技术领域
本发明涉及容器密封设备,更具体地,涉及用于通过激光照射使盖与容器热熔接的容器密封设备;本发明还涉及容器密封***,该容器密封***包括这种容器密封设备以及用于在容器的密封之前清洗容器的凸缘部的容器凸缘部清洗装置。
背景技术
作为用于诸如各种食品或宠物食品等的内容物的容器,广泛地实际使用如下杯状或盘状的容器:该容器均包括适当的树脂,并且具有包括底壁、从底壁向上延伸的侧壁以及从侧壁的上端沿径向向外延伸的凸缘部的形态。在使用这种容器时,通常是在容器内充填内容物,然后将包括塑性合成树脂的成型盖的凸缘载置到容器的凸缘部上,然后确保盖的凸缘与容器的凸缘部密封。关于这种类型的容器的密封,下述专利文献1公开了如下密封容器的制造装置:该制造装置包括用于输送容器的容器输送部件以及以与容器输送部件的输送速度相同的速度转动的转动圆盘体,并且还包括用于对安装于容器主体的盖加压的盖固定部件,其中多个盖固定部件等间隔地配置在转动圆盘体的周缘,并且利用激光照射容器主体和盖的将要熔接的位置。
另一方面,下述专利文献2公开了通过使容器与盖激光熔接的密封方法,其中容器和盖中的一者包括可透过激光的热塑性树脂,而容器和盖中的另一者包括由包含吸收激光来发热的放热物质的热塑性树脂构成的树脂组合物,激光的激光器是能够照射强度分布均一的矩形光束的激光器,由激光照射所引起的温度上升的上限范围以及到达上限温度的条件由盖与容器之间的熔接界面限定。

发明内容
发明要解决的问题
然而,在根据专利文献1的密封容器的制造装置中,布置于激光的光路上的上述盖固定部件的加压板的加压部由可透过激光的诸如玻璃或丙烯酸类树脂等的材料形成。因而,抵抗安装于容器主体的盖上的负荷的耐久性差。此外,如果该盖上附有灰尘或污物,则会降低激光的透过性。此外,如果从倾斜方向照射激光,则该激光会发生折射。在这种情况下,存在不能通过激光照射有效地执行热熔接的可能性。
此外,利用根据专利文献1的密封容器的制造装置,还提出了包括如下部件的密封容器的制造装置:盖熔接部件,其配备有安装于转动圆盘体的转动轴的光分支器;和多个激光照射部,其经由诸如光纤等的光连接部件与盖熔接部件连接。然而,这种装置构造使该装置复杂化且大型化。
另一方面,关于通过使容器与盖激光熔接的密封方法,专利文献2提出了在短时间内可靠完成密封的激光熔接方法。然而,该文献未提出在不使通过激光熔接来密封容器的装置复杂化或大型化的情况下提高生产能力的装置构造。
此外,当向容器内充填内容物时,内容物可能会附着于容器的凸缘部的上表面。这里,假如在内容物附着于容器的凸缘部的上表面的情况下,将成型盖载置到容器上,并且通过激光照射来使盖与容器的凸缘部熔接以密封容器。在这种情况下,因内容物夹在成型盖的外周缘部与容器的凸缘部之间而提高了发生密封不良的可能性。
鉴于上述事实完成了本发明。本发明的主要技术课题在于提供用于通过激光照射使盖与容器热熔接的新颖的且改进了的容器密封设备,该设备使容器与盖彼此可靠地压靠、通过激光照射有效地执行热熔接并能够在不使该设备复杂化或大型化的情况下提高生产能力。
本发明的另一技术课题在于提供新颖的且改进了的容器密封***,该容器密封***包括:上述容器密封设备;和容器凸缘部清洗装置,其能够在通过容器密封设备密封容器之前除去附着于容器的凸缘部的内容物,并且当清洗凸缘部时,能够在可靠避免内容物或诸如清洗液等的异物侵入容器的同时高效地清洗容器的凸缘部的上表面。
用于解决问题的方案
根据本发明,作为用于解决上述主要技术课题的容器密封设备,提供一种容器密封设备,其包括:
转动主轴;
转台部件,所述转台部件布置在所述转动主轴周围并沿着圆形输送路径具有多个袋部;
多个容器支撑部件,所述容器支撑部件与所述多个袋部中的各个袋部对应地配置在所述转台部件的下方,并且所述容器支撑部件能够绕着所述转动主轴转动并能够绕着自身的轴线转动;
多个盖加压部件,所述盖加压部件与所述容器支撑部件对应地配置在所述转台部件的上方,所述盖加压部件能够绕着所述转动主轴转动、能够绕着自身的轴线转动并能够相对于所述容器支撑部件升降;以及
多个激光照射部件,所述激光照射部件能够绕着所述转动主轴转动并用于朝向已通过所述容器支撑部件和所述盖加压部件而与盖压靠的容器照射激光,由此使所述盖与所述容器热熔接。
在优选的实施方式中,位于所述转台部件上方的上侧台部件和位于所述转台部件下侧的下侧台部件布置于所述主轴,所述盖加压部件配置于所述上侧台部件,并且所述激光照射部件配置于所述下侧台部件。
还优选的是,所述容器支撑部件被配置成能够上下移动,并且附设有用于使各所述容器支撑部件升降的升降部件。
进一步优选地,所述激光被从下方照射;各所述激光照射部件均为直接二极管激光器;并且所述容器为具有凸缘部的形态,所述盖为将要被载置到所述容器的凸缘部的成型盖。
根据本发明,作为用于解决上述另一主要技术课题的容器密封***,还提供一种容器密封***,其包括:用于在将要被本发明的容器密封设备密封的容器被密封之前清洗该容器的凸缘部的容器凸缘部清洗装置,
其中,所述容器凸缘部清洗装置包括:支撑部件,所述支撑部件用于支撑所述容器;密封部件,所述密封部件能够与所述凸缘部的内周端紧密接触和间隔开,并且所述密封部件相对于所述容器往复运动;以及清洗/除液部件,所述清洗/除液部件布置在所述密封部件的上方,所述清洗/除液部件用于使所述密封部件与所述内周端紧密接触、对所述凸缘部的上表面喷射清洗液并在喷射清洗液之后对所述凸缘部的上表面喷射气体。
在优选的实施方式中,所述清洗/除液部件具有喷射口以及通向所述喷射口的流路,并且所述清洗/除液部件配备有用于经由所述流路向所述喷射口供给清洗液的清洗液供给源以及用于经由所述流路向所述喷射口供给气体的气体供给源。还优选的是,所述喷射口为在周向上以适当间距设置的许多小孔,所述密封部件的外周面为倒截头圆锥形状并且所述密封部件的至少与所述容器的凸缘部的内周端紧密接触的部位为橡胶状弹性体。进一步优选的是,所述容器凸缘部清洗装置沿着顺次包括如下区域的圆形输送路径布置并绕着所述圆形输送路径的中心转动:容器载入区域;密封区域,在该密封区域中,所述密封部件与所述容器的凸缘部紧密接触;所述凸缘部的清洗区域;所述凸缘部的除液区域;分离区域,在该分离区域中,所述密封部件与所述凸缘部分离;以及容器载出区域。
发明的效果
根据本发明的容器密封设备,通过具有多个袋部、多个容器支撑部件和多个盖加压部件的转台可靠地实现了容器与盖的彼此压靠。由多个小型化、轻量化的直接二极管激光器构成的激光照射部件在激光照射期间能够在不影响上述各部件的情况下有效地执行热熔接。结果,能够在不使设备复杂化或大型化的情况下提高生产能力。
根据本发明的容器密封***,在通过上述容器密封设备利用盖材料密封容器之前,将已在向容器充入内容物期间附着于容器的凸缘部的上表面的内容物从该凸缘部的上表面除去,由此可靠地执行了清洗。此外,能够可靠地避免内容物或诸如清洗液等的异物在上述除去和清洗时侵入容器,从而能够可靠地防止因异物引起的密封不良。此外,根据本发明的容器密封***,能够可靠地且高效地执行对附着于容器的凸缘部的上表面的内容物的除去以及对容器的凸缘部的上表面的清洗。

具体实施方式
图1示出了待使用根据本发明的容器密封设备通过热熔接密封的容器的典型示例和盖。由适当的热塑性合成树脂成型的容器2包括圆形底壁部4、从底壁部4的外周缘向上延伸的倒截头圆锥形状的主侧壁部6、从主侧壁部6的上端缘朝向径向外侧延伸的圆环形状的伸出侧壁部(叠加部)8、从伸出侧壁部8的外周缘向上延伸的圆筒形状的附加侧壁部10以及从附加侧壁部10的上端缘沿径向向外大致水平延伸的凸缘部12。同样由适当的热塑性树脂成型的盖14包括圆形主部16、从主部16的外周缘向上延伸的上升壁部18以及从上升壁部18的上端缘沿径向向外水平延伸的凸缘20。在容器2内充填内容物之后,如图1所示,盖14的主部16和上升壁部18被嵌合到容器2内,盖14的凸缘20与容器2的凸缘部12紧密接触。然后,使盖14的凸缘20与容器2的凸缘部12热熔接以密封容器2。
图2示出了本发明的容器密封设备的优选实施方式。用22整体表示的密封设备配备有大致垂直延伸的转动主轴24以及固定于转动主轴24的外周面的整体为近似圆筒形状的联接构件26。联接构件26的下端部经由轴承部件29可转动地安装于由适当的支撑结构(未示出)支撑的静止基板28。尽管未示出,但转动主轴24的上端部也经由轴承部件可转动地安装于静止结构。转动主轴24的下端向下延伸穿过静止基板28,并且与包括电动马达和传动机构的转动部件30可驱动地联接,使得转动主轴24被转动部件30以可转动的方式顺时针驱动(参照图3)。
圆板形状的上侧台部件32被固定到固定于转动主轴24的外周面的联接构件26的上端,而圆板形状的下侧台部件34固定于联接构件26的下部。位于上侧台部件32下方的安装部36附设于上侧台部件32,圆板形状的转台部件38固定于安装部36。如图3所示,多个(图中为6个)近似半圆形状的缺口部、即袋部(pocket)40以在周向上等间隔的方式配置于转台部件38的外周。
与转台部件38的各袋部40对应,容器支撑部件42布置于联接构件26,盖加压部件44布置于上侧台部件32,激光照射部件46布置于下侧台部件34。各容器支撑部件42均与盖加压部件44对准,并且均以与对应的袋部40对准的方式配置在袋部40的下方或上方。
此外,与各袋部40对应,垂直延伸的导轨构件48固定于联接构件26的外周面,升降构件50以能够沿上下方向移动、即升降的方式安装于导轨构件48。在升降构件50上,安装上述容器支撑部件42,并且各容器支撑部件42均具有杯状构件52以及从杯状构件52的下表面中央向下方垂下的轴构件54。在杯状构件52的圆筒形侧壁中,形成有在周向上间隔开的多个圆形开口56,以使杯状构件52轻量化并减小用于容器支撑部件42的转动驱动源68的负荷。限制构件57以能够相对于轴构件54升降的方式安装在轴构件54的外侧。沿径向向外伸出的第一支撑凸缘58形成于升降构件50的上端部,限制构件57经由轴承部件59可转动地安装于第一支撑凸缘58。在限制构件57的内周面中,形成有位于下方位置的锥状肩表面60。另一方面,沿径向向外伸出的锁定凸缘61形成于轴构件54的下端。锁定凸缘61与肩表面60接触,由此限制了轴构件54相对于限制构件57的上升。
沿径向向外伸出的第二支撑凸缘62形成于升降构件50的上下方向上的中间部,连接构件66经由轴承部件64可转动地安装于第二支撑凸缘62。连接构件66的上端与限制构件57的下端联接。诸如伺服马达等的转动驱动源68安装于升降构件50的下端部,转动驱动源68的向上突出的输出轴经由诸如摩擦离合器等的传动部件70与连接构件66的下端驱动联接。此外,连接构件66具有被形成为圆筒状的上半部,螺旋压缩弹簧72收纳在该上半部内。螺旋压缩弹簧72的上端与轴构件54的下端面接触,相对于连接构件66,轴构件54在向上方向上被螺旋压缩弹簧72弹性地支撑。
升降构件50的下端部和转动驱动源68的下端部延伸穿过形成于下侧台部件34的开口74、到达位于下侧台部件34下方的区域。构成凸轮从动件的凸轮辊76可转动地安装于升降构件50的下端部。另一方面,凸轮块78经由位于轴承部件29外侧的静止联接构件77而固定于前述静止基板28,在周向上连续延伸的凸轮槽形成于凸轮块78。安装于升降构件50的凸轮辊76与形成于凸轮块78的凸轮槽接合,并且伴随转动主轴24的转动,升降构件50和安装于其的容器支撑部件42上下移动。也就是,形成于凸轮块78的凸轮槽和安装于升降构件50的凸轮辊76构成用于使各容器支撑部件42升降的升降部件。
此外,本实施方式中的盖加压部件44由轴构件80以及固定于轴构件80下端的圆板形态的加压构件82构成,加压构件82的表面是大致水平延伸的平面。轴构件80经由轴承部件84可转动地安装于上侧台部件32。
在下侧台部件34上,与转台部件42的各袋部40对应地固定用于支撑激光照射部件46的支撑基台86。在各支撑基台86的倾斜支撑面上,优选地以在该支撑面上的位置可调且相对于该支撑面的角度可调的方式安装激光照射部件46。激光照射部件46优选为相对紧凑的直接二极管激光器(direct diode laser)。
接着,将参照图2、图3和图4的(A)至图4的(C)说明容器的密封过程。
首先,转动主轴24连续地顺时针转动,并且转台部件38、上侧台部件32和下侧台部件34也同样地顺时针转动。结果,布置于转台部件38的各袋部40、容器支撑部件42、盖加压部件44和激光照射部件46绕着转动主轴24转动,并且它们被沿着顺次包括载入区域90、容器上升区域92、激光照射区域94、容器下降区域96和载出区域98的圆形输送路径输送。
在载入区域90中,覆盖有盖14的容器2被适当的载入部件(未示出)载入到袋部40中,并且如图4的(A)所示,容器2的凸缘部12从转台部件38悬伸出。然后,在容器上升区域92中,容器支撑部件42通过前述转动驱动源68、传动部件70和连接构件66而绕着自身的轴线转动,并且还通过位于升降构件50的下端部的凸轮辊76以及经由静止基板28的静止联接构件77所固定的凸轮块78的凸轮槽而上升。结果,如图4的(B)所示,容器2的主部被收纳在容器支撑部件42的杯状构件52中,并且杯状构件52的上端缘与容器2的伸出侧壁部(叠加部)8(参照图1)的下表面接触。在这种状态下,容器2和盖14在绕着各自的轴线转动的同时上升,并且在转台部件38的上方分离。然后,容器2利用螺旋压缩弹簧72施加的弹力被容器支撑部件42的杯状构件52上推,并且盖14被盖加压部件44的加压构件82加压,由此使容器2的凸缘部12与盖14的凸缘20紧密接触。
在激光照射区域94中,如图4的(C)所示,容器2的凸缘部12和盖14的凸缘20通过加压部件44而彼此压靠和紧密接触。在这些条件下,绕着自身的轴线转动的容器2的凸缘部12被激光照射部件46照射激光,其中将激光施加到容器2的凸缘部12的周向上的整周。在被激光照射部件46照射激光时,盖14的凸缘20在整个周向上均与容器2的凸缘部12热熔接以密封容器2。在激光照射期间,激光从下方照射,使得能够甚至更有效地执行热熔接,而不受上述各部件的影响。
最后,在容器下降区域96中,容器支撑部件42在转动的同时下降到图4的(A)所示的位置,并且已经与盖14热熔接的容器2从转台部件38悬伸出,而容器支撑部件42向下与容器2分离。如果期望的话,容器支撑部件42的转动能够在容器上升区域92中开始、在容器下降区域96中结束。在载出区域98中,已经与盖14热熔接的容器2被适当的载出部件(未示出)载出转台部件38。此外,如图3示意性所示,在外侧弧状延伸的固定引导件100布置在容器上升区域92和容器下降区域96中,以防止容器2从转台部件38的袋部40脱落。在图示的实施方式中,容器支撑部件42上升,并且盖14的凸缘20被盖加压部件44加压。然而,替代地,能够采用如下构造:使用容器支撑部件42进行加压或者盖加压部件44和容器支撑部件42两者进行加压的构造。
图5示出了根据本发明的容器密封***中的容器凸缘部清洗装置102的优选实施方式以及作为凸缘部被这种清洗装置清洗的容器的典型示例(参照图1)的容器2,其中在将要被前述容器密封设备密封的容器被密封之前,通过容器凸缘部清洗装置102来清洗该容器的凸缘部。
用于清洗容器2的凸缘部12的上表面的图示的凸缘部清洗装置102配备有支撑部件116、清洗/除液部件118和密封部件120。用于支撑容器2的支撑部件116具有水平延伸的上表面,并且该上表面的中央部形成有圆形凹部122。圆形凹部122的内径与容器2的下端部的外径对应,并且如图5所示,容器2的下端部安装在圆形凹部122内,由此容器2在直立状态下被支撑部件116支撑。
清洗/除液部件118包括主要为圆板形状的基板124、近似为圆板形状的内侧构件126以及经由内侧构件126的下端部一体设置的圆环板形状的外侧构件128。基板124通过适当的安装部件(未示出)可升降地安装,并且通过诸如液压缸机构等的适当的升降部件(未示出)在如下状态之间上下移动、即往复运动:如图5所示的密封部件120和容器2的凸缘部12的内周端分离的状态(分离位置)与如图6所示的密封部件120与容器2的凸缘部12的内周端紧密接触的状态(紧密接触位置)之间。外侧构件128借助于紧固螺栓130固定于基板124的下表面,上述密封部件120处于分离状态和紧密接触状态。基板124与内侧构件126之间形成有许多放射状延伸的流路132,内侧构件126的外周面与外侧构件128的内周面之间形成有环状流路134,内侧构件126的下端部和外侧构件128的下端部形成有由在周向上以适当间距设置的许多小孔构成的喷射孔136。在基板124的中心部,形成有从基板124的上表面向下延伸且与流路132连通的流路138,清洗液供给源140和气体供给源142与流路138连接。当清洗液供给源140启动时,诸如自来水等的清洗液经由流路138、流路132和环状流路134被供给到喷射孔136,并且从喷射孔136涌出。另一方面,当气体供给源142启动时,诸如压缩空气等的气体经由流路138、132和134被供给到喷射孔136,并且从喷射孔136喷出。
替代上述用于喷射自来水和气体的喷射孔136,允许将内侧构件126和外侧构件128构造成分离构件,并且允许在内侧构件126的下端部和外侧构件128的下端部设置间隙以形成在周向上连续的圆环形状的喷射部。然而,从有效地清洗容器2的凸缘部12的整个上表面以及清洗之后除液的观点出发,优选的是,形成由在内侧构件126的下端部和外侧构件128的下端部的周向上以适当间距设置的许多小孔构成的喷射孔。
从进一步有效地执行清洗以及清洗之后除液的观点出发,上述喷射孔或喷射部相对于容器2的凸缘部12的上表面的喷射角度优选为30度至60度,特别为40度至50度。
密封部件120通过诸如紧固螺栓等的适当的紧固部件(未示出)固定于清洗/除液部件118的内侧构件126的下表面,并且伴随基板124的上下移动而在图5所示的分离位置与图6所示的紧密接触位置之间升降、即往复运动。密封构件120优选地具有上半部呈现为圆筒形状且下半部呈现为倒截头圆锥形状的外周面,并且优选地,该下半部的倒截头圆锥形状部分与容器2的凸缘部12的内侧端紧密接触。作为密封部件120的与容器2的凸缘部12的内侧端紧密接触的部位的外周面,期望使用橡胶硬度(JIS K 6253)优选为10至70范围的橡胶状弹性体。在图示的实施方式中,密封部件120由主体144和环状的橡胶状弹性体146构成,其中主体144由适当的金属或合成树脂形成,环状的橡胶状弹性体146通过适当的部件安装于主体144的外周面的下半部。
在如上构成的本发明的容器凸缘部清洗装置中,如图5所示,充填有内容物的容器2在直立状态下被载入并载置到支撑部件116的圆形凹部122中。然后,基板124从图5所示的分离位置下降到图6所示的紧密接触位置,以利用所需的压力使密封部件120的橡胶状弹性体146与容器2的凸缘部12的内周端紧密接触。结果,充填有内容物的容器2被密封部件120密封。在该密封之后,来自清洗液供给源140的清洗液经由流路138、132以及环状流路134被供给到喷射孔136,并且对容器2的凸缘部12的上表面喷射以除去附着于凸缘部12的上表面的内容物。然后,停止从清洗液供给源140供给清洗液。同样地,来自气体供给源142的气体经由流路138、132以及环状流路134被供给到喷射孔136,并且对容器2的凸缘部12的上表面喷射以除去残留于凸缘部12的上表面的清洗液。以这种方式,在密封部件120与凸缘部12的内周端紧密接触以密封容器2的情况下,容器2的凸缘部12的上表面被清洗且无溶液。因而,能够可靠地防止清洗液和内容物在清洗期间侵入容器2,并且能够可靠地防止被喷射的气体或残留的清洗液在除液期间侵入容器2。最后,在停止从气体供给源142供给气体之后,基板124上升到图5所示的位置以使密封部件120与容器2的凸缘部12的内侧端分离。然后,通过支撑部件116载出凸缘部12的上表面已被清洗且除液的容器2。
在上述实施方式中,基板124、即密封部件120相对于容器2上下移动,以使密封部件120与容器2的凸缘部12的内侧端紧密接触和间隔开。然而,可以是支撑容器2的支撑部件116升降,由此使密封部件120能够与容器2的凸缘部12的内侧端紧密接触和间隔开。必要的仅是密封部件120以相对于容器往复运动的方式移动。
图7是示出了凸缘部清洗装置102沿着包括如下区域的圆形输送路径162布置并绕着圆形输送路径162的中心转动的状态的图:容器载入区域150、密封区域152、清洗区域154、除液区域156、分离区域158以及容器载出区域160。在这种状态下,多个(图中为20个)凸缘部清洗装置102等间隔地配置,并且沿着圆形输送路径162、沿由箭头164表示的方向绕着圆形输送路径162的中心连续地转动。在容器载入区域150中,充填有内容物的容器2被适当的载入部件(未示出)载入并载置到清洗装置102的支撑部件116。然后,在密封区域152中,密封部件120下降并与容器2的凸缘部12的内周端紧密接触,以密封充填有内容物的容器2。在密封之后,在清洗区域154中,清洗液供给源140被启动,由此对容器2的凸缘部12的上表面喷射清洗液,用于清洗该凸缘部。然后,在清洗之后的除液区域156中,气体供给源142被启动,由此对容器2的凸缘部12的上表面喷射气体,以除去上述清洗液。在该除液之后,在分离区域158中,密封部件120上升并与容器2的凸缘部12的内周端间隔开。最后,在容器载出区域160中,通过适当的载出部件(未示出)将凸缘部12的上表面已被清洗且除液的容器2从支撑部件116所在位置载出。

Claims (13)

1.一种容器密封设备,其包括:
转动主轴;
转台部件,所述转台部件布置在所述转动主轴周围并沿着圆形输送路径具有多个袋部;
多个容器支撑部件,所述容器支撑部件与所述多个袋部中的各个袋部对应地配置在所述转台部件的下方,并且所述容器支撑部件能够绕着所述转动主轴转动并能够绕着自身的轴线转动;
多个盖加压部件,所述盖加压部件与所述容器支撑部件对应地配置在所述转台部件的上方,所述盖加压部件能够绕着所述转动主轴转动、能够绕着自身的轴线转动并能够相对于所述容器支撑部件升降;以及
多个激光照射部件,所述激光照射部件能够绕着所述转动主轴转动并用于朝向已通过所述容器支撑部件和所述盖加压部件而与盖压靠的容器照射激光,由此使所述盖与所述容器热熔接,
在所述主轴布置有位于所述转台部件下侧的下侧台部件,所述激光照射部件配置于所述下侧台部件,
各所述激光照射部件与所述转台部件的多个所述袋部中的各个所述袋部相对应地布置。
2.根据权利要求1所述的容器密封设备,其特征在于,
位于所述转台部件上方的上侧台部件布置于所述主轴,
所述盖加压部件配置于所述上侧台部件。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器密封设备,其特征在于,
所述容器支撑部件被配置成能够上下移动,并且
附设有用于使各所述容器支撑部件升降的升降部件。
4.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器密封设备,其特征在于,
所述激光被从下方照射。
5.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器密封设备,其特征在于,
所述激光照射部件为直接二极管激光器。
6.根据权利要求1或2所述的容器密封设备,其特征在于,
所述容器为具有凸缘部的形态,并且
所述盖为将要被载置到所述容器的凸缘部的成型盖。
7.根据权利要求1所述的容器密封设备,其特征在于,
所述激光照射部件以在所述下侧台部件的各倾斜支撑面上的位置可调的方式安装于该倾斜支撑面。
8.一种容器密封***,其包括根据权利要求1至7中任一项所述的密封设备以及用于在将要被密封的容器被密封之前清洗该容器的凸缘部的容器凸缘部清洗装置,
其特征在于,所述凸缘部清洗装置包括:
支撑部件,所述支撑部件用于支撑所述容器;
密封部件,所述密封部件能够与所述凸缘部的内周端紧密接触和间隔开,并且所述密封部件相对于所述容器往复运动;以及
清洗/除液部件,所述清洗/除液部件布置在所述密封部件的上方,所述清洗/除液部件用于使所述密封部件与所述内周端紧密接触、对所述凸缘部的上表面喷射清洗液并在喷射清洗液之后对所述凸缘部的上表面喷射气体。
9.根据权利要求8所述的容器密封***,其特征在于,
所述清洗/除液部件具有喷射口以及通向所述喷射口的流路,并且所述清洗/除液部件配备有用于经由所述流路向所述喷射口供给清洗液的清洗液供给源以及用于经由所述流路向所述喷射口供给气体的气体供给源。
10.根据权利要求9所述的容器密封***,其特征在于,
所述喷射口为在周向上以适当间距设置的许多小孔。
11.根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的容器密封***,其特征在于,
所述密封部件的外周面为倒截头圆锥形状。
12.根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的容器密封***,其特征在于,
所述密封部件的至少与所述容器的凸缘部的内周端紧密接触的部位为橡胶状弹性体。
13.根据权利要求8至10中任一项所述的容器密封***,其特征在于,
所述容器凸缘部清洗装置沿着顺次包括如下区域的圆形输送路径布置并绕着所述圆形输送路径的中心转动:容器载入区域;密封区域,在该密封区域中,所述密封部件与所述容器的凸缘部紧密接触;所述凸缘部的清洗区域;所述凸缘部的除液区域;分离区域,在该分离区域中,所述密封部件与所述凸缘部分离;以及容器载出区域。
