技术领域
本发明涉及轨道交通领域,具体是一种耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺。
背景技术
现有的高速轨道列车的速度提升程度较大,轨道交通经长时间运营后,轨道行走面经轻轨列车导向行驶会造成明显磨损痕迹,在现有的大多数轨道列车车轮其采用的是锰合金钢整体轧制,该种车轮在踏面产生大量磨损后,整体必须进行更换报废,其使用寿命不长且大量浪费材料。而普通的组合式车轮其可靠性低,不能满足日益增长的发展需求。
发明内容
本发明旨在提供一种耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,以解决上述问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明的技术方案如下:
一种耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 选用304不锈钢板材作为坯料,截取并加工出轮毂的粗坯,将粗坯进行固溶处理,保持温度1050 ℃,持续时间15分钟,然后快速冷却;持续时间15分钟,再将轮毂从处理线转入喷涂线进行喷粉,喷粉完成后对轮毂依次固化处理,然后快速冷却,并对其表面进行打磨处理;
b.选取锰合金钢为原料,通过铸造加工出轮箍粗坯,并加热后利用扣环将轮箍固定在轮毂上;
c.在b步骤完成后,对轮箍表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;
d.在c步骤完成后在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
进一步地,所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
进一步地,所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
进一步地,所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
本发明的有益效果在于:本发明采用的涂层体系相比,能在车轮表面形成一层涂装的漆膜,在长期的行走过程中,先是对漆膜进行摩擦,能有效延长车轮的使用寿命,节省经济成本。其次,本发明采用的是组合式车轮,节省经济成本。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明做进一步说明。
一种耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,包括以下步骤:a. 选用304不锈钢板材作为坯料,截取并加工出轮毂的粗坯,将粗坯板进行固溶处理,保持温度1050 ℃,持续时间15分钟,然后快速冷却;持续时间15分钟,再将轮毂从处理线转入喷涂线进行喷粉,喷粉完成后对轮毂依次固化处理,然后快速冷却,并对其表面进行打磨处理;b.选取锰合金钢为原料,通过铸造加工出轮箍粗坯,并加热后利用扣环将轮箍固定在轮毂上。c.在b步骤完成后,对轮箍表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;d.在c步骤完成后在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm
本发明采用的涂层体系相比,能在车轮表面形成一层涂装的漆膜,在长期的行走过程中,先是对漆膜进行摩擦,能有效延长车轮的使用寿命,节省经济成本。其次,本发明采用的是组合式车轮,节省经济成本。

Claims (4)

1.一种耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,其特征在于,包括以下步骤:
a. 选用304不锈钢板材作为坯料,截取并加工出轮毂的粗坯,将粗坯进行固溶处理,保持温度1050 ℃,持续时间15分钟,然后快速冷却;持续时间15分钟,再将轮毂从处理线转入喷涂线进行喷粉,喷粉完成后对轮毂依次固化处理,然后快速冷却,并对其表面进行打磨处理;
b.选取锰合金钢为原料,通过铸造加工出轮箍粗坯,并加热后利用扣环将轮箍固定在轮毂上;
c.在b步骤完成后,对轮箍表面喷涂/滚涂底层漆,底层漆为白刚玉砂粒,使粗糙度达到8~15μm,并干燥30分钟;
d.在c步骤完成后在底层漆表面喷涂/滚涂中涂层漆,所述中涂层漆为脂肪族聚氨酯玻璃鳞片漆,干燥0.5-1.5小时后连续在中涂层漆上喷涂三遍聚氨酯罩光清漆。
2.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述底层漆的涂层厚度为100μm-120μm。
3.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述中涂层漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
4.根据权利要求1所述的耐磨型组合式车轮制造工艺,其特征在于:所述聚氨酯罩光清漆的涂层厚度为130μm-150μm。
