一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,属于医疗器械技术领域,包括上臂外壳、下臂外壳、手掌外壳、弹力线、牵引线、手指关节以及手指前端,上臂外壳上设置有绳索固定孔和固定绑带,上臂外壳与下臂外壳通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;下臂外壳上设置有穿线孔和两个固定绑带,下臂外壳与手掌外壳通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;手掌外壳的内部设置有五条走线槽,手掌外壳的侧面设置有拇指关节,拇指关节的一侧通过同心圆螺丝活动连接有拇指前端;手掌外壳的前端设置有四个手指关节;每个手指关节的下部分别与每个手指前端通过同心圆螺丝活动连接。本发明通过三D打印技术获得假肢构造简单,性能可靠,便于掌握,使用方便,价格较低,可以在国内普遍使用。

一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂
技术领域
本发明属于医疗器械技术领域,特别是涉及到一种利用索线传动并通过三D打印技术制作的假肢。
背景技术
肢体残疾对人们的生活会造成很大的困扰,目前我过的假肢市场需求广泛,但令人尴尬的是,我国的假肢产品数量、品种稀少,性能单一,缺乏及时创新,与世界先进水平之间存在较大差距。我国假肢产品市场主要被国外企业占领,但进口产品往往价格高昂,而我国75%的肢残人士分布在广大城镇及农村地区。由于截肢者中大部分为贫困人口,因此假肢的普及率不高,据估计约有70%的人尚未安装假肢;而目前市场上的上肢假肢主要包括为:装饰性仿真手,索控式仿真手以及肌电式仿真手,其中,装饰性仿真手虽然较美观,但是无手指关节,无握力感知,无握力控制,也没有实用性,并且价格昂贵;索控式仿真手只能被动张开闭合,并需要一定的使用训练;肌电式仿真手,握力控制较难,能主动张开闭合,需要一定的练习,但价格在三万到十万元;这些上肢假肢均存在不同的问题。因此现有技术当中亟需要一种新型的技术方案来解决这一问题。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是:提供一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,通过三D打印技术获得假肢构造简单,性能可靠,便于掌握,使用方便,价格较低,可以在国内普遍使用。
一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,其特征是:包括上臂外壳、下臂外壳、手掌外壳、弹力线、牵引线、手指关节以及手指前端,所述上臂外壳上设置有绳索固定孔和固定绑带,上臂外壳与下臂外壳通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;所述下臂外壳上设置有穿线孔和两个固定绑带,下臂外壳与手掌外壳通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;所述手掌外壳的内部设置有五条走线槽,手掌外壳的侧面设置有拇指关节,所述拇指关节的一侧通过同心圆螺丝活动连接有拇指前端;手掌外壳的前端设置有四个手指关节;所述每个手指关节的下部分别与每个手指前端通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;
所述四个手指前端和拇指前端的指尖位置均设置有弹力线固定端,所述弹力线设置为五条,每条弹力线的一端均固定在弹力线固定端上,每条弹力线的另一端分别穿过手掌外壳上对应设置的走线槽,且固定在走线槽出口端的端孔上;
所述牵引线设置为五条,一条牵引线的一端设置在拇指前端的弹力线固定端上,剩余四条牵引线的一端分别设置在四个周知前端上设置的弹力线固定端;五条牵引线的另一端分别穿过走线槽进入穿线孔后进入上臂外壳的绳索固定孔内固定。
所述上臂外壳、下臂外壳以及手掌外壳均通过三D打印机打印获得。
所述上臂外壳上设置的固定绑带和下臂外壳上设置的两个固定绑带均与拇指关节同侧。
通过上述设计方案,本发明可以带来如下有益效果:一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,通过三D打印技术获得假肢构造简单,性能可靠,便于掌握,使用方便,价格较低,可以在国内普遍使用。通过三D打印技术获得的假肢手臂可以实现对不同患者均可以量身定制,且价格低廉;上臂外壳、下臂外壳、手掌外壳以及手指之间均通过同心圆螺丝连接,可以完美的实现弯曲以及抓握动作,是假肢使用更灵活。

具体实施方式
一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,如图1所示,包括上臂外壳1、下臂外壳2、手掌外壳3、弹力线13、牵引线14、手指关节7以及手指前端9,所述上臂外壳1上设置有绳索固定孔4和固定绑带5,上臂外壳1与下臂外壳2通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;所述下臂外壳2上设置有穿线孔6和两个固定绑带5,下臂外壳2与手掌外壳3通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;所述手掌外壳3的内部设置有五条走线槽8,手掌外壳3的侧面设置有拇指关节11,所述拇指关节11的一侧通过同心圆螺丝活动连接有拇指前端12;手掌外壳3的前端设置有四个手指关节7;所述每个手指关节7的下部分别与每个手指前端9通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;
所述四个手指前端9和拇指前端12的指尖位置均设置有弹力线固定端10,所述弹力线13设置为五条,每条弹力线13的一端均固定在弹力线固定端10上,每条弹力线13的另一端分别穿过手掌外壳3上对应设置的走线槽8,且固定在走线槽8出口端的端孔上;
所述牵引线14设置为五条,一条牵引线14的一端设置在拇指前端12的弹力线固定端10上,剩余四条牵引线14的一端分别设置在四个周知前端9上设置的弹力线固定端10;五条牵引线14的另一端分别穿过走线槽8进入穿线孔6后进入上臂外壳1的绳索固定孔4内固定。
所述上臂外壳1、下臂外壳2以及手掌外壳3均通过三D打印机打印获得。
所述上臂外壳1上设置的固定绑带5和下臂外壳2上设置的两个固定绑带5均与拇指关节11同侧。
本发明的假肢手臂可以靠使用者自身残肢和健肢的协调动作,带动牵引线14,操纵并控制假肢的张开和握住,实现抓握提取物件的动作。

1.一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,其特征是:包括上臂外壳(1)、下臂外壳(2)、手掌外壳(3)、弹力线(13)、牵引线(14)、手指关节(7)以及手指前端(9),所述上臂外壳(1)上设置有绳索固定孔(4)和固定绑带(5),上臂外壳(1)与下臂外壳(2)通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;所述下臂外壳(2)上设置有穿线孔(6)和两个固定绑带(5),下臂外壳(2)与手掌外壳(3)通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;所述手掌外壳(3)的内部设置有五条走线槽(8),手掌外壳(3)的侧面设置有拇指关节(11),所述拇指关节(11)的一侧通过同心圆螺丝活动连接有拇指前端(12);手掌外壳(3)的前端设置有四个手指关节(7);所述每个手指关节(7)的下部分别与每个手指前端(9)通过同心圆螺丝活动连接;
所述四个手指前端(9)和拇指前端(12)的指尖位置均设置有弹力线固定端(10),所述弹力线(13)设置为五条,每条弹力线(13)的一端均固定在弹力线固定端(10)上,每条弹力线(13)的另一端分别穿过手掌外壳(3)上对应设置的走线槽(8),且固定在走线槽(8)出口端的端孔上;
所述牵引线(14)设置为五条,一条牵引线(14)的一端设置在拇指前端(12)的弹力线固定端(10)上,剩余四条牵引线(14)的一端分别设置在四个周知前端(9)上设置的弹力线固定端(10);五条牵引线(14)的另一端分别穿过走线槽(8)进入穿线孔(6)后进入上臂外壳(1)的绳索固定孔(4)内固定。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,其特征是:所述上臂外壳(1)、下臂外壳(2)以及手掌外壳(3)均通过三D打印机打印获得。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种索线传动三D打印假肢手臂,其特征是:所述上臂外壳(1)上设置的固定绑带(5)和下臂外壳(2)上设置的两个固定绑带(5)均与拇指关节(11)同侧。
