在同一申请人的WO2008/061791 A1中,描述了已知的现有技术的进一步发展。该公开的改进的精髓在于至少两个液体聚合物层以湿湿混合的方式施加在板材表面上,使得涂层材料的表面发生部分混合。这两种湿湿混合的施加层继而固化在一起,在此,由于部分混合,固化产生的涂层具有硬度梯度,其中,涂层的硬度随着深度的增大而减小,如从产生的涂层的表面所见。
因此,本发明的任务是改进已知的现有技术并且特别提供用于室内和室外的层状建筑板,其中层具有非常良好的粘合性,并且其中装饰打印优选在没有纸载体的情况下直接被引入到中间层中。此外,期望表面具有改进的特性,像特别为改进的防刮擦性和防耐磨性并且同时易于清洗。在现有技术中陈述的缺点可以通过根据本发明的特定化学结构特性消除。阅读以下描述期间被提及的或者本领域的技术人员可以想到的这些和其它的任务将会通过根据权利要求1所述的层状建筑板、根据权利要求10的层状板以及根据权利要求22的方法来解决。
发明内容
根据本发明,提供了一种适用于室内和室外的层状建筑板。板材包括其上布置浸渍有热固性树脂、特别是氨基树脂的(至少)一种纸的芯板。这种纸在树脂固化后具有优异的机械特性,然而,由于大多数已确认的材料并且特别是丙烯酸酯仅不良地粘合在这些热固性树脂表面上(尤其是当它们基于密胺树脂时),所以表面被涂布得较差。对于该问题的解决方案,本发明提供了特定的粘合层,其中,该层基于异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯(甲基丙烯酸酯、丙烯酸酯以及这两种连接基团的混合物在本文中理解为(甲基)丙烯酸酯)的混合物,并且如需要,则基于催化剂和/或引发剂,以及特定的漆添加剂。该混合物施加(例如轧制、喷射或铸造)在固化板表面上,并且优选借助于高能辐射部分固化。该粘合层可以在一个加工步骤中施加,然而,也可以接连施加相同或相似的混合物的多个薄层,其中,中间层借助于高能辐射、优选UV辐射胶凝。在下文中,该层一般命名为粘合层。优选地,厚度优选大于20μm、更优选大于30μm并且最优选大于40μm的另一个(甲基)丙烯酸酯层在部分固化后直接布置在所述粘合层上。
粘合层和优选进一步施加的(甲基)丙烯酸酯层随后在又一个步骤中例如借助于UV辐射固化在一起。在发生的显著较慢的平行反应中,异氰酸酯尤其在形成尿烷键的情况下转化成丙烯酸酯的羟基。该反应在约10天之后完成,使得粘合层在该阶段之后包括聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯。异氰酸酯随后被完全转化并且不能在产品中检测到。已经表明,(甲基)丙烯酸酯层借助于该粘合层非常良好地粘合在建筑板的蜜胺树脂表面上,使得例如完全满足所生产的这种建筑板的室外应用的EN438的要求。
粘合层优选施加的厚度为10至100μm、更优选为10至80μm、甚至更优选为15至70μm并且最优选为20至60μm。在异氰酸酯与粘结剂基质的反应基(特别是(甲基)丙烯酸酯的羟基)完全反应之后,粘合层优选主要由聚氨酯和聚(甲基)丙烯酸酯的聚合物混合物组成。由于异氰酸酯的可能尚未转化的基团与空气水分发生反应,所以确保异氰酸酯完全反应。因为(甲基)丙烯酸酯组分已被聚合并且从而形成异氰酸酯被结合并缓慢转化为聚氨酯的支撑框架,所以即使聚氨酯反应在制造过程之后未直接完成,处理也可以立即进行。
因此,本发明涉及粘合层中的异氰酸酯完全转化为聚氨酯的建筑板,并且还涉及多层板,该多层板适用于制造粘合层(还)包括异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物的建筑板。可以说,这种板是根据权利要求1的层状建筑板的前体。
在优选的实施例中,装饰层施加在粘合层与优选施加在其上的(甲基)丙烯酸酯层之间。装饰层优选借助于在部分固化的粘合层上直接印刷而被印刷并且包括装饰颜料本身。换句话说,由于装饰纸通常是用于可商购的层压板的实例,所以装饰层优选不由装饰纸形成,而优选借助于在部分固化的粘合层上进行数字印刷而被直接印刷。
特别优选可聚合的装饰颜料被用作装饰颜料。该可聚合的装饰颜料增强层状板的机械特性。假设由于装饰层至少在边界区域中的聚合反应,故与粘合层的(甲基)丙烯酸酯化合物以及随后施加在其上的(甲基)丙烯酸酯层发生化学反应,这是不同层的粘合性增强的原因。
粘结层优选包括至少一种(甲基)丙烯酸酯、至少一种三聚多异氰酸酯、至少一种光引发剂和用于增强施加特性的一种或多种添加剂(像诸如助剂添加剂或缩合树脂)(若需要)的组合。
(甲基)丙烯酸酯组分通常优选玻璃化温度不大于0℃的单官能(甲基)丙烯酸烷基酯。羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯优选为包括2至12个碳原子的链烷醇的(甲基)丙烯酸酯。特别优选羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯在常压下的沸点至少为140℃、最优选至少为200℃。这导致了羟基(甲基)丙烯酸酯的低逸度。最优选地,组分选自由下列各项组成的群组:丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸正己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸3-丙基庚酯、丙烯酸正癸酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸正戊酯、甲基丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸正癸酯和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯或丙烯酸3-丙基庚酯。
多异氰酸酯化合物通常优选包括脂族或脂环族化合物,其简称为脂(环)族。优选NCO官能度至少为1.8、更优选为1.8至5、特别优选为2至4的二异氰酸酯和多异氰酸酯,及其异氰脲酸酯、缩二脲、氨基甲酸酯和脲二酮,其可以通过低聚反应从这些低聚单体形式的基本二异氰酸酯中获得。异氰酸酯基的含量(按NCO=42g/mol计算)通常为低聚多异氰酸酯的5至25wt%。
二异氰酸酯优选为具有4至20个碳原子的异氰酸酯。常见的二异氰酸酯的示例为:脂族二异氰酸酯,像四亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,6-六亚甲基二异氰酸酯(1,6-二异氰酸己烷)、八亚甲基二异氰酸酯、十亚甲基二异氰酸酯、十二亚甲基二异氰酸酯、十四亚甲基二异氰酸酯,四甲基二甲苯二异氰酸酯、三甲基己烷二异氰酸酯或四甲基己烷二异氰酸酯、赖氨酸二异氰酸酯的衍生物;脂环族二异氰酸酯,像1,4-二异氰酸基环己烷、1,3-二异氰酸基环己烷或1,2-二异氰酸基环己烷、4,4’-二(异氰酸基环己基)甲烷或2,4’-二(异氰酸基环己基)甲烷、1-异氰酸基-3,3,5-三甲基-5-(异氰酸基甲基)环己烷(异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯)、1,3-双(异氰酸基甲基)环己烷或1,4-双(异氰酸基甲基)环己烷或者2,4-二异氰酸基-1-甲基环己烷或2-6-二异氰酸基-1-甲基环己烷。此外,还可以有所提到的二异氰酸酯的混合物。优选为六亚甲基二异氰酸酯、1,3-二(异氰酸基甲基)环己烷、异佛尔酮-异氰酸酯和二(异氰酸基环己基)甲烷,更优选为六亚甲基异氰酸酯。
作为多异氰酸酯,多异氰酸酯可以考虑包括:异氰脲酸酯基的多异氰酸酯、脲二酮二异氰酸酯、包括缩二脲基的多异氰酸酯、包括尿烷基或氨基甲酸酯基的多异氰酸酯、包括噁二嗪三酮基的多异氰酸酯、具有总共6至20个碳原子的脂族二异氰酸酯的脲酮亚胺改性的多异氰酸酯、和/或具有总共6至20个碳原子的脂环族二异氰酸酯。
可***的二异氰酸酯和多异氰酸酯相对于二异氰酸酯和多异氰酸酯(混合物)优选具有10至60wt%、优选15至60wt%并且最优选为20至55wt%的异氰酸酯基(按NCO计算,分子量=42)含量。优选脂族环二或多异氰酸酯,例如前面提到的脂族或脂环族二异氰酸酯或其混合物。
此外,通常优选:
1)具有异氰脲酸酯基的脂族二异氰酸酯和/或脂环族二异氰酸酯。这里特别优选相应的脂族或脂环族异氰酸基异氰脲酸酯,并且特别基于六亚甲基二异氰酸酯和异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的那些。现在的异氰脲酸酯从而特别为三异氰酸基烷基异氰脲酸酯或者三异氰酸基环烷基异氰脲酸酯(其代表二异氰酸酯的环状三聚物),或者是含有其高级同系物的混合物,其具有一个异氰酸酯环。异氰酸基-异氰脲酸酯的NCO含量一般为10至30wt%、特别为15至25wt%并且平均NCO官能度为3至4.5。
2)脲二酮二异氰酸酯,其具有脂族和/或脂环族键合的异氰酸酯基,优选脂族或脂环族键合的,并且特别是衍生自六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯的那些。脲二酮二异氰酸酯是二异氰酸酯的环状二聚产品。脲二酮二异氰酸酯在制备中可用作唯一组分或用作含有其它的多异氰酸酯的混合物,特别是于1)中所提及的那些。
3)多异氰酸酯,其具有缩二脲基与脂环族或脂族键合的异氰酸酯基,特别是三(6-异氰酸基己基)缩二脲或包含其高级同系物的混合物。具有缩二脲基的这些多异氰酸酯的NCO含量为18至25wt%并且NCO官能度为3至4.5。
4)含有尿烷基和/或氨基甲酸酯基以及脂族或脂环键合的异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯,像它们可以例如通过富余量的六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯转化成多元醇、或者优选转化成至少一种化合物(C2)(优选2-羟乙基(甲基)丙烯酸酯)而获得,该多元醇像例如三羟甲基丙烷、新戊二醇、季戊四醇、1,4-丁二醇、1,6-己二醇、1,3-丙二醇、乙二醇、二甘醇、甘油、1,2-二羟基丙烷或其混合物。具有尿烷基和/或氨基甲酸酯基的这些多异氰酸酯的NCO含量通常为12至20wt%并且平均NCO官能度至少为2,优选至少为2.1,特别优选为在2.5至3之间。
5)多异氰酸酯,其具有噁二嗪三酮基,其优选衍生自六亚甲基二异氰酸酯或异佛尔酮二异氰酸酯。含有噁二嗪三酮基的这种多异氰酸酯由二异氰酸酯和二氧化碳产生。然而,在适当情况下,上述提到的噁二嗪三酮基的含量也要被考虑。
6)脲酮亚胺改性的异氰酸酯。
在适当的情况下,1)到6)的多异氰酸酯也可以用作含有二异氰酸酯的混合物。
能够使用本领域的技术人员已知的光引发剂作为光引发剂,例如在“Advances inPolymer Science”,第14卷,施普林格,柏林,1974年或者K.K Dietliker,Chemistry andTechnology of UV-and EB-Formulation for Coatings,Inks and Paints,第3卷;Photoinitiators for Free Radical and Cationic Polymerization,PKT Oldring(EDS),升达(SITA)科技有限公司,伦敦中所提及的。例如可以考虑氧化膦、二苯甲酮、α-羟基烷基芳基酮、噻吨酮、蒽醌、乙酰苯、安息香和安息香醚、缩酮、咪唑类或苯酰甲酸。也考虑如WO 2006/005491 A1,第21页第18行至第22页第2行中所述的光引发剂。

为了改善粘合以及施加性,例如可以施加由尿素或尿素的衍生物产生的缩合树脂以及选自C-H酸性醛或酮或者其与甲醛的混合物的酮或醛。作为制剂添加剂,可以使用常规的漆制剂添加剂,像诸如消泡剂、除氧剂、分散剂、流动改进添加剂等。
芯板优选为厚度为2至50mm、优选为3至50mm、最优选为4至50mm的相对刚性的板材。作为芯板的起点,例如可以选择层压板,即,包括浸渍有酚醛树脂(也命名为高压层压板-HPL)的多个纸层的板材。进一步优选的材料是中密度纤维板(MDF)或高密度纤维板(HDF),也优选为木基材料板或PVC板。在完全形成的粘合层(其中,异氰酸酯完全反应)中,聚氨酯的重量百分比优选大于5%、更优选大于20%,并且最优选大于40%。
为了增大以这种方式制造的建筑板的抗UV性能,可以加入额外的添加剂,例如作为用于室外应用的大气保护的清除剂和UV吸收剂或者用于提高抗擦刮性和抗微擦刮性的纳米颗粒改性的组分。这些添加剂优选添加到布置在粘合层上的(甲基)丙烯酸酯层。
本发明将在下列示例中得以详细说明:
建筑板的制造:
包括150g/m2的克重的碱性牛皮纸浸渍有适用于压缩板的可商购的酚醛树脂。该浸渍物在浸渍后具有220g/m2的每单位面积的质量。具有95g/m2的克重的白色装饰纸浸渍有可商购的密胺树脂;该浸渍装饰纸的每单位面积的质量为214g/m2。在铺设工位,浸渍基料的以下结合发生:装饰片/75层酚醛树脂浸渍物/装饰片(从底部到顶部)。如此结合的层被传送到多层板压机并进行如下压制:a)压力累积到8MPa的特定的压制压力,b)8分钟内加热至高达140℃,c)使温度在140℃下保持20分钟,d)在8分钟内冷却至室温,e)在室温下调节5分钟以及f)将压力降至常压并从压制机上脱模。
示例A:在辊涂机中,以15g/m2的在涂覆质量,使以这种方式制造的建筑板设置有根据本发明的粘合层。粘合层包括35重量份的LaromerLR9085、10重量份的丙基庚基丙烯酸酯、2.5重量份的丙烯酸月桂酯、0.5重量份的EFKA3777、0.2份的TegoRad2011、1.8重量份的Irgacure MBF以及50份的Basonate HI 100。本领域的技术人员已知的可商购的原料隐藏在这些名称后面。粘合层借助于UV辐射胶凝。在又一个方法步骤中,额外的丙烯酸酯层借助于辊涂机以35g/m2的涂覆质量被施加为顶层。顶层包括以下部分:60.3重量份的LaromerLR 8987、22.2重量份的Laromer HDDA、2重量份的Tinuvin 400、1重量份的Tinuvin 292、10重量的乙基己基丙烯酸酯、2重量份的Irgacure TPO-L、2重量份的Irgacure 184以及0.2重量份的TegoRad 2010。所施加的顶层借助于UV辐射固化。
示例B:建筑板借助于辊涂机以10g/m2的量涂布有来自示例A的粘合层,并且所施加的粘合底漆借助于UV辐射胶凝。在该层之上,装饰层(在该情况下,仿橡木)借助于工业数字打印机生产。由此,施加4.5g/m2的数字印刷油墨,其被分离为黄色、品红、青色和黑色的颜料。这些颜料是可聚合的并且借助于UV辐射胶凝。在下一个工作步骤中,来自示例A的顶漆借助于辊涂机以30g/m2的量施加。该层在“湿状态”下被传送至箔片压延机。第二层顶漆辊涂在结构化箔片上,在这种情况下,橡木结构的再生,即为25g/m2。两个“湿”层在箔片压延机中合并。整个层借助于UV辐射通过箔片被照射,并且从而缓慢地固化。当抽出箔片后,得到装饰性紧凑板材,在这种情况下,具有适当的孔隙结构的仿橡木。
在示例A和B中制造的建筑板在存储10天后进行实验室试验。按照EN 438所需的所有参数从而稳定地获得。此外,根据EN 16094,该板满足了耐微擦刮性的最高水平的要求。

具体实施方式
在图1中,示出芯板20的示意性结构。芯板20具有前侧和后侧,其中,布置浸渍有热固性树脂(像诸如密胺树脂)的纸21,并在后表面布置也浸渍有热固性树脂的纸22。芯板20可以例如为MDF板或HDF板。
特别优选芯板20包括较大数量的浸渍有酚醛树脂的牛皮纸,像约20至90层纸。图1所示的结构在热量和压力的影响下在压制机中被压制成一个部件。芯板和覆盖层中的不同树脂固化在其中。在图2中,示例性示出根据本发明的层状板的示意性结构。图2的板材包括芯板20和图1的实施例的装饰浸渍物22和21。优选在粘合层(粘合底漆)30施加在纸21上之前,将这些层压在一起。粘合层30包括异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物。另外的丙烯酸酯层布置在该粘合层上。粘合层的厚度(高度)一般优选为10至100μm、更优选为10至80μm、甚至更优选为15至70μm并且最优选为20至60μm。这些厚度的示值适用于固化后的粘合层。其上布置的额外的丙烯酸酯层40的厚度(高度)通常还优选大于20μm、更优选大于30μm并且最优选大于40μm(固化后)。优选丙烯酸酯层40的厚度不应大于100μm。图2中示例性示出的层状板可以已被处理。然而,单层的充分粘附仅在粘合层30的异氰酸酯与(甲基)丙烯酸酯基发生完全反应形成聚氨酯之后才能达到。异氰酸酯的近乎完全转化在约10天之后才能达到。
在图3中,示出异氰酸酯被完全转化之后的图2的层状板。为了图示性的目的,在附图中,层30’的图案与层30不同。层30’主要包括(甲基)丙烯酸酯和聚氨酯,如上所述。
图4以示意图示出优选实施例。在图4的实施例中,装饰层50布置在浸渍有热固性树脂(例如蜜胺树脂)的纸21上并且布置在粘合层30或30’的下方。由于所使用的两层30和40的(甲基)丙烯酸酯优选为透明,因此可以提供具有任何期望的装饰的建筑板。

在图5中,示意性地示出装置,以图示出根据本发明的方法。方法的起点为具有浸渍有热固性树脂(像诸如密胺树脂)的纸21的芯板,其中,纸的密胺树脂例如已经通过相应的上游压制过程(未示出)被固化。这些前体借助于皮带输送***510被引导通过不同的工位。在工位530处,施加异氰酸酯和丙烯酸酯的液体混合物。该混合物(粘合层30)在工位531处被凝胶,即,该混合物所包含的(甲基)丙烯酸酯仅部分聚合。在附图中,工位550图示出数字印刷设备,期望的装饰可以通过该设备压印到纸21或者粘合层30上。然而,纸21本身也可以包含任意装饰,使得550处的印刷步骤并非绝对必要。由于由板材的直接印刷所提供的灵活性,因此优选借助于印刷工位550直接印刷。在工位550处施加的印刷颜料在551处预干燥。另一个(甲基)丙烯酸酯层继而在工位540处被施加到部分固化的层上,并且层30和40两者均在工位541处完全固化。在工位541之后,板材准备用于进一步加工。然而,进一步加工应当优选等待约10天,直到异氰酸酯完全转化。在图5中,另一个工位560跟随工位541。工位560用于将结构设置到最上面的(甲基)丙烯酸酯层40。如果期望这样的结构,工位541不会投入使用,即,在工位540处施加的丙烯酸酯层40不会在工位541处固化。与此相反,固化工位564设置在工位560中。结构箔片用附图标记561表示,该箔片在导辊562的上方被引导并与板材的前侧相接触。结构箔片561包括待施加的负突起的结构,并且将所述结构压入至尚湿的丙烯酸酯层40中。固化工位564例如通过UV辐射来工作,并且照射通过结构箔片561,为此,该结构箔片对于UV辐射是可渗透的。在工位560的端部,将结构箔片561从现已完全固化的板材的表面上去除,使得结构(像诸如三维木结构)设置在板材的表面。

Claims (31)

1.一种用于室内或室外的层状建筑板,其包括:
具有前侧和后侧的芯板(20),以及
布置在其上的氨基树脂浸渍纸(21),
其特征在于,包括聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯的粘合层(30’)布置在所述纸上。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,额外的丙烯酸酯层(40)布置在所述粘合层(30’)上,所述丙烯酸酯层的厚度优选大于20μm、更优选大于30μm并且最优选大于40μm。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30’)的厚度为10至100μm、更优选为10至80μm、甚至更优选为15至70μm并且最优选为20至60μm。
4.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30’)主要由聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯组成。
5.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,包括装饰颜料的装饰层布置在所述粘合层(30’)和所述丙烯酸酯层(40)之间。
6.根据权利要求5所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,所述装饰颜料基于可聚合的装饰颜料。
7.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,所述芯板(20)的厚度为2至80mm、优选为3至50mm并且最优选为4至50mm。
8.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,所述芯板(20)为层压板;MDF板;HDF板;木基材料板或PVC板。
9.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的层状建筑板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30’)主要由聚氨酯和丙烯酸酯组成,并且其中所述聚氨酯的重量百分比大于5%、更优选大于20%并且最优选大于40%。
10.一种特别用于制造根据权利要求1至9中任一项所述的建筑板的层状板,所述层状板包括:
具有前侧和后侧的芯板(20),以及
布置在其上的氨基树脂浸渍纸(21),其特征在于
异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物的粘合层(30)布置在所述纸(21)上;并且
丙烯酸酯层(40)布置在其上。
11.根据权利要求10所述的层状板,其特征在于,布置在所述粘合层(30)上的所述丙烯酸酯层(40)的厚度大于20μm、优选大于30μm并且最优选大于40μm。
12.根据权利要求10或11所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30)的厚度为10至100μm、更优选为10至80μm、甚至更优选为15至70μm并且最优选为20至60μm。
13.根据权利要求10至12中任一项所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30)主要由异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯组成。
14.根据权利要求10至13中任一项所述的层状板,其特征在于,包括装饰颜料的装饰层(50)设置在所述粘合层(30)与所述丙烯酸酯层(40)之间。
15.根据权利要求14所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述装饰层基于可聚合的装饰颜料。
16.根据权利要求11至15中任一项所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30)的(甲基)丙烯酸酯基于包括2至12个碳原子的烷醇的(甲基)丙烯酸酯。
17.根据权利要求10至16中任一项所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述粘合层(30)的所述(甲基)丙烯酸酯选自由下列各项组成的群组:丙烯酸乙酯、丙烯酸丙酯、丙烯酸正丁酯、丙烯酸正己酯、丙烯酸正辛酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯、丙烯酸3-丙基庚酯、丙烯酸正癸酯、丙烯酸月桂酯、甲基丙烯酸正戊酯、甲基丙烯酸正辛酯、甲基丙烯酸正癸酯和甲基丙烯酸月桂酯、(甲基)丙烯酸丁酯、丙烯酸2-乙基己酯或丙烯酸3-丙基庚酯。
18.根据权利要求10至17中任一项所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯基于具有至少1.8、更优选1.8至5并且最优选2至4的NCO官能的二异氰酸酯和/或多异氰酸酯。
19.根据权利要求18所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述二异氰酸酯是具有4至20个碳原子的异氰酸酯。
20.根据权利要求18或19所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述多异氰酸酯是包括异氰酸酯基的多异氰酸酯、脲二酮二异氰酸酯、包括缩二脲基的多异氰酸酯、包括尿烷基或氨基甲酸酯基的多异氰酸酯、包括噁二嗪三酮基的多异氰酸酯、具有总共6至20个碳原子的脂族二异氰酸酯的脲酮亚胺改性的多异氰酸酯、和/或具有总共6至20个碳原子的脂环族二异氰酸酯。
21.根据权利要求11至18中任一项所述的层状板,其特征在于,所述芯层(20)为层压板;MDF板;HDF板;木基材料板或PVC板。
22.一种制造用于室内和室外的层状建筑板的方法,所述方法包括以下步骤:
a.提供具有前侧和后侧的芯板,以及
b.在所述前侧和/或所述后侧上提供氨基树脂浸渍纸;其特征在于
c.随后在所述纸上提供异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物;
d.在步骤c后施加丙烯酸酯层;以及
e.在步骤c和d中施加的所述层一起固化。
23.根据权利要求22所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物在步骤c之后并在步骤d之前被部分固化。
24.根据权利要求23所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,在所述部分固化步骤之后并在步骤d之前,装饰层直接印刷在包括所述异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的所述混合物的层上。
25.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,所述异氰酸酯和(甲基)丙烯酸酯的混合物由施加辊施加。
26.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,所述施加的丙烯酸酯层在步骤d之后并在步骤e之前设置有一结构。
27.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,在步骤d中所施加的所述丙烯酸酯层的厚度大于20μm、更优选大于30μm并且最优选大于40μm。
28.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,所述粘合层的厚度为10至100μm、更优选为10至80μm、甚至更优选15至70μm并且最优选为20至60μm。
29.根据权利要求24所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,用于所述装饰层的装饰颜料基于可聚合的装饰颜料。
30.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,所述芯板的厚度为2至50mm、优选为3至50mm、最优选为4至50mm。
31.根据前述任一项权利要求所述的用于制造层状建筑板的方法,其特征在于,所述芯板为层压板;MDF板;HDF板;木基材料板或PVC板。
