背景技术
在现有的车辆悬挂***中,通常采用板弹簧、螺旋螺簧、扭杆和气体弹簧等避震,采用筒式或摇臂式液力减振器减振。这种减振器只具有单项减振功能,使车辆悬挂***在不同工况下始终保持取决于原始设计的刚度。这种刚度使车辆在不同工况时或振动衰减缓慢,或刚性撞击增加,不仅使提高车速受到限制,而且使乘员安全性、舒适性差和影响车辆的使用寿命。
发明内容
为了克服现有车辆悬挂舒适性差的不足,本发明涉及一种车架悬挂装置,它可以大大提高车辆的舒适性。
本发明车架悬挂装置由液压减震器一、液压减震器二、摆臂、避震弹簧和车架组成。摆臂和车架连接,液压减震器一、液压减震器二和避震弹簧一端连接车架,液压减震器一、液压减震器二和避震弹簧另一端连接摆臂,这样就可以有效的过滤车辆行驶中的震动增加后悬挂的韧性。
本发明车架悬挂装置的有益效果是结构简单可以大大提高车辆舒适性。

本发明车架悬挂装置由液压减震器一1、液压减震器二2、摆臂3、避震弹簧4和车架5组成(如图1所示)。摆臂3和车架5连接,液压减震器一1、液压减震器二2和避震弹簧4一端连接车架5,液压减震器一1、液压减震器二2和避震弹簧4另一端连接摆臂3,这样就可以有效的过滤车辆行驶中的震动增加后悬挂的韧性(如图1所示)。
