Abstract
本发明涉及一种具有养颜作用的中药组合物、面膜膏及其制备方法,属于中药外用制剂技术领域。中药组合物包括有按重量份计的如下组分:白及10~20份,白蔹3~8份,白僵蚕3~8份,钟乳粉3~8份,白附子1~5份,冬瓜子1~5份,韶脑1~5份,楮桃1~3份,天然薄荷冰0.5~2份。面膜膏是用上述的中药组合物经过发酵后而得到的。本发明的组合物能更好的补充皮肤微量元素,有效提高排毒修护、增白驻颜以及灭瘢痕和去皮肤瑕疵的功效。通过对中药进行发酵处理后,提高了药物的药效,降低了有毒物质含量。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种具有养颜作用的中药组合物、面膜膏及其制备方法,属于中药外用制剂技术领域。
背景技术
爱美之心,人皆有之。近几年来,雾霾、沙尘天气逐渐增多,范围逐渐扩大,这种气候的变化和环境污染的加重,造成我们每天离不开的空气里各种各样有毒有害的物质日益增多,给人们的健康和生活都带来了危害。而皮肤是人体最大的保护器官,特别是头面部的皮肤常年暴露于外,所以,皮肤受到的伤害更是首充其中,普遍出现肤色暗黄无光洁度,皮肤粗糙,色素沉着增多,痘痘长时间不愈,皱纹早现,皮肤变薄红血丝明显等一系列早衰现象。面对这样的环境状况,人们开始高度重视皮肤的保养和延缓衰老的工作,同时,对美容化妆品也有了需要深入了解的需求,开始重视化妆品在使用过程中的安全性、功效性和天然性等性能。那么,如何慎重选择或者说选择怎样的对皮肤没有刺激性和不良反应、而且真正具有显著功效的优质护肤品,是眼下爱美人士最关心的问题。
身为美容护肤之首选的面膜,在这个庞大的美容市场上当然是责无旁贷,并且在皮肤护理和保养中占据着举足轻重的地位。因为美容面膜它不仅具有保护皮肤、清洁皮肤、营养皮肤、改善皮肤的功能、延缓皮肤的衰老等作用,而且还具有纠正和改善损容性皮肤问题的优点;它使用的对象不只是健康人群,而且还有损美性皮肤问题的爱美人士,所以,我国1994年以后把美容面膜列为化妆品行列,它可以起到其他化妆品达不到的作用,但与药品又有严格的区别,列为功效性化妆品。
目前国内美容面膜的需求量多,市场大,并且从社会美容院的生活美容进入了医学美容和医院皮肤科,其中,膏状面膜、粉状面膜的用量比乳状和湿布状面膜的用量要更大,比如中药面膜、天然面膜、矿物质面膜和生物面膜等用量增多。但是从国内市场可以看出,中药面膜、植物面膜、水果面膜等,可以是家庭自制、可以是私营企业小作坊加工生产,并在网络上以各种方式销售的中药面膜比比皆是,所说的功效也都是十分显著等,考究其配方和制作方法,有的是个人经验或祖传秘方,有的是私密制作,有的是按面膜配方成分勾兑等,其组方和制作方法是否科学合理,到底有没有实验验证和皮肤临床应用验证,还有待于考究。所以,一款合格的、能经得起市场考验的中药面膜,从组方到制作工艺,都应该是建立在有科学的实验论证和大量的临床验证以及有既完善又先进的加工工艺的基础上,同时,也应该是建立在现代高科技的基础上。
近几年来随着生物科技的高速发展,以现代生物工程发酵技术和生物制品制作的天然面膜日益增多并倍受青睐。比如添加活性微生物进行生物发酵的生物活性物化妆品已经成为国际化妆品行业的热潮。
发明内容
本发明提供的美容外用面膜膏主要由白芨、白蔹、白僵蚕、冬瓜子、韶脑等中药按一定比例配制而成,具有祛风散结、活血通络、消肿解毒、淡化色斑、补充营养、细致光滑和滋润肌肤等功效。对正常皮肤具有较好的美容保健和延缓衰老的功效;对难以根治的问题皮肤,如暗哑萎黄、色素沉着、粉刺瘢痕、毛孔粗大、缺水脱皮起皱等有明显的改善作用;对恶劣空气如沙尘、雾霾等造成的皮肤干燥粗糙和污染中毒以及免疫力降低导致皮肤敏感等症状能起到一定的改善和排毒养颜功效;对紫外线荧光屏等辐射造成的皮肤早衰状况也有良好的改善作用。
根据本发明的第一个方面,一种具有养颜作用的中药组合物,包括有按重量份计的如下组分:白及10~20份,白蔹3~8份,白僵蚕3~8份,钟乳粉3~8份,白附子1~5份,冬瓜子1~5份,韶脑1~5份,楮桃1~3份,天然薄荷冰0.5~2份。
在一个实施例中,组分是:白及15份,白蔹5份,白僵蚕5份,钟乳粉5份,白附子2.5份,冬瓜子2.5份,韶脑2.5份,楮桃2份,天然薄荷冰1份。
根据本发明的第二个方面,上述组合物的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将各个组分研成细末,混合均匀。
根据本发明的第三个方面,包含有上述中药组合物的面膜膏。
根据本发明的第四个方面,所述的面膜膏的制备方法,包括如下步骤:将中药组合物与水、蛋清、红葡萄酒或蜂蜜中的一种或者几种的混合物相互混合后成糊状,即可。
根据本发明的第四个方面,一种面膜膏,是用上述的中药组合物经过发酵后而得到的。
在一个实施例中,发酵的过程中还需要加入碳源。
在一个实施例中,发酵过程中所采用的菌种选自枯草芽孢杆菌、放线菌、淡紫拟青霉菌、酵母菌、光合细菌、双歧杆菌中的一种或者几种的混合。
根据本发明的第五个方面,上述的中药组合物在制备护肤化妆品中的应用。
所述的应用,所述的护肤化妆品是指用于提高哺乳动物皮肤SOD活性、降低MDA含量、提高GSH-PX活性、提高羟脯氨酸含量或者降低脂褐质含量的化妆品。
有益效果
本发明的组合物能更好的补充皮肤微量元素,有效提高排毒修护、增白驻颜以及灭瘢痕和去皮肤瑕疵的功效。含有天然透皮吸收成分,能快速渗透进入皮下组织分解黑色素细胞,除湿排毒,抑制真菌,补充皮肤微量元素,对有些化妆品导致的铅、汞中毒皮肤和激素依耐性皮炎,能起到明显的排毒和改善作用。通过对中药进行发酵处理后,提高了药物的药效,降低了有毒物质含量。
具体实施方式
本发明的中药组合物中,包括有按重量份计的如下组分:白及10~20份,白蔹3~8份,白僵蚕3~8份,钟乳粉3~8份,白附子1~5份,冬瓜子1~5份,韶脑1~5份,楮桃1~3份,天然薄荷冰0.5~2份。在优选的实施例中,组分是:白及15份,白蔹5份,白僵蚕5份,钟乳粉5份,白附子2.5份,冬瓜子2.5份,韶脑2.5份,楮桃2份,天然薄荷冰1份。
方中白及补肺益皮毛,合白蔹收敛生肌,消肿散结,治皮肤粗糙皲裂等,此二药相须而行,为皮肤清热解毒、润肌泽面、祛斑增白之要药。楮桃、冬瓜子等药能滋润肌肤,祛斑悦泽颜面;其中冬瓜子含有皂苷、尿素、瓜氨酸、不饱和脂肪酸、亚油酸和镁、锌等微量元素,外用能提高皮肤免疫功能,其微量元素可使面色红润,为美容之要素。钟乳粉含有碳酸钙和铁、铜、钾、锌、镁、钠、锰、镉、铅、银等微量元素,久服延年益寿,好颜色,使人不老......外用可增白驻颜,消除面黑,延缓衰老。白僵蚕含蛋白质,草酸铵,以及赖氨酸、亮氨酸等17种氨基酸营养物质以及镁、钙、锌等28种微量元素,合白附子引药势上行的特性,能更好发挥补充皮肤营养,祛风散结,以及善除气血、痰湿壅滞等造成的面部黑斑或瘢痕等美容功效。薄荷、韶脑均为芳香开窍之品,既可增香,又有一定治疗作用,其中韶脑辛香走窜,外用能除湿杀虫,具有抗真菌作用;薄荷冰轻扬升浮,芳香通窍,功善散上焦风热,可清利头目、利咽透疹、疏肝避秽等,为美容方中所常选。现代研究发现,薄荷冰是由薄荷的叶和茎中所提取,白色晶体,含挥发油1~3%,油中含薄荷醇(薄荷冰)80%左右,其次为薄荷酮、异薄荷醇、蒎烯等。薄荷冰能选择性地刺激人体皮肤或黏膜的冷觉感受器,产生冷觉反射和冷感,通过引起正常的皮肤黏膜血管收缩和深部组织的血管收缩而产生治疗作用。外用可以消炎,止痛,止痒,促进血液循环,减轻浮肿等,还可治疗丘疹性荨麻疹、湿疹、接触性皮炎、神经性皮炎、皮肤瘙痒症等。诸药合用,共奏驻颜防皱,光洁白润,细腻光整和排毒养颜的美容功效。若调以蜂蜜或蛋清更添润泽莹白之效。本方可用于正常皮肤的美容保健和延缓皮肤衰老之用,亦可用于因气候环境变化或各种辐射下以及其他多种原因如食品、化妆品等造成的色素瘢痕、或干燥粗糙、或油腻不洁、或敏感、或微生态失衡免疫力下降等常见的损美性问题的皮肤。
对于上述的组合物,其制备面膜膏可以采用将各味中药研细之后,再与水、蛋清、红葡萄酒或者蜂蜜中的一种或几种混合进行混合成糊状物即可。
其使用方可以例举的是:
1、温水洁肤。
2、每次取面膜粉15~20g,加37℃左右的温水适量,搅拌均匀调和成糊状,敷于面部,停留30~60分钟。然后用温水洗去即可。适用于任何肤质。
3、或取蛋清适量,打成发泡状加入面膜粉15~20g,搅拌均匀调和成糊状,敷于面部,停留30~60分钟。然后用温水洗去即可。适用于油性肌肤和皱纹性肌肤。
4、或取蜂蜜适量,加入面膜粉15~20g,搅拌均匀调和成糊状,敷于面部,停留30~60分钟。然后用温水洗去即可。适用于干性、混合性肌肤和衰老性性肌肤。
本发明中,还发现通过发酵的方法制备的面膜相对于药粉的直接混合而得到的面膜膏来说,产生了许多更新的优点。中药成分经发酵后被分解转化而形成新的化合物,产生出新的药效物质并具有了新的药理作用,另外可以实现中药成分由大分子化为小分子的降解过程,更容易被人体皮肤吸收和利用。发酵后,使面膜中成分的天然香味更加浓郁,而且由于微生物的发酵,又增添了一些淡淡的酒香味,同时发酵过程分解中药毒性,实现了中药面膜的无毒副作用,对皮肤无损伤,无刺激,无过敏。中药中的有效物质(多糖、黄酮、萜类等)可调节和诱导菌种产生新的代谢产物或合成新的化合物。这里可以适用的菌种中包括有枯草芽孢杆菌、放线菌、淡紫拟青霉菌、酵母菌、光合细菌、双歧杆菌中的一种或者几种的混合;其中优选采用酵母菌,从生物学角度出发,酵母菌本身具有营养护肤的作用。当酵母菌和中药共同发酵后,酵母菌发酵的次生代谢物与中药成分发生协同作用可增强药效,从而获得药效更强的药物,同时,在发酵中酵母菌产生的酶又提高了面膜里中药成分的生物活性及其转化;
在发酵的过程中,除了加入中药组合物之外,还最好加入碳源,共同与微生物发酵。
作为上述碳源,可优选使用例如葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、半乳糖、乳糖和麦芽糖等糖类、含有这些糖类的淀粉糖化液、甘薯糖蜜、甜菜糖蜜、高级糖蜜(High Test Molasses)、蔗汁、蔗汁提取物或浓缩液、从蔗汁中纯化或结晶化的原料糖、从蔗汁中纯化或结晶化的纯化糖、以及醋酸、延胡索酸等有机酸、乙醇等醇类和甘油等。这里所谓糖类是指多元醇的最初氧化生成物,具有一个醛基或酮基,且具有醛基的糖被分类为醛糖、具有酮基的糖被分类为酮糖的碳水化合物,优选为葡萄糖、蔗糖、果糖、半乳糖、乳糖或麦芽糖。上述碳源,可以在培养开始时一起添加,还可以在培养中分批或连续地添加。
实施例1
中药面膜粉的制备:
按重量份计,原料组成是:白及15份,白蔹5份,白僵蚕5份,钟乳粉5份,白附子2.5份,冬瓜子2.5份,韶脑2.5份,楮桃2份,天然薄荷冰1份。
先将白及、白蔹、白僵蚕、钟乳粉、白附子、冬瓜子和楮桃分别置于70℃的烘箱中烘干24小时,然后用小型中药超细粉碎机以25000(r/min)的速率粉碎30s;重复烘干和粉碎各1~2次。将粉碎后的药粉分别过筛,得到100-200目的细粉;再将韶脑、天然薄荷冰分别研磨,得到100-200目细料。最后按配方中重量份的数量分别称取每味中药粉,全部混合均匀,在不影响不改变药物性能的基础上,采用紫外线辐射灭菌50分钟,得到的混合药粉即为“面膜粉”。
面膜膏的制备:
按重量比6:1:3的比例,取蜂蜜、红酒、和上述“面膜粉”。先将蜂蜜在容器内用文火加热至融化时慢慢加入红酒,待红酒融入蜂蜜后慢慢加入“面膜粉”,沿一个方向搅拌,彻底混合均匀,再用文火慢慢熬至糊状即可。常温下使用。
实施例2
取实施例1中的“面膜粉” 33.5份,加入优质麦芽粉 7份,混合均匀,再加入甘薯糖蜜2.5份、甘油0.5份、去离子水 20份,活性干酵母菌 0.5份。彻底搅拌充分混合均匀,调节pH=6.5±0.5,然后将此混合物放入密封发酵罐内,在35℃恒温下发酵48h。在90~100℃温度下灭活30~60分钟。待温度降至50℃以下时按0.1wt%的比例加入防腐剂即成膏状面膜。
实施例3
取实施例1中的“面膜粉”33.5份,加入优质麦芽粉7份,混合均匀,再加入甘薯糖蜜 2.5份、甘油0.5份、ɑ-亚麻酸3份、去离子水20份,活性干酵母菌0.5份。彻底搅拌充分混合均匀,调节pH=6.5±0.5,然后将此混合物放入密封发酵罐内,在35℃恒温下发酵48h。在90~100℃温度下灭活30~60分钟。待温度降至50℃以下时按0.1wt%的比例加入防腐剂即成膏状面膜。
对照例1
与实施例1的区别在于:面膜粉的制备中未加入白附子,得到面膜粉之后的制备面膜膏的过程与实施例1相同。
药效试验
1. 造出黄褐斑和衰老性皮肤的大鼠
将80只SPF级SD雌性大鼠随机分为2组,每组40只,分别作为对照组和造模组,采用注射***复制黄褐斑和衰老性皮肤的实验动物的方法进行造模。
造模后大鼠皮肤生化指标检测结果如下:
与对照组相比:造模组大鼠皮肤中SOD活力明显降低,MDA含量比对照组明显增多,羟脯氨酸的含量也明显比对照组降低,脂褐质(LPF)含量比对照组明显升高,谷胱甘肽过氧化物酶(GSH-PX)的活性与对照组相比降低更为明显。实验表明:造模后导致了大鼠皮肤色素沉着褐斑出现;同时大鼠体内自由基过剩,破坏了体内自由基水平的平衡,最终导致细胞功能受损以至皮肤衰老。
检测指标见下表1。
2. “面膜膏”对黄褐斑和衰老性模型大鼠皮肤中MDA、SOD、GSH-PX以及脂褐质和羟脯氨酸含量的影响
对大鼠使用面膜的方法如下:
第1步、脱毛:于实验前24h用科玛牌脱毛膏,对模型组大鼠背部脊柱两侧进行脱毛,所有动物脱毛后均用清水将脱毛膏残留物洗干净,以暴露出面积为5cm×7cm范围的皮肤。脱毛后大鼠的皮肤光洁正常、没有刺激性。另外取SPF级SD雌性青龄大鼠10只,设为空白对照组。
第2步、给基质(指实施例1中的未经过发酵的面膜膏)、面膜膏(指实施例2和3中的发酵得到的面膜膏)以及对照例1的未经过发酵的基质:观察脱毛区皮肤正常无刺激后,按大鼠体重比例计算涂抹。每组10只大鼠,共分为实施例1、实施例2、实施例3、对照例1组,并以未处理过的大鼠作为对照。涂抹的方法具体是:先取称好的基质或者面膜膏少许在脱毛后皮肤受试处按摩3~5min,然后再将剩余基质或者面膜膏均匀涂抹完毕,观察5min后,用保鲜膜作局部覆盖、然后用医用纱布和胶布保护30~60min,每日一次。连续30天(3疗程)。对青龄大鼠的空白对照组,只进行相同方法的脱毛但不给予任何处理因素,在同等环境下饲养,记录体重变化。
试验结果如下:
各组大鼠皮肤均连续给“面膜膏”外敷30天(3疗程),观察结果:
2.1 面膜膏对模型大鼠皮肤MDA含量的影响(见表2)

通过上述的试验可以看出,“面膜膏”中活性小分子成分能快速被皮肤透皮吸收,促进了皮肤血液循环和新陈代谢,加速了核酸、蛋白质合成,从而提高体内SOD和GSH-PX活性,促进了胶原纤维的合成,抑制了酪氨酸酶的活性,加速了黑色素细胞的分解;同时,加速清除过量产生的自由基,减少过氧化脂质LPO及其分解产物MDA对细胞组织的损害,降低了皮肤脂褐质含量,从而使皮肤功能趋向恢复,皮肤衰老症状得以改善,尽而起到淡斑减皱、排毒抗敏和养颜缓衰的作用。实施例1的基质中相对于对照例1来说,增加了白附子,可以与白僵蚕协同作用,产生提高SOD活性的作用;另外,实施例2和实施例3中的面膜膏是通过发酵后制备得到的,其具有的改善皮肤功效明显优于实施例1中的方法直接研磨混合而成的药方。通过“面膜膏”的动物皮肤毒性、皮肤刺激性和皮肤过敏性三个方面的毒理性实验,其结果说明:“面膜膏”美容外用面膜在改善损美性问题皮肤和衰老皮肤方面无皮肤毒性反应,并对皮肤无刺激性和过敏性。
3. 皮肤刺激性试验
在第2部分的3个疗程结束后,考察大鼠皮表的外观。各组情况如下:

请30名普通人员试验者,无嗅觉疾病,随机分为3组,分别对各组制备得到的面膜膏的香味进行评价。其中,1分是无香味;2分是淡香味;3分是中等香味;4分是较明显的香味;5分是浓郁香味,取平均得分值。各组药膏的评价结果如下:
本发明的中药组合物及面膜的经济性评价
本发明借鉴生物工程中药发酵技术,在原有中药组合物的基础上,创新其制作方法,得到一款美容面膜,经过科研实验和临床应用发现,该面膜的美容功效和疗效在原来的基础上倍增。
