随着汽车技术应用向环保、高速及重载方向的发展,对汽车制动***的稳定性和可靠性提出了更高要求,而刹车片摩擦材料的综合性能将直接影响到汽车行驶过程中的安全和舒适。汽车制动的实质是把汽车的大部分的动能通过刹车片和制动盘(或鼓)之间的摩擦转化为热能,大部分的热能又被制动器吸收引起温度升高的过程。目前市场上出现的汽车刹车片仍存在耐高温性能差,耐磨性能不是很理想、制动性能不佳,寿命短的缺陷,从而导致刹车片的性能显著下降。
发明内容
基于背景技术存在的技术问题,本发明提出了一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,其具有优异的耐高温性和耐磨性,且热稳定性能优异,制动性能好,使用寿命长。
本发明提出的一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂15-30份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末2-5份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶2-8份、八苯胺基POSS 3-10份、聚氨酯粉末1-8份、环氧树脂2-10份、碳化硅晶须2-10份、高硅氧纤维3-10份、钛酸钾晶须3-10份、硼酸铝晶须2-10份、碱式硫酸镁晶须3-10份、纳米坡缕石15-30份、碳酸钡15-30份、氮化铝粉5-15份、煅烧焦炭3-15份、硫化锌5-15份、碳化钛3-12份、蛭石2-10份、云母1-5份、二硫化钼3-10份、天然石墨2-8份、微米二氧化锆球2-5份、多壁碳纳米管2-10份、聚硼氮烷2-10份、碳化硼3-10份、环氧大豆油1-5份。
优选地,所述摩擦块的原料中,酚醛树脂、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末、超细全硫化粉末橡胶、八苯胺基POSS、聚氨酯粉末、环氧树脂的重量比为19-25:3-5:4.5-7:5-9:3-7:4.8-8。
优选地,所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂22份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末4份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶6份、八苯胺基POSS 7.5份、聚氨酯粉末6.2份、环氧树脂7份、碳化硅晶须7份、高硅氧纤维6.2份、钛酸钾晶须4份、硼酸铝晶须8份、碱式硫酸镁晶须8份、纳米坡缕石20份、碳酸钡22份、氮化铝粉11份、煅烧焦炭12份、硫化锌11份、碳化钛10份、蛭石7份、云母3.2份、二硫化钼6份、天然石墨7份、微米二氧化锆球3.2份、多壁碳纳米管5份、聚硼氮烷6.2份、碳化硼8份、环氧大豆油3.2份。
优选地,所述摩擦块的原料中,按重量份还包括2-5份的硅烷偶联剂。
优选地,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入20-35份苯酚、3-10份双酚S、2-10份三聚氰胺和3-10份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.6-1.8,在75-80℃下保温搅拌38-45min,降温至室温后加入20-40份质量分数为30-40%的甲醛水溶液和3-10份氢氧化钠,然后在80-83℃下反应38-45min,加入3-10份钼酸铵,在87-92℃下反应30-40min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂;其中,在改性酚醛树脂的制备过程中,其原料加入了双酚S、三聚氰胺、液体丁腈橡胶和钼酸铵,通过控制反应的条件,在酚醛树脂分子中引入了无机元素钼,形成了Mo-O键,提高了体系的交联密度,提高了酚醛树脂的耐热性,使其制品保持良好的热稳定性,同时在酚醛树脂结构中引入了液体丁腈橡胶柔性链段,从分子结构内部进行增韧,使改性后的材料具有良好的耐热性和韧性,另外,在改性的过程中加入了三聚氰胺,其中三聚氰胺分子中的氨基氮原子的共用电子对与苯环上的电子云形成共轭体系,使得氨基上的氢原子活性增强,与甲醛混合后,易与甲醛进行羟基化反应,生成各种羟甲基三聚氰胺或羟甲基苯胺,这些羟甲基化合物与苯酚、双酚S和甲醛反应,从而将三聚氰胺和双酚S引入到了体系中,进一步提高了材料的耐热性、稳定性、拉伸强度和冲击强度。
优选地,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入30份苯酚、7份双酚S、8份三聚氰胺和6份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.7,在78℃下保温搅拌40min,降温至室温后加入30份质量分数为35%的甲醛水溶液和7.5份氢氧化钠,然后在82℃下反应40min,加入6份钼酸铵,在90℃下反应38min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂。
本发明所述耐高温耐磨刹车片中,其摩擦块以酚醛树脂为主料,并加入了联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末、超细全硫化粉末橡胶和八苯胺基POSS对其进行改性,其中,联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末是采用联苯二酐和对苯二胺合成的聚酰亚胺,其具有优良的机械性能、热分解温度、抗张强度和弹性膜量,加入体系中,使摩擦块具有高温尺寸稳定性好和优异的耐磨性,加入的超细全硫化粉末橡胶,与八苯胺基POSS、聚氨酯粉末和环氧树脂具有协同作用,降低了摩擦材料的密度和硬度,提高摩擦性能和耐高温性能,并在一定程度上减轻震动,降低了体系的噪音;加入了碳化硅晶须、高硅氧纤维、钛酸钾晶须、硼酸铝晶须和碱式硫酸镁晶须混合使用作为增强纤维,其与基体的亲和性好,性能协同,使摩擦材料具有较好的强度、弹性模量和耐磨性,提高了摩擦材料在各温度段的稳定性,同时赋予摩擦材料优异的抗压缩和抗冲击能力,改善了刹车片的磨损性能;聚硼氮烷加入体系中,与碳化硼具有协同作用,显著提高了材料的热解稳定性;多壁碳纳米管加入体系中,能与酚醛树脂中丰富的苯环结构和丰富的羟基基团作用,从而均匀分散在基体中,同时,碳纳米管能调整酚醛树脂在其周围的排列,使酚醛树脂固化时有更多的碰撞机会从而促进酚醛树脂的固化,也使酚醛树脂炭化时能形成更多更完整的石墨结构,与天然石墨配合后,显著提高了材料的在高温下的耐热性能;二硫化钼加入体系中,能形成三氧化钼,在摩擦材料的表面形成均匀且连续的摩擦层,同时能阻止酚醛树脂向对偶材料上转移,与纳米坡缕石、碳酸钡、氮化铝粉、煅烧焦炭、硫化锌以及碳化钛配合,大幅度提高材料的耐磨性能。

下面,通过具体实施例对本发明的技术方案进行详细说明。
实施例1
本发明提出的一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂30份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末2份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶8份、八苯胺基POSS 3份、聚氨酯粉末8份、环氧树脂2份、碳化硅晶须10份、高硅氧纤维3份、钛酸钾晶须10份、硼酸铝晶须2份、碱式硫酸镁晶须10份、纳米坡缕石15份、碳酸钡30份、氮化铝粉5份、煅烧焦炭15份、硫化锌5份、碳化钛12份、蛭石2份、云母5份、二硫化钼3份、天然石墨8份、微米二氧化锆球2份、多壁碳纳米管10份、聚硼氮烷2份、碳化硼10份、环氧大豆油1份。
实施例2
本发明提出的一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂15份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末5份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶2份、八苯胺基POSS 10份、聚氨酯粉末1份、环氧树脂10份、碳化硅晶须2份、高硅氧纤维10份、钛酸钾晶须3份、硼酸铝晶须10份、碱式硫酸镁晶须3份、纳米坡缕石30份、碳酸钡15份、氮化铝粉15份、煅烧焦炭3份、硫化锌15份、碳化钛3份、蛭石10份、云母1份、二硫化钼10份、天然石墨2份、微米二氧化锆球5份、多壁碳纳米管2份、聚硼氮烷10份、碳化硼3份、环氧大豆油5份。
实施例3
本发明提出的一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂25份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末3份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶7份、八苯胺基POSS 5份、聚氨酯粉末7份、环氧树脂4.8份、碳化硅晶须8份、高硅氧纤维5份、钛酸钾晶须5份、硼酸铝晶须7份、碱式硫酸镁晶须8.3份、纳米坡缕石19份、碳酸钡25份、氮化铝粉11份、煅烧焦炭12份、硫化锌9份、碳化钛11份、蛭石6份、云母4份、二硫化钼5份、天然石墨8份、微米二氧化锆球3份、多壁碳纳米管7份、聚硼氮烷6份、碳化硼8.2份、环氧大豆油3份、硅烷偶联剂5份;
其中,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入20份苯酚、10份双酚S、2份三聚氰胺和10份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.6,在80℃下保温搅拌38min,降温至室温后加入40份质量分数为40%的甲醛水溶液和3份氢氧化钠,然后在83℃下反应38min,加入10份钼酸铵,在87℃下反应40min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂。
实施例4
本发明提出的一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂19份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末5份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶4.5份、八苯胺基POSS 9份、聚氨酯粉末3份、环氧树脂8份、碳化硅晶须5份、高硅氧纤维6.5份、钛酸钾晶须3.8份、硼酸铝晶须8.5份、碱式硫酸镁晶须7份、纳米坡缕石22份、碳酸钡20份、氮化铝粉14份、煅烧焦炭10份、硫化锌12份、碳化钛9份、蛭石8.5份、云母3份、二硫化钼7份、天然石墨6份、微米二氧化锆球4份、多壁碳纳米管5份、聚硼氮烷7份、碳化硼7份、环氧大豆油3.5份、硅烷偶联剂2份;
其中,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入35份苯酚、3份双酚S、10份三聚氰胺和3份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.8,在75℃下保温搅拌45min,降温至室温后加入20份质量分数为30%的甲醛水溶液和10份氢氧化钠,然后在80℃下反应45min,加入3份钼酸铵,在92℃下反应30min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂。
实施例5
本发明提出的一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂22份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末4份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶6份、八苯胺基POSS 7.5份、聚氨酯粉末6.2份、环氧树脂7份、碳化硅晶须7份、高硅氧纤维6.2份、钛酸钾晶须4份、硼酸铝晶须8份、碱式硫酸镁晶须8份、纳米坡缕石20份、碳酸钡22份、氮化铝粉11份、煅烧焦炭12份、硫化锌11份、碳化钛10份、蛭石7份、云母3.2份、二硫化钼6份、天然石墨7份、微米二氧化锆球3.2份、多壁碳纳米管5份、聚硼氮烷6.2份、碳化硼8份、环氧大豆油3.2份、硅烷偶联剂3份;
其中,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入30份苯酚、7份双酚S、8份三聚氰胺和6份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.7,在78℃下保温搅拌40min,降温至室温后加入30份质量分数为35%的甲醛水溶液和7.5份氢氧化钠,然后在82℃下反应40min,加入6份钼酸铵,在90℃下反应38min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂。

1.一种耐高温耐磨刹车片,包括钢板、隔热层和摩擦块;其特征在于,所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂15-30份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末2-5份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶2-8份、八苯胺基POSS 3-10份、聚氨酯粉末1-8份、环氧树脂2-10份、碳化硅晶须2-10份、高硅氧纤维3-10份、钛酸钾晶须3-10份、硼酸铝晶须2-10份、碱式硫酸镁晶须3-10份、纳米坡缕石15-30份、碳酸钡15-30份、氮化铝粉5-15份、煅烧焦炭3-15份、硫化锌5-15份、碳化钛3-12份、蛭石2-10份、云母1-5份、二硫化钼3-10份、天然石墨2-8份、微米二氧化锆球2-5份、多壁碳纳米管2-10份、聚硼氮烷2-10份、碳化硼3-10份、环氧大豆油1-5份。
2.根据权利要求1所述耐高温耐磨刹车片,其特征在于,所述摩擦块的原料中,酚醛树脂、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末、超细全硫化粉末橡胶、八苯胺基POSS、聚氨酯粉末、环氧树脂的重量比为19-25:3-5:4.5-7:5-9:3-7:4.8-8。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述耐高温耐磨刹车片,其特征在于,所述摩擦块的原料按重量份包括:酚醛树脂22份、联苯型聚酰亚胺粉末4份、超细全硫化粉末橡胶6份、八苯胺基POSS 7.5份、聚氨酯粉末6.2份、环氧树脂7份、碳化硅晶须7份、高硅氧纤维6.2份、钛酸钾晶须4份、硼酸铝晶须8份、碱式硫酸镁晶须8份、纳米坡缕石20份、碳酸钡22份、氮化铝粉11份、煅烧焦炭12份、硫化锌11份、碳化钛10份、蛭石7份、云母3.2份、二硫化钼6份、天然石墨7份、微米二氧化锆球3.2份、多壁碳纳米管5份、聚硼氮烷6.2份、碳化硼8份、环氧大豆油3.2份。
4.根据权利要求1-3中任一项所述耐高温耐磨刹车片,其特征在于,所述摩擦块的原料中,按重量份还包括2-5份的硅烷偶联剂。
5.根据权利要求1-4中任一项所述耐高温耐磨刹车片,其特征在于,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入20-35份苯酚、3-10份双酚S、2-10份三聚氰胺和3-10份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.6-1.8,在75-80℃下保温搅拌38-45min,降温至室温后加入20-40份质量分数为30-40%的甲醛水溶液和3-10份氢氧化钠,然后在80-83℃下反应38-45min,加入3-10份钼酸铵,在87-92℃下反应30-40min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂。
6.根据权利要求1-5中任一项所述耐高温耐磨刹车片,其特征在于,所述酚醛树脂为改性酚醛树脂;所述改性酚醛树脂按照以下工艺进行制备:按重量份在反应装置中加入30份苯酚、7份双酚S、8份三聚氰胺和6份液体丁腈橡胶,调节pH值为1.7,在78℃下保温搅拌40min,降温至室温后加入30份质量分数为35%的甲醛水溶液和7.5份氢氧化钠,然后在82℃下反应40min,加入6份钼酸铵,在90℃下反应38min,反应结束后减压脱水得到所述改性酚醛树脂。
