本发明涉及一种天然环保的秸秆燃香及制备方法,属于燃香技术领域。由如下成分按重量份数的原料制备而成:天然香粉10‑30%,植物粘合剂7.5‑12.5%,秸秆粉末7.5‑12.5%,秸秆生物炭粉末7.5‑12.5%,天然色素3%‑5%。本发明通过对燃香组分的改进,实现了农业废弃物资源化利用,绿色环保,从根本上杜绝了对树木植被的破坏,点燃后味道自然醇厚,芬芳怡人,不刺鼻,同时还可以净化空气,且不会对人体造成危害,解决了燃香在制作过程中采用木材和化学添加剂作为原料,燃烧过程中释放有害气体,对人体和环境产生威胁等问题。

技术领域
本发明属于燃香技术领域,特别提供一种天然环保的秸秆燃香及制备方法。
背景技术
燃香是一项古老的传统,自古以来,人们就在不同的场合以不同的形式使用香。早些时候,它的使用仅仅出于神圣目的,几乎所有宗教在不同的仪式中都会使用燃香。然而,随着时间的推移,燃香的成分、功能、制造和燃烧方法都发生了各种变化,燃香的用途变得更加广泛,如清新空气、驱异味、杀菌防虫、保健熏香。虽然我国对燃香有统一的生产要求和行业标准,但目前市面上售卖的燃香可能会添加一些化学物质从而导致燃香在很大程度上造成了室内和环境空气污染,甚至成为亚洲部分地区PM2.5及多环芳烃的主要排放源。同时,还可能会对人体健康产生负面影响,造成的潜在癌症风险超过健康风险水平。传统燃香中一般将木粉或者硝酸钾、高锰酸钾作为助燃剂,硝酸钾、高锰酸钾易燃易***,有引起火灾的危险,木粉的过度使用必然会加速绿化植被的减少,破坏生态平衡。市面上的无烟香主要通过两种方法来减少烟雾的产生,第一种是添加化学消烟剂,消烟剂的主要成分有苯并芘、丁二烯和有毒金属颗粒氡。苯并芘、丁二烯是强致癌物,无色无味,不易察觉,而氡是一种放射性的有毒金属,无烟香在燃烧的过程中以肉眼看不见的细小颗粒的形式释放到空气中并且沉积在墙壁上,有很强的惰性。第二种是添加木炭粉,木炭的生产原料取自于木材,林木的开采将以损害环境为代价,此外,炭粉的添加会使燃香呈现出黑色或褐色,商家通常使用酸性染料或碱性染料使其呈现出美观的色泽,酸性染料和碱性染料中含有氮、硫元素,燃烧过程中会释放二氧化硫、二氧化氮等有害气体。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于提供一种天然环保的秸秆燃香及制备方法,以解决燃香在制作过程中采用木材和化学添加剂作为原料,燃烧过程中释放有害气体,对人体和环境产生威胁等问题。
本发明技术方案如下:
一种天然环保的秸秆燃香,由如下成分按重量份数的原料制备而成:天然香粉10-30%,植物粘合剂7.5-12.5%,秸秆粉末7.5-12.5%,秸秆生物炭粉末7.5-12.5%,天然色素3%-5%。
所述天然香粉为檀香香粉或薰衣草香粉。
所述植物粘合剂为楠木树皮粉。
所述秸秆生物炭的制备温度为300℃,气体环境为氮气。
所述天然色素为胭脂虫红、或栀子黄、或姜黄。
上述天然环保的秸秆燃香的制备方法,包括以下步骤:
①按重量百分比制备粉末混合物,原料包括: 天然香粉,植物粘合剂,秸秆,秸秆生物炭,天然色素,将秸秆和秸秆生物炭研磨过筛至80-200目;
②将步骤①中的粉末混合物加水搅拌均匀,形成香泥;
③将步骤②中的香泥放入制香机中挤压成型,置于晾香网上自然风干定型。
本发明的有益效果为:与传统线香使用木粉作为原料不同的是,本发明的天然环保的秸秆燃香采用秸秆作为助燃剂,水稻秸秆作为农业废弃物,半纤维素和木质素含量和木屑相似,且秸秆燃烧产生的气味对香味的影响较小,所以可将其作为密度相近的木粉的替代品,从而大大降低产品成本。向燃香中添加一定比例的生物炭,一方面,生物炭通过增加燃香整体的热值从而使其他组分燃烧得更彻底;另一方面,由于生物炭固定炭含量较高,燃烧产生的气体主要是CO2,从而降低了烟雾量的产生。采用天然色素替代化学染料使燃香呈现出美观的色泽,这些色素是从天然植物或动物中提取的,只含有C、H、O三种元素,燃烧不会释放有毒有害气体。

具体实施方式
实施例1
①按重量百分比制备粉末混合物,原料包括: 檀香香粉35%、楠木粘粉20%、秸秆生物炭10%、秸秆10%、胭脂虫红色素5%,将秸秆和秸秆生物炭研磨至100目;
② 将步骤①中的原料混合均匀,形成粉末混合物;
③ 加入粉末混合物同等质量的水,搅拌均匀,形成香泥;
④ 将步骤③中的香泥放入制香机中挤压成型,置于晾香网上自然风干定型。
对本发明成品香进行燃烧实验:取10根成型的香点燃并观测燃烧过程,从点燃香体至燃尽,中途不会自行熄灭。测定得到燃香烟尘量为14.3 mg/g,属于微烟香。其测量方法步骤,详见国标《燃香类产品安全通用技术条件》(GB/T26393-2011)。
实施例2
① 按重量百分比制备粉末混合物,原料包括: 薰衣草香粉35%、楠木粘粉20%、秸秆生物炭10%、秸秆10%、栀子黄色素5%,将秸秆和秸秆生物炭研磨至100目;
②将步骤①中的原料混合均匀,形成粉末混合物;
③加入粉末混合物同等质量的水,搅拌均匀,形成香泥;
⑤ 将步骤③中的香泥放入制香机中挤压成型,置于晾香网上自然风干定型。

2.按照权利要求1所述天然环保的秸秆燃香,其特征在于:所述天然香粉为檀香香粉或薰衣草香粉。
3.一种权利要求1所述天然环保的秸秆燃香,其特征在于:所述植物粘合剂为楠木树皮粉。
4.一种权利要求1所述天然环保的秸秆燃香,其特征在于:所述秸秆生物炭的制备温度为300℃,气体环境为氮气。
5.一种权利要求1所述天然环保的秸秆燃香,其特征在于:所述天然色素为胭脂虫红、或栀子黄、或姜黄。
6.基于权利要求1-5所述的天然环保的秸秆燃香的制备方法,其特征在于:所述制备方法包括以下步骤:
①按质量百分比制备粉末混合物,原料包括: 天然香粉,植物粘合剂,秸秆,秸秆生物炭,天然色素,将秸秆和秸秆生物炭研磨过筛至80-200目;
②将步骤①中的粉末混合物加水搅拌均匀,形成香泥;
③将步骤②中的香泥放入制香机中挤压成型,置于晾香网上自然风干定型。
