本发明公开了一种内胎。它括外层内胎与内层内胎,所述内层内胎置于外层内胎的腔体内,所述外层内胎设有外气门嘴,所述内层内胎设有内气门嘴,所述内气门嘴穿过外层内胎表面,所述外层内胎与内层内胎的腔体相互隔离。本结构在尖锐物体刺入外胎及外层内胎时,使用者可以及时停车,检查,将备用的内层内胎充气,则车辆可以继续运行,免去了换轮胎、补胎等专业性要求较高的问题,也避免了携带大量维修设备的麻烦,从而显著提高了运输过程的安全可靠程度。

本发明涉及一种车辆零部件,具体地说是一种车辆用内胎。
背景技术
众所周知,随着人类社会步入工业社会,各种人力驱动、燃料驱动及电力驱动的交通运输工具层出不穷,成为社会经济运转的重要推动因素,而这些运输工具中,轮胎是必不可少的组成部件。而轮胎使用的耐久性和安全性与内胎紧密相关。在车辆行进过程中,因为意外的突发情况引起的内胎破裂,在现场没有专业修补设备,无法马上修复,直接会导致运输的延误,有时会造成重大的经济损失。现有技术的内胎,尚无有效的技术手段来防止或应对内胎破裂引起的突发情况。
发明内容
本发明的目的是克服现有技术的不足,提供一种内胎,它在受到损伤并部分破裂后,能够迅速修复并恢复使用。
为解决上述技术问题,本发明一种内胎,其特征在于:包括外层内胎与内层内胎,所述内层内胎置于外层内胎的腔体内,所述外层内胎设有外气门嘴,所述内层内胎设有内气门嘴,所述内气门嘴穿过外层内胎表面,所述外层内胎与内层内胎的腔体相互隔离。
采用上述方案后效果。由于在外层内胎的腔体内设置了备用的内层内胎,使得当有尖锐物体刺入外胎及外层内胎时,使用者可以及时停车,检查,找出尖锐物并去除,将内层内胎充气,则车辆可以继续运行,免去了换轮胎、补胎等专业性要求较高的问题,也避免了携带大量维修设备的麻烦,从而显著提高了运输过程的安全可靠程度。另外,本结构的成本也比较低。

具体实施方式
如图1所示,本发明一种内胎,包括外层内胎1与内层内胎2,所述内层内胎2置于外层内胎1的腔体内,所述外层内胎1设有外气门嘴3,所述内层内胎2设有内气门嘴4,所述内气门嘴4穿过外层内胎1表面,所述外层内胎1与内层内胎2的腔体相互隔离。
内气门嘴4穿过外层内胎1表面处,要保证外层内胎1的气密性,并不破坏外层内胎1的正常充气使用。
本结构在使用时,正常使用时外层内胎1处于充气状态,将外胎撑起,车轮可以正常运转。此时内层内胎2内部无气,在外层内胎1的气压下,贴在外层内胎1的内环上,与外层内胎1的外缘及外胎保持一定距离,当有尖锐物体剌入外胎及外层内胎1,不会伤及内层内胎2。当驾驶者发现外层内胎1漏气,及时停车,检查,找出尖锐物并去除,用内气门嘴4进行充气,则车辆可以继续运行。返回驻地将外层内胎1进行修补,然后继续使用。
本结构中气门嘴的具体结构及其与胎体的连接方式属于目前行业的公知技术,此处不再详述。

1.一种内胎,其特征在于:包括外层内胎(1)与内层内胎(2),所述内层内胎(2)置于外层内胎(1)的腔体内,所述外层内胎(1)设有外气门嘴(3),所述内层内胎(2)设有内气门嘴(4),所述内气门嘴(4)穿过外层内胎(1)表面,所述外层内胎(1)与内层内胎(2)的腔体相互隔离。
