本发明目的提供一种人参燕窝蜜饯肠,是通过下列技术方案实现的,先将枣、山药、人参、燕窝粉碎,加入白砂糖混合,再加水、淀粉搅拌均匀成酱,灌入肠衣内,扎口封装,蒸煮杀菌,冷却即成。
由于采用上述技术,所制得的产品是肠衣内包裹着人参、燕窝、枣、山药的制品,具有滋补使用,所以说本发明最大限度的保持了中药药膳性能,促使中药、农产品深加工发展具有积极意义。

具体实施方式:
实施例一:
1、挑选优质人参1%、燕窝1%、枣10%、山药10%。
2、把上述原料粉碎。
3、把粉碎的原料加水以及30%白砂糖,0.2%柠檬酸、0.05%山梨酸钾,搅拌成酱。
4、再加入6-8%淀粉搅拌均匀,灌入肠衣内,扎口封装,蒸煮杀菌30分钟,冷却即成。
该人参燕窝蜜饯肠内部结构紧实,无块状,美味可口。
