于,按重量计包括以下组分:
脱硫石脑油41~45份,甲醇26~30份,异丙醇5~9份,异丁醇2~5份,均三甲苯1~3份,甲基叔丁基醚2~5份,混合芳烃10~13份,植物酶0.2~0.8份,所述混合芳烃由苯和二甲苯混合而成。
2.如权利要求1所述的汽油添加剂,其特征在于各组分含量为:脱硫石脑油43.5份,甲醇28.3份,异丙醇7.0份,异丁醇3.5份,均三甲苯2.0份,甲基叔丁基醚3.5份,混合芳烃11.7份,植物酶0.5份,所述混合芳烃由苯和甲苯等重量混合而成。
3.如权利要求1或2所述的汽油添加剂,其特征在于,所述植物酶为菠萝酶或木瓜酶。
4.如权利要求1或2所述的汽油添加剂,其特征在于,所述植物酶为从玉米中提取的玉米酶。
