本发明涉及装饰建材技术领域,具体涉及一种PVC白色发泡装饰材料及其加工方法。
背景技术
目前市场上的PVC白色发泡类装饰材料存在有气味、有甲醛、有重金属、白度不高的问题,而市场上无刺激性气味的PVC白色发泡类装饰材料基本上全部都是用进口材料加工生产的,价格昂贵、所生产的产品成本高。
发明内容
针对现有技术的不足,本发明旨在提供一种无刺激性气味、无甲醛、无重金属、白度高、生产成本低的PVC白色发泡装饰材料及其加工方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下技术方案:
一种PVC白色发泡装饰材料,按重量份数包括100份的PVC、30份的碳酸钙、20份的滑石粉、5份的二氧化硅、6份的环保稳定剂、2份的环保润滑剂、8份的环保加工助剂、1份的环保发泡剂、0.5份的环保发泡助剂和3.5份的颜料。
一种PVC白色发泡装饰材料的加工方法,将所述重量份数的PVC、碳酸钙、滑石粉、二氧化硅、环保稳定剂、环保润滑剂、环保加工助剂、环保发泡剂、环保发泡助剂、颜料经过高速混料机混合并加温至125℃,然后再经过双锥螺杆挤出机和高精密模具挤出成型。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
本发明一种PVC白色发泡装饰材料及其加工方法,其生产加工出的PVC白色发泡装饰材料无刺激性气味、无甲醛、无重金属、白度高,而且全部采用国内非进口材料加工生产,生产成本低。

生产加工出的PVC白色发泡装饰材料无刺激性气味、无甲醛、无重金属、白度高,而且全部采用国内非进口材料加工生产,生产成本低。
