本发明提供一种用稻壳为热源的防治森林病虫害的烟剂农药制造方法,具体为:首先将稻壳粉末、农作物秸秆粉末、硝酸铵、硝酸钠和氯化铵混合制成燃烧剂,然后将农药制剂和滑石粉混合均匀后,与上述燃烧剂均匀混合后制成烟剂,将烟剂装入专用纸筒并安装引线后,制成烟制农药。用稻壳替代木屑作烟剂农药的热源材料,可节约生产成本,变废为宝,增加农民收入。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种用稻壳为热源的防治森林病虫害的烟剂农药制造方法。
背景技术
在一些山区、山高林密、缺少水源,防治森林病虫害时适用烟剂农药。烟剂的主要发热剂是木屑(俗称木粉)。近年来由于环保政策,树木砍伐已被禁止,木屑资源逐年减少。大量木屑又被利用制造纤维板。木屑成本快速提高,严重影响烟剂农药的生产。
稻壳是稻米加工的副产品,是一种可再生的自然资源。现在农民由于有大量秸秆可作生活燃料,稻壳很少使用。稻壳资源丰富,价格低廉,但目前大量的稻壳基本上处于废弃状态。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种用稻壳为热源的防治森林病虫害的烟剂农药制造方法,该制造方法具体为:
首先将稻壳粉末、农作物秸秆粉末、硝酸铵、硝酸钠和氯化铵混合制成燃烧剂,然后将农药制剂和滑石粉混合均匀后,与上述燃烧剂均匀混合后制成烟剂,将烟剂装入专用纸筒并安装引线后,制成烟制农药;
按质量百分比计,烟剂农药中由农药制剂51-57%,滑石粉1-8%,燃烧剂40-47%;
按质量百分比计,燃烧剂由下列物质组成:稻壳粉末5-50%、农作物秸秆粉末5-50%、硝酸铵5-60%、硝酸钠1-30%和氯化铵5-30%组成。
本发明用稻壳替代木屑作发热剂,生产防治森林病虫害的烟剂农药。由于稻壳热值低,需添加助燃剂,广大农村中有大量的农作物秸秆产生;将这些农作物秸秆粉碎后可作为助燃剂。具体的农作物秸秆可以采用棉杆、大豆杆、甘蔗渣、油菜杆或葵花杆等含灰分较少的秸秆。
稻壳经粉碎后比较密实,透气性差,可燃性较差,添加上述助燃剂后不但可大幅度提高稻壳的热值,还可改善稻壳的透气性,使稻壳燃烧充分,供热充足,所产生的烟雾总量大,时间长,可以达到木屑烟剂的效果。
用稻壳替代木屑作烟剂农药的热源材料,可节约生产成本,变废为宝,增加农民收入。
当采用本发明所制作的烟制农药在燃烧时,可产生大量的烟雾,农药制剂在高温下也升华气化粘附在烟雾微粒上,通过扩散飘逸,降落到树叶或害虫身体表面,从而起到防治林木病虫害的作用。
进一步,燃烧剂再次优选由下列物质组成:稻壳粉末20-30%、农作物秸秆粉末10-20%、硝酸铵40-52%、硝酸钠3-10%和氯化铵10-20%组成。
所述稻壳粉末、农作物秸秆粉末的颗粒度为30-80目。小颗粒的粉末能够保证燃烧的效果。
进一步,在所述燃烧剂中还含有颗粒度为30-80目的果木枝条碎屑,果木枝条碎屑用于部分替代农作物秸秆,以农作物秸秆粉末和果木枝条碎屑的总质量为基础,含果木枝条碎屑1-30%,其余为农作物秸秆粉末。
农业果园中的果树每年都需要剪枝整形,有大量的树枝产生,这些树枝经粉碎可做助燃剂,用于部分替代农作物秸秆,以增强发热剂的发热效果。
具体实施方式
实施例1
取稻壳32kg和棉秆18kg,并粉碎到颗粒度为30目,然后与硝酸铵120kg,硝酸钠14kg,氯化铵18kg混合均匀制成烟剂,取滑石粉6kg和农药制剂250kg混合搅拌均匀,计量装入烟剂纸筒并***引火药捻或拉燃纸炮,检测合格为林用的烟剂农药。
对本实施例所制作的烟剂农药进行实际使用检测,烟剂农药在燃烧时可产生大量的烟雾,对角林木病虫害的防治达到要求。
实施例2
取稻壳25kg和大豆秆15kg,并粉碎到颗粒度为80目,然后与硝酸铵60kg,硝酸钠5kg,氯化铵15kg混合均匀制成烟剂,取滑石粉11kg、农药制剂140kg混合搅拌均匀,计量装入烟剂纸筒,***引燃药捻或拉燃火炮,检测合格后为林用的烟剂农药。
对本实施例所制作的烟剂农药进行实际使用检测,烟剂农药在燃烧时可产生大量的烟雾,对角林木病虫害的防治达到要求。

1.一种用稻壳为热源的防治森林病虫害的烟剂农药制造方法,其特征在于,该制造方法具体为:
首先将稻壳粉末、农作物秸秆粉末、硝酸铵、硝酸钠和氯化铵混合制成燃烧剂,然后将农药制剂和滑石粉混合均匀后,与上述燃烧剂均匀混合后制成烟剂,将烟剂装入专用纸筒并安装引线后,制成烟制农药;
按质量百分比计,烟剂农药中由农药制剂51-57%,滑石粉1-8%,燃烧剂40-47%;
按质量百分比计,燃烧剂由下列物质组成:稻壳粉末5-50%、农作物秸秆粉末5-50%、硝酸铵5-60%、硝酸钠1-30%和氯化铵5-30%组成。
2.根据权利要求1所述的制造方法,其特征在于,按质量百分比计,燃烧剂由下列物质组成:稻壳粉末20-30%、农作物秸秆粉末10-20%、硝酸铵40-52%、硝酸钠3-10%和氯化铵10-20%组成。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述稻壳粉末、农作物秸秆粉末的颗粒度为30-80目。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的制造方法,其特征在于,所述燃烧剂中还含有颗粒度为30-80目的果木枝条碎屑,果木枝条碎屑用于部分替代农作物秸秆,以农作物秸秆粉末和果木枝条碎屑的总质量为基础,含果木枝条碎屑1-30%,其余为农作物秸秆粉末。
