传统的牛仔布面料,简单讲是一组染色纱线与另一组本白色纱线织造而成,所以,传统牛仔布面料里面是露白的,而外面是有色的。传统的牛仔布面料所用的纱线是用靛蓝或硫化染料所染,服装色调较单一,不能出现绚丽多彩的效果。然而,随着社会的发展与进步,人们的审美观点也不断进步,颜色单一,布面风格沉闷,缺乏视觉冲击力的传统牛仔布,不再适应时代潮流。

控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从15℃~20℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min;

空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂的缸内15min~30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:50~1:100;
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。

(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。
实施例4
一种提花牛仔布的印染工艺,的具体步骤如下:
(a)织布
将黄麻纤维和亚麻纤维按照的3:2的比例通过环锭纺的纺织编织成提花层1,将竹炭纤维,尼泊金酯、棉纤维和羊毛纤维混纺成底料层2,通过面料热压复合工艺将提花层1和底料层2相连接在一起形成牛仔布;
(b)备染
待牛仔布冷却完成后装入染色机,在染色机内加水后开动循环泵,循环泵的最大流量为100kg/h,控制温控装置将染色机内的水升温至40℃,加入匀染剂、元明粉、醋酸机染料持续染25min,匀染剂占染料的质量百分比的0.5%,元明粉占染料的质量百分比的15%,浓度为98%的醋酸机染料占染料的质量百分比的2%,醋酸机染料取自橙X-GN、艳红X-3B、艳兰X-BR、艳兰B-RV、深红E-2BD、大红E-GGF、艳兰KN-R、翠兰B-BGFN、红B-3BF、蓝B-2GLN、嫩黄B-4GLN、橙DC-3R、黄DC-RL、橙DC-3G、蓝FN-RN、红FL-2BL、藏青DC-GB、军蓝GG、藏青GW-HA、黑GW-HA、绿GW-HA、紫GW-HA、蓝GW-HN、红GW-HA、翠兰GW-HA中的任意一种或者多种的混合;
(c)染色
控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从60℃至沸腾后续染60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至70℃,加入红矾后缓慢冷却至25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从20℃至沸腾后续染60min;
(e)清洗
空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂为酯基季铵盐柔软剂、脂肪酸酯型柔软剂、右蜡型柔软剂或聚乙烯型柔软剂的缸内30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:100;
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。

Claims (7)

1.一种提花牛仔布的印染工艺,其特征在于:该工艺的具体步骤如下:
(a)织布
由黄麻纤维和亚麻纤维通过环锭纺的纺织编织而成的提花层(1)和由竹炭纤维,尼泊金酯、棉纤维和羊毛纤维混纺而成的底料层(2)通过面料热压复合工艺相连接在一起形成牛仔布;
(b)备染
待牛仔布冷却完成后装入染色机,在染色机内加水后开动循环泵,控制温控装置将染色机内的水升温至35℃~40℃,加入匀染剂、元明粉、醋酸机染料持续染20min~25min;
(c)染色
控制温控装置将染色机内染料的温度缓慢升温,从50℃~60℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min,然后空冷,待染色机内的染料的温度降至60℃~70℃,加入氧化剂后缓慢冷却至20min~25min;
(d)固色
控制温控装置将染色机内的染料的温度再次缓慢升温,从15℃~20℃至沸腾后续染45min~60min;
(e)清洗
空冷降温后放去残液,加入冷水清洗;
(f)上柔软剂
清洗完成后置入放有柔软剂的缸内15min~30min,柔软剂和水的比例为1:50~1:100;
(g)出机
将浸泡柔软剂工序完成后的牛仔布从染色机中取出即可。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,其特征在于:黄麻纤维和亚麻纤维的比例为3:2。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中的循环泵的最大流量为100kg/h。
4.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,其特征在于:步骤c中的匀染剂占染料的质量百分比的0.3%~0.5%,元明粉占染料的质量百分比的10%~15%,浓度为98%的醋酸机染料占染料的质量百分比的1.5%~2%。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,,其特征在于:所述的步骤c中的醋酸机染料取自橙X-GN、艳红X-3B、艳兰X-BR、艳兰B-RV、深红E-2BD、大红E-GGF、艳兰KN-R、翠兰B-BGFN、红B-3BF、蓝B-2GLN、嫩黄B-4GLN、橙DC-3R、黄DC-RL、橙DC-3G、蓝FN-RN、红FL-2BL、藏青DC-GB、军蓝GG、藏青GW-HA、黑GW-HA、绿GW-HA、紫GW-HA、蓝GW-HN、红GW-HA、翠兰GW-HA中的任意一种或者多种的混合。
6.根据权利要求1所述的一种羊毛纺织品的印染工艺,,其特征在于:步骤d中的氧化剂为红矾。
7.根据权利要求1所述的一种防霉彩色提花牛仔布的制作工艺,其特征在于:步骤g中的柔软剂为酯基季铵盐柔软剂、脂肪酸酯型柔软剂、右蜡型柔软剂或聚乙烯型柔软剂。
