Abstract
本发明公开一种滇橄榄复方制剂及其制备方法,由下列质量百分比的原料组成:滇橄榄30~65%、三七花2~5%、葛花3~5%、黑果枸杞3~8%、蓝莓6~12%、滇黄精2~5%、红景天5~10%、苦瓜8~15%、红茶2~3%、蜂蜜水为余量。本发明具有保健效用高、口感回甜等优点,工艺稳定,适合工业大生产。本发明的滇橄榄复方制剂具有清热解毒、滋养润肺、养胃保肝、排毒养颜、降三高、增强记忆力、补气益精、提神消疲、助消化、提高免疫力、保护心血管等功效。该滇橄榄复方制剂安全无毒副作用,具有肝、脾、胃、肾同时调理治疗的作用,适合各年龄人群,无任何副作用,特别适合工作或学习压力大的人群长期食用等特点。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种滇橄榄复方制剂及其制备方法,属于生物制品技术领域。
背景技术
随着社会的发展,人们的生活和工作节奏不断加快,压力也越来越大,加上生活环境的污染,导致身体机能下降,免疫力低下,极易招致细菌、病毒、真菌等感染,常表现为体质虚弱、营养不良、精神萎靡、疲乏无力、食欲降低、睡眠障碍等。
目前,市场上存在众多防治各类疾病的保健品,但大多数都效果不明显或见效比较迟缓,甚至因人体差异而无保健效果,满足不了众多消费者的需求。
滇橄榄是一种营养丰富的水果,含有丰富的维生素和矿物质,是生活中不可缺少的药食两用植物资源。目前市场上的滇橄榄粉多采用鲜果榨汁后直接干燥成粉或者用溶剂对滇橄榄提取后浓缩干燥得到提取物,也有将滇橄榄果冻干后粉碎得到滇橄榄粉。前面两种方法得到的滇橄榄粉虽然保留了大部分滇橄榄原有成分,但得到的滇橄榄粉颜色较为暗淡、口感酸涩,容易吸潮而不能很好的保存;而滇橄榄果冻干后粉碎得到滇橄榄粉成本高,并且单位重量的粉末有效成分没有榨汁或提取的高。
若将滇橄榄应用于显效医用保健品中,供各类人群长期服用,实属必要。
发明内容
为解决目前保健品效果不佳或保健功效单一等问题,本发明提供一种滇橄榄复方制剂及其制备方法,使其具有保健效用高、口感回甜、功能全面,安全有效,适合长期服用等优点。
本发明通过下列技术方案实现:一种滇橄榄复方制剂,由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
滇橄榄30~65%、三七花2~5%、葛花3~5%、黑果枸杞3~8%、蓝莓6~12%、滇黄精2~5%、红景天5~10%、苦瓜8~15%、红茶2~3%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%。
所述蜂蜜水是蜂蜜与水按质量比为1:0.5~1:0.8的混合溶液。
本发明的另一目的在于提供一种滇橄榄复方制剂的制备方法,经过下列各步骤:
A、按下列质量百分比的原料备料:
滇橄榄30~65%、三七花2~5%、葛花3~5%、黑果枸杞3~8%、蓝莓6~12%、滇黄精2~5%、红景天5~10%、苦瓜8~15%、红茶2~3%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%;
B、将步骤A的滇橄榄经过下列操作:
(1)将成熟的野生滇橄榄鲜果清洗后经常规消毒,再破碎至粒度小于30目,得到浆料;
(2)在步骤(1)所得浆料中加入0.5~1倍质量的去离子水,并调节pH值为6.8~7.1,分别加入滇橄榄鲜果质量0.2~0.5%的纤维素酶和滇橄榄鲜果质量0.8~1.5%的果胶酶,在35~38℃下酶解24~36小时;然后置于90℃下灭酶15~20min,得到滇橄榄酶解液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得滇橄榄酶解液经固液分离后,弃去果渣,得到滇橄榄酶解清液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滇橄榄酶解清液用孔径为0.8~3μm的微孔滤膜过滤,所得滤液即为滇橄榄提取液;
C、将步骤A的三七花经下列操作:将含苞待放的三七花蕾洗净后,于-30~-50℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为5~7%,再经超微粉碎至600~800目,即得三七花粉;
D、将步骤A的葛花经下列操作:将含苞待放的葛花蕾洗净后,于-30~-50℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为5~7%,再经超微粉碎至600~800目,即得葛花粉;
E、将步骤A的黑果枸杞和蓝莓经下列操作:将成熟优质的新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓洗净后混合,再进行榨汁,然后经板框过滤法过滤取汁,果渣中加入新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓总质量0.5~1倍的去离子水搅拌后再次板框过滤,取汁;合并两次所得汁液,再经离心分离后去除固体,即得到黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液;
F、将步骤A的滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶经下列操作:将滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜粉碎至20目的粗粉后与红茶混合,再加入8倍质量浓度为80~95v/v%的乙醇经回流提取60min后,过滤,取滤液浓缩除去乙醇得到提取液;再在滤渣中加入4倍质量的去离子水加热至沸腾提取30min,过滤,取滤液与提取液合并,经喷雾干燥后粉碎至80目,即得到滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物;
G、将步骤B所得滇橄榄提取液和步骤E所得黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液混合后,于-40~-50℃下冷冻干燥,再粉碎得到提取物粉末,然后加入步骤C所得三七花粉、步骤D所得葛花粉、步骤F所得滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物,经混合后加入蜂蜜水制成软材,用14目筛网进行制粒,制粒后用16目筛网整粒,得到滇橄榄复方制剂。
按常规在上述滇橄榄复方制剂中加入辅剂制成常规接受的剂型:如泡腾片剂、袋泡茶剂、胶囊剂、***片剂等。
其中,滇橄榄(Fusctusphyllanthi)又名余甘果,是大戟科Euphorbiaceae叶下珠属yllanthus植物余甘子Phyllanthus embllca L.的果实,作为一种重要的药食两用植物资源,具有防癌、抗炎、降血脂及抗动脉粥样硬化、抗氧化、抗衰老、保肝、抗溃疡、抗腹泻、免疫调节、解毒等作用。
三七花为五加科人参属植物三七(Panax pseudoginsengWall.var.
notoginseng(Burkill) Hoo et T seng)花序,是三七全株中三七皂苷含量最高的部分,性味甘凉,具有清热、平肝、降压之功效,适用于头昏、目眩、耳鸣、高血压和急性咽喉炎等症。三七花可促进肝、肾、睾丸及血清中的蛋白质合成,对各器官组织的脱氧核糖核酸(DNA)合成具有促进作用。三七花具有活血化瘀、去瘀生新的明显疗效。三七花具有显著的清热解毒、平肝明目、减肥、降血脂、降血压、消炎、止痛、止血、抗癌、祛痰、平喘、镇痛安眠、扩冠、抗过敏、排毒养颜等等功效。主要用于清热、解毒、凉血、降压、调脂、免疫调节、活血通脉、养生抗衰、消炎镇痛。
葛花为豆科植物野葛(Pueraria lobata ( Willd .)Ohwi)的花,葛根花性味:甘,平,无毒;《滇南本草》记载治头晕,憎寒,壮热,解酒醒脾,酒痢,饮食不思,胸膈饱胀,发呃,呕吐酸痰,酒毒伤胃,吐血,呕血,消热。《纲目》记载治肠风下血。
黑果枸杞(Lycium ruthenicum Murr.)为茄科(Solanaceae)枸杞属(Lycium L.)植物的成熟果实,为紫黑色至黑色,黑果枸杞果实含一定量的人体必需脂肪酸、生物碱、酚类、蛋白质、维生素,并含有18种人体必需氨基酸和丰富的微量元素,此外还含有较多的还原多糖和色素类物质,尤其是含有丰富的天然原花青素。黑果枸杞富含花色苷等多酚类物质,成熟鲜果中花色素苷高达380mg/100g;此外还含有黄酮类物质等。黑果枸杞的药理作用:(1)降血糖、抗疲劳、提高机体免疫力作用;(2)抗氧化防衰老作用;(3)抗癌抗肿瘤作用。
蓝莓是杜鹃花科(Ericaceae)越橘属(Vaccinium Spp)植物的成熟果实。蓝莓果实中含有丰富的营养成分,它不仅具有良好的营养保健作用,还具有防止脑神经老化、强心、抗癌软化血管、增强人机体免疫等功能。蓝莓果实中除了常规的糖、酸和Vc外,还富含VE、VA、VB、SOD、熊果苷、蛋白质、花青苷、食用纤维以及丰富的K、Fe、Zn、Ca等矿物质元素。蓝莓所含的花青素、有机锗、有机硒、熊果甙、氨基酸、果酸等特殊营养成分是任何植物都无法比拟的,尤其是由16种生物类黄酮组成的花青素,有比一般植物花青素更优越的生理活性。蓝莓的果实中含有丰富的花色苷(花青素),主要有抗生素作用、抗自由基作用、抗视力退化及抗动脉硬化和血栓形成的作用。蓝莓具有防止脑神经老化、软化血管、高血脂和冠心病等、增强人体的免疫力、抗癌、抗氧化、改善视力、增强记忆力等多种的功效。
滇黄精(Poly gonatum kingianum Coll. et Hemsl.),是百合科,黄精属草本植物的干燥根茎,主要成份为天门冬氨酸、高丝氨酸、二氨基丁酸、毛地黄糖甙等,味甘,平。具有补中益气,润心肺,强筋骨的功效。治虚损寒热,肺痨咳血,病后体虚食少,筋骨软弱,风湿疼痛,风癞癣疾。
红景天(Rhodiola rosea L.)为景天科植物大花红景天的干燥根和根茎,能够补气清肺、益智养心、美容,具有刺激神经***、增加工作效率、消除疲劳和预防高山症等作用。因其有扶正固体、补气养血、滋阴益肺的神奇功效,能提升肌体对有害刺激的非特异性抵抗力,加强肌体的适应性,透过增强体内细胞的氧气扩散,或氧气运用效益、抗氧化的能力,有助提高身体对缺氧刺激的适应力。红景天用于抗脑缺氧、抗疲劳、活血止血、清肺止咳、化淤消肿、解热退烧、滋补元气等功效;外用于治疗跌打损伤和烧烫伤。红景天还具有增强运动耐力、消除劳累、抵抗山区寒冷、抗氧化、抗糖尿病、抗肺炎;抗癌特性等功效。
苦瓜为葫芦科植物苦瓜Momordica charantia的果实。苦瓜气味苦、无毒、性寒,入心、肝、脾、肺经,具有清暑解渴、解毒,明目,补气益精,降血压、血脂,能刺激唾液及胃液分泌,可促进食欲,帮助消化。主治中暑、暑热烦渴、暑疖、痱子过多、痢疾、疮肿、结膜炎、目赤肿痛、痈肿丹毒、烧烫伤、少尿等病症。苦瓜含有苦瓜甙和类似胰岛素的物质,具有良好的降血糖作用,是糖尿病患者的理想食品。苦瓜蛋白质成分及大量维生素C能提高机体的免疫功能,使免疫细胞具有杀灭癌细胞的作用,具有预防坏血病、保护细胞膜、防止动脉粥样硬化、提高机体应激能力、保护心脏等作用;苦瓜汁含有某种蛋白成分,能加强巨噬能力,临床上对淋巴肉瘤和白血病有效;从苦瓜籽中提炼出的胰蛋白酶抑制剂,可以抑制癌细胞所分泌出来的蛋白酶,阻止恶性肿瘤生长。苦瓜含丰富的维生素B1、维生素C及矿物质,长期食用,能保持精力旺盛,对治疗青春痘有很大益处。
红茶属于全发酵茶类,红茶在加工过程中发生了以茶多酚酶促氧化为中心的化学反应,鲜叶中的化学成分变化较大,茶多酚减少90%以上,产生了茶黄素、茶红素等新成分。红茶具有利尿在红茶中的咖啡碱和芳香物质共同作用下,增加肾脏的血流量、消炎杀菌、提神消疲、生津清热、解毒等功效。有利于排除体内多余的乳酸、尿酸(与痛风有关)、过多的盐分(与高血压有关)等,同时还可以缓和心脏病或肾炎造成的水肿,细菌性痢疾及食物中毒患者喝红茶颇为有益,民间也常用红茶涂抹伤口,红茶还能记忆力增强,止渴消暑等。
蜂蜜富含维生素A、维生素B1、维生素B2、维生素B6、维生素C、维生素D、维生素K、尼克酸、泛酸、叶酸、生物素、胆碱等。蜂蜜具有护肤美容、抗菌消炎、促进组织再生、促进消化、提高免疫力、保护心血管等功效,对于心脏病、高血压、肺病、眼病、肝脏病、痢疾、便秘、贫血、神经***疾病、胃和十二指肠溃疡病等都有良好的辅助医疗作用。
本发明具备的优点及效果:本发明采用的组方配伍合理,功能全面,安全有效,适合长期服用,具有保健效用高、口感回甜等优点,且工艺稳定,适合工业大生产。本发明提供的滇橄榄复方制剂具有清热解毒、滋养润肺、养胃保肝、排毒养颜、降三高、增强记忆力、补气益精、提神消疲、助消化、提高免疫力、保护心血管等功效。该滇橄榄复方制剂安全无毒副作用,具有肝、脾、胃、肾同时调理治疗的作用,适合各年龄人群,特别适合工作或学习压力大的人群长期食用等特点。
具体实施方式
下面结合实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
实施例1
A、按下列质量百分比的原料备料:
滇橄榄65%、三七花2%、葛花3%、黑果枸杞3%、蓝莓6%、滇黄精2%、红景天5%、苦瓜8%、红茶2%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%;
其中,蜂蜜水是蜂蜜与水按质量比为1:0.5的混合溶液;
B、将步骤A的滇橄榄经过下列操作:
(1)将成熟的野生滇橄榄鲜果清洗后经常规消毒,再用破碎机破碎至粒度小于30目,得到浆料;
(2)在步骤(1)所得浆料中加入0.5质量倍的去离子水,并用磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钠调节pH值为6.8,分别加入滇橄榄鲜果质量0.2%的纤维素酶和滇橄榄鲜果质量0.8%的果胶酶,在35℃下酶解36小时;然后置于90℃下灭酶15min,得到滇橄榄酶解液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得滇橄榄酶解液经固液分离后,弃去果渣,得到滇橄榄酶解清液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滇橄榄酶解清液用孔径为0.8μm的微孔滤膜过滤,所得滤液即为滇橄榄提取液;
C、将步骤A的三七花经下列操作:将含苞待放的三七花蕾洗净后,于-30℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为5%,再经超微粉碎至600目,即得三七花粉;
D、将步骤A的葛花经下列操作:将含苞待放的葛花蕾洗净后,于-30℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为5%,再经超微粉碎至600目,即得葛花粉;
E、将步骤A的黑果枸杞和蓝莓经下列操作:将成熟优质的新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓洗净后混合,再进行榨汁,然后经板框过滤法过滤取汁,果渣中加入新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓总质量0.5倍的去离子水搅拌后再次板框过滤,取汁;合并两次所得汁液,再经离心分离后去除固体,即得到黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液;
F、将步骤A的滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶经下列操作:将滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜粉碎至20目的粗粉后与红茶混合,再加入8倍质量浓度为80v/v%的乙醇经回流提取60min后,过滤,取滤液浓缩除去乙醇得到提取液;再在滤渣中加入4倍质量的去离子水加热至沸腾提取30min,过滤,取滤液与提取液合并,经喷雾干燥后粉碎至80目,即得到滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物;
G、将步骤B所得滇橄榄提取液和步骤E所得黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液混合后,于-40℃下冷冻干燥,再粉碎得到提取物粉末,然后加入步骤C所得三七花粉、步骤D所得葛花粉、步骤F所得滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物,经混合后加入蜂蜜水制成软材,用14目筛网进行制粒,制粒后用16目筛网整粒,得到滇橄榄复方制剂。
实施例2
A、按下列质量百分比的原料备料:
滇橄榄50%、三七花3%、葛花4%、黑果枸杞5%、蓝莓8%、滇黄精3%、红景天8%、苦瓜12%、红茶2%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%;
其中,蜂蜜水是蜂蜜与水按质量比为1:0.6的混合溶液;
B、将步骤A的滇橄榄经过下列操作:
(1)将成熟的野生滇橄榄鲜果清洗后经常规消毒,再用破碎机破碎至粒度小于30目,得到浆料;
(2)在步骤(1)所得浆料中加入0.8质量倍的去离子水,并用磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钠调节pH值为7,分别加入滇橄榄鲜果质量0.3%的纤维素酶和滇橄榄鲜果质量1.2%的果胶酶,在36℃下酶解30小时;然后置于90℃下灭酶18min,得到滇橄榄酶解液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得滇橄榄酶解液经固液分离后,弃去果渣,得到滇橄榄酶解清液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滇橄榄酶解清液用孔径为1.2μm的微孔滤膜过滤,所得滤液即为滇橄榄提取液;
C、将步骤A的三七花经下列操作:将含苞待放的三七花蕾洗净后,于-40℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为6%,再经超微粉碎至700目,即得三七花粉;
D、将步骤A的葛花经下列操作:将含苞待放的葛花蕾洗净后,于-40℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为6%,再经超微粉碎至700目,即得葛花粉;
E、将步骤A的黑果枸杞和蓝莓经下列操作:将成熟优质的新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓洗净后混合,再进行榨汁,然后经板框过滤法过滤取汁,果渣中加入新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓总质量0.8倍的去离子水搅拌后再次板框过滤,取汁;合并两次所得汁液,再经离心分离后去除固体,即得到黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液;
F、将步骤A的滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶经下列操作:将滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜粉碎至20目的粗粉后与红茶混合,再加入8倍质量浓度为90v/v%的乙醇经回流提取60min后,过滤,取滤液浓缩除去乙醇得到提取液;再在滤渣中加入4倍质量的去离子水加热至沸腾提取30min,过滤,取滤液与提取液合并,经喷雾干燥后粉碎至80目,即得到滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物;
G、将步骤B所得滇橄榄提取液和步骤E所得黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液混合后,于-45℃下冷冻干燥,再粉碎得到提取物粉末,然后加入步骤C所得三七花粉、步骤D所得葛花粉、步骤F所得滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物,经混合后加入蜂蜜水制成软材,用14目筛网进行制粒,制粒后用16目筛网整粒,得到滇橄榄复方制剂。
实施例3
A、按下列质量百分比的原料备料:
滇橄榄30%、三七花5%、葛花5%、黑果枸杞8%、蓝莓12%、滇黄精5%、红景天10%、苦瓜15%、红茶3%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%;
其中,蜂蜜水是蜂蜜与水按质量比为1:0.8的混合溶液;
B、将步骤A的滇橄榄经过下列操作:
(1)将成熟的野生滇橄榄鲜果清洗后经常规消毒,再用破碎机破碎至粒度小于30目,得到浆料;
(2)在步骤(1)所得浆料中加入1质量倍的去离子水,并用磷酸氢二钠和磷酸二氢钠调节pH值为7.1,分别加入滇橄榄鲜果质量0.5%的纤维素酶和滇橄榄鲜果质量1.5%的果胶酶,在38℃下酶解24小时;然后置于90℃下灭酶20min,得到滇橄榄酶解液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得滇橄榄酶解液经固液分离后,弃去果渣,得到滇橄榄酶解清液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滇橄榄酶解清液用孔径为3μm的微孔滤膜过滤,所得滤液即为滇橄榄提取液;
C、将步骤A的三七花经下列操作:将含苞待放的三七花蕾洗净后,于-50℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为7%,再经超微粉碎至800目,即得三七花粉;
D、将步骤A的葛花经下列操作:将含苞待放的葛花蕾洗净后,于-50℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为7%,再经超微粉碎至800目,即得葛花粉;
E、将步骤A的黑果枸杞和蓝莓经下列操作:将成熟优质的新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓洗净后混合,再进行榨汁,然后经板框过滤法过滤取汁,果渣中加入新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓总质量1倍的去离子水搅拌后再次板框过滤,取汁;合并两次所得汁液,再经离心分离后去除固体,即得到黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液;
F、将步骤A的滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶经下列操作:将滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜粉碎至20目的粗粉后与红茶混合,再加入8倍质量浓度为95v/v%的乙醇经回流提取60min后,过滤,取滤液浓缩除去乙醇得到提取液;再在滤渣中加入4倍质量的去离子水加热至沸腾提取30min,过滤,取滤液与提取液合并,经喷雾干燥后粉碎至80目,即得到滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物;
G、将步骤B所得滇橄榄提取液和步骤E所得黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液混合后,于-50℃下冷冻干燥,再粉碎得到提取物粉末,然后加入步骤C所得三七花粉、步骤D所得葛花粉、步骤F所得滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物,经混合后加入蜂蜜水制成软材,用14目筛网进行制粒,制粒后用16目筛网整粒,得到滇橄榄复方制剂。
取上述实施例1、2、3的滇橄榄复方制剂,用于下列保健治疗作用分析:
一、试验对象
选取年龄在4~80岁的下列人群600例:糖尿病、高血压、高血脂或冠心病者100例,精神不振、记忆力减退、胸闷乏力或失眠少眠等症状100例,更年期综合征或内分泌失调的100例,痤疮、毛孔粗大、面色萎黄、面部斑块者100例,抵抗力低下者100例,脂肪肝、常饮酒者100例。
随机分为试验组和对照组各300例,其中糖尿病、高血压、高血脂或冠心病者各50例,精神不振、记忆力减退、胸闷乏力或失眠少眠等症状各50例,更年期综合征或内分泌失调的各50例,痤疮、毛孔粗大、面色萎黄、面部斑块者各50例,抵抗力低下者各50例,脂肪肝、常饮酒者50例。
二、服用方法
试验组中各例均服用实施例1~3所得滇橄榄复方制剂,每日服用2~3次,每次0.5~2g;连服21日,观察并记录结果。
对照组的患者按常规医院处方服用药品或不服用任何药物,连续21日,观察并记录结果。
三、结果
本发明提供的滇橄榄复方制剂的保健效果:对糖尿病、高血压、高血脂或冠心病者的有效率达到97.3%;对精神不振、记忆力减退、胸闷乏力或失眠少眠等症状的有效率达到88.1%;对更年期综合征或内分泌失调等症状的有效率达到82.6%;对痤疮、毛孔粗大、面色萎黄、面部斑块者的有效率达到95.2%;对抵抗力低下者的有效率达到95.9%;对脂肪肝、常饮酒的有效率达到98.9%。且便秘、精神不振、痤疮者中,多半在服用10日后即明显症状消失或改善。
而对照组对糖尿病、高血压、高血脂或冠心病者的有效率达到38.2%;对精神不振、记忆力减退、胸闷乏力或失眠少眠等症状的有效率达到36.5%;对更年期综合征或内分泌失调等症状的有效率达到45.9%;对痤疮、毛孔粗大、面色萎黄、面部斑块者的有效率达到41.6%;对抵抗力低下者的有效率达到52.6%;对脂肪肝、常饮酒的有效率达到69.4%。
四、结论
本发明提供滇橄榄复方制剂具有清热解毒、滋养润肺、祛痰平喘、平肝明目、镇痛安眠、排毒养颜、降三高、增强记忆力、补气益精、提神消疲、助消化、提高免疫力、保护心血管等功效。该滇橄榄复方制剂具有肝、脾、胃、肾同时调理治疗的作用,对老年人和儿童均无任何副作用,适合各年龄人群,无任何副作用。其作用优于对照组。
本发明采用的组方配伍合理,功能全面,安全有效,适合长期服用,具有保健效用高、口感回甜等优点,且工艺稳定,适合工业大生产。
Claims (3)
1.一种滇橄榄复方制剂,其特征在于由下列质量百分比的原料组成:
滇橄榄30~65%、三七花2~5%、葛花3~5%、黑果枸杞3~8%、蓝莓6~12%、滇黄精2~5%、红景天5~10%、苦瓜8~15%、红茶2~3%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的滇橄榄复方制剂,其特征在于:所述蜂蜜水是蜂蜜与水按质量比为1:0.5~1:0.8的混合溶液。
3.一种滇橄榄复方制剂的制备方法,其特征在于经过下列各步骤:
A、按下列质量百分比的原料备料:
滇橄榄30~65%、三七花2~5%、葛花3~5%、黑果枸杞3~8%、蓝莓6~12%、滇黄精2~5%、红景天5~10%、苦瓜8~15%、红茶2~3%、蜂蜜水为余量,上述组分的总和为100%;
B、将步骤A的滇橄榄经过下列操作:
(1)将成熟的野生滇橄榄鲜果清洗后经常规消毒,再破碎至粒度小于30目,得到浆料;
(2)在步骤(1)所得浆料中加入0.5~1倍质量的去离子水,并调节pH值为6.8~7.1,分别加入滇橄榄鲜果质量0.2~0.5%的纤维素酶和滇橄榄鲜果质量0.8~1.5%的果胶酶,在35~38℃下酶解24~36小时;然后置于90℃下灭酶15~20min,得到滇橄榄酶解液;
(3)将步骤(2)所得滇橄榄酶解液经固液分离后,弃去果渣,得到滇橄榄酶解清液;
(4)将步骤(3)所得滇橄榄酶解清液用孔径为0.8~3μm的微孔滤膜过滤,所得滤液即为滇橄榄提取液;
C、将步骤A的三七花经下列操作:将含苞待放的三七花蕾洗净后,于-30~-50℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为5~7%,再经超微粉碎至600~800目,即得三七花粉;
D、将步骤A的葛花经下列操作:将含苞待放的葛花蕾洗净后,于-30~-50℃下冷冻干燥至含水率为5~7%,再经超微粉碎至600~800目,即得葛花粉;
E、将步骤A的黑果枸杞和蓝莓经下列操作:将成熟优质的新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓洗净后混合,再进行榨汁,然后经板框过滤法过滤取汁,果渣中加入新鲜黑枸杞和蓝莓总质量0.5~1倍的去离子水搅拌后再次板框过滤,取汁;合并两次所得汁液,再经离心分离后去除固体,即得到黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液;
F、将步骤A的滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶经下列操作:将滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜粉碎至20目的粗粉后与红茶混合,再加入8倍质量浓度为80~95v/v%的乙醇经回流提取60min后,过滤,取滤液浓缩除去乙醇得到提取液;再在滤渣中加入4倍质量的去离子水加热至沸腾提取30min,过滤,取滤液与提取液合并,经喷雾干燥后粉碎至80目,即得到滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物;
G、将步骤B所得滇橄榄提取液和步骤E所得黑果枸杞和蓝莓的果汁清液混合后,于-40~-50℃下冷冻干燥,再粉碎得到提取物粉末,然后加入步骤C所得三七花粉、步骤D所得葛花粉、步骤F所得滇黄精、红景天、苦瓜和红茶的混合提取物,经混合后加入蜂蜜水制成软材,用14目筛网进行制粒,制粒后用16目筛网整粒,得到滇橄榄复方制剂。
