(2)、发病缓慢，有原发病症状如咳嗽、咯痰等。早期，劳动时有气短，并随病情进展而加重，并伴有疲乏，体重减轻及劳动能力丧失；
(3)、早期无明显异常体重，典型者有桶状胸，呼吸运动减弱，语音、语颤减弱，肺反响增强，肚浊音界下移，心浊音界缩小，呼吸音减弱，呼气延长；
(4)、胸部 X 线检查有肺野透光度增强，肺周围血管减少、变细，膈肌下降、变平，活动度减弱，心影垂直、狭长，或有肺大泡；
(5)、肺功能检查示残气容积 / 肺总量 (RV/TLC) ＞ 35％，第一秒用力呼气量 / 用力肺活量 (FEV1/FVC) ＜ 60％，最大通气量 (MBC) 占预计值百分比＜ 80％，吸氧 7 分钟后肺泡氮冲洗率＞ 2.5％。
三、用法用量：临床应用时，一日一剂，水煎两遍取汁约400ml，分早、晚两次空腹温服。六天为一疗程。治疗期间忌生冷辛辣刺激之物。
四、疗效标准：
(1)、痊愈：咳嗽、胸闷、气短、呼吸困难等症状和体征消失；
(2)、有效：咳嗽、胸闷、气短、呼吸困难等症状和体征减轻或明显减轻；
(3)、无效：症状及体征无明显改善。
五、治疗效果：该临床观察病例中，服药2-5个疗程，痊愈58例，随访未见复发；有效19例，无效3例。治疗期间未发生毒副作用。
六、典型病例：
病例1：
姚某，男，51岁。1年前经诊断患了慢性支气管炎，后来转为肺气肿，呼吸困难、胸闷、咳嗽、咳痰、气喘。严重时，咳嗽、咳痰、气促加重，痰量增加，痰变脓性，伴有发热、肺部可闻密集的干湿啰音等。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂3个疗程，呼吸困难、胸闷、咳嗽、咳痰等症状减轻；继续服用2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，痊愈。
病例 2 ：
陶某，女，63岁。患者痉挛性咳嗽半年有余，近来咳喘加重，动则喘更急。痰多而清稀，时呈白色泡沫状，双肺闻及哮喘鸣音。在医院被诊断为 ：肺气肿，服用西药治疗不见好转。服用本发明中药组合物制备的药剂2个疗程，症状明显好转；继续服用治疗2个疗程，所有症状完全消失，治愈。半年随访无复发。

1.一种治疗肺气肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：紫背金盘草10-30份、灵芝5-25份、白前5-20份、五倍子5-25份、红景天5-20份、响铃草10-30份、黄精5-25份、海浮石5-25份、麻黄5-20份、仙人掌5-25份、毛连菜5-20份、云芝5-25份、知母5-20份、紫菀5-25份、红毛草5-25份、木耳5-20份、地龙5-25份、柿蒂5-20份、党参5-25份、胆南星5-20份、南沙参5-25份、小肺筋草5-25份、芸香草5-25份、甘草5-15份。
2.根据权利要求1所述一种治疗肺气肿的中药组合物，其特征在于：其中药原料及重量份配比为：紫背金盘草20份、灵芝15份、白前10份、五倍子15份、红景天10份、响铃草20份、黄精15份、海浮石15份、麻黄10份、仙人掌15份、毛连菜10份、云芝15份、知母10份、紫菀15份、红毛草15份、木耳10份、地龙15份、柿蒂10份、党参15份、胆南星10份、南沙参15份、小肺筋草15份、芸香草15份、甘草10份。
