本发明公开了一种二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,包括有钢结构框架、升降传动***组、横移传动***组、升降载车板组、横移载车板组和导轨,升降传动***组安装在钢结构框架上,驱动升降载车板组上、下移动;横移传动***组安装在横移载车板组上,驱动横移载车板组沿导轨左、右移动;横移载车板组的一侧安装有前充电桩,钢结构框架底部的后侧安装有后充电桩,后充电桩上连接有弹簧线。本发明结构简单,当升降载车板组落地,车辆驶入停好后,将后充电桩上的弹簧线拉出,连接车辆充电接头,进行充电,升降载车板组在升降过程中,弹簧线跟着一起升降,充电完成后,自动断电,确保了设备安全。

本发明涉及停车设备领域,具体是一种二层升降横移停车设备充电装置。
背景技术
二层升降横移停车设备是常见的停车设备之一,目前的此类设备结构复杂,占用空间大,存取车效率低下;另外,对于电动汽车而言,用于充电的充电桩一般安装于底面,车辆被提升至上层车位后,不能进行充电,需要降落至地面才能与充电桩连接,十分不便。
发明内容
本发明的目的是为了克服现有技术存在的缺陷和不足,提供一种二层升降横移停车设备充电装置。
本发明的技术方案如下:
一种二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,包括有钢结构框架、升降传动***组、横移传动***组、升降载车板组、横移载车板组和铺设在地面上的导轨,其特征在于:所述的升降传动***组安装在所述钢结构框架上,驱动所述升降载车板组上、下移动;所述的横移传动***组安装在所述横移载车板组上,驱动所述横移载车板组沿所述导轨左、右移动;所述横移载车板组的一侧安装有前充电桩,所述钢结构框架底部的后侧安装有后充电桩,所述的后充电桩上连接有弹簧线。
所述的二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,其特征在于:所述的升降传动***组包括有传动轴、升降电机、链轮组和提升链条组,所述的传动轴转动安装在所述钢结构框架的横梁上,所述的升降电机安装在所述钢结构框架的横梁上并与所述传动轴传动连接,所述的传动轴通过所述链轮组和提升链条组与所述升降载车板组传动连接。
所述的二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,其特征在于:所述的横移传动***组包括有横移电机、主动轮和从动轮,所述的主动轮和从动轮分别安装在所述横移载车板组底部的两侧,所述的横移电机安装在所述横移载车板组的一端并与所述主动轮传动连接。
本发明的有益效果:
本发明结构简单,当车辆驶入横移载车板组停好后,将前充电桩的插头,拿下***车辆充电接头,进行充电;当升降载车板组落地,车辆驶入停好后,将后充电桩上的弹簧线拉出,连接车辆充电接头,进行充电,升降载车板组在升降过程中,弹簧线跟着一起升降,充电完成后,自动断电,确保了设备安全。

参见图1、2,一种二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,包括有钢结构框架1、升降传动***组2、横移传动***组3、升降载车板组4、横移载车板组5和铺设在地面上的导轨,升降传动***组2安装在钢结构框架1上,驱动升降载车板组4上、下移动;横移传动***组3安装在横移载车板组5上,驱动横移载车板组5沿导轨左、右移动;横移载车板组5的一侧安装有前充电桩6,钢结构框架1底部的后侧安装有后充电桩7,后充电桩7上连接有弹簧线8。
本发明中,升降传动***组2包括有传动轴、升降电机、链轮组和提升链条组,传动轴转动安装在钢结构框架1的横梁上,升降电机安装在钢结构框架1的横梁上并与传动轴传动连接,传动轴通过链轮组和提升链条组与升降载车板组4传动连接。
横移传动***组3包括有横移电机、主动轮和从动轮,主动轮和从动轮分别安装在横移载车板组5底部的两侧,横移电机安装在横移载车板组5的一端并与主动轮传动连接。

1.一种二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,包括有钢结构框架、升降传动***组、横移传动***组、升降载车板组、横移载车板组和铺设在地面上的导轨,其特征在于:所述的升降传动***组安装在所述钢结构框架上,驱动所述升降载车板组上、下移动;所述的横移传动***组安装在所述横移载车板组上,驱动所述横移载车板组沿所述导轨左、右移动;所述横移载车板组的一侧安装有前充电桩,所述钢结构框架底部的后侧安装有后充电桩,所述的后充电桩上连接有弹簧线。
2.根据权利要求1所述的二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,其特征在于:所述的升降传动***组包括有传动轴、升降电机、链轮组和提升链条组,所述的传动轴转动安装在所述钢结构框架的横梁上,所述的升降电机安装在所述钢结构框架的横梁上并与所述传动轴传动连接,所述的传动轴通过所述链轮组和提升链条组与所述升降载车板组传动连接。
3.根据权利要求1所述的二层升降横移停车设备充电装置,其特征在于:所述的横移传动***组包括有横移电机、主动轮和从动轮,所述的主动轮和从动轮分别安装在所述横移载车板组底部的两侧,所述的横移电机安装在所述横移载车板组的一端并与所述主动轮传动连接。
