本发明公开了一种换向器制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:①换向铜片的冲制;②换向铜片的排片,并在相邻换向铜片间插上云母片;③在上加强环槽内放上与换向铜片数量相同的陶瓷珠;④上加强环槽内的全部陶瓷珠放置到位后,对上加强环槽的顶部进行冲压;⑤在下加强环槽内放上与换向铜片数量相同的陶瓷珠;⑥下加强环槽内的全部陶瓷珠放置到位后,对下加强环槽的顶部进行冲压;⑦将陶瓷珠与换向铜片的结合体放入压注模具的模孔,在注入电木粉后,换向铜片、陶瓷珠与电木粉紧密结合,换向器制作完成。本发明所制作的换向器耐高温性能好、高速运转时的外径变化与片间段差小,提高工作可靠性及使用寿命,同时成本低。

一种换向器制作工艺
【技术领域】
本发明涉及换向器技术领域,具体涉及一种换向器的制作工艺。
【背景技术】
传统的换向器,为加强换向铜片与电木粉之间的结合强度,提升换向器产品的机械性能和超速性能,换向器内部往往采用带加强环的结构,为避免片间导电,加强环要采用绝缘材料,目前基本上采用的是玻璃纤维材料,而玻璃纤维材料的加强环的耐高温性能不好,高温时容易变形,所以在换向器作高速运转时,由于高温,换向器的外径变化与片间段差较大,严重影响换向器的工作可靠性及使用寿命,同时纤维材料的加强环的成本也相对较高。
【发明内容】
鉴于背景技术的不足,本发明的目的旨在提供一种换向器制作工艺,利用该工艺可使制作的换向器耐高温性能好、高速运转时的外径变化与片间段差小,提高工作可靠性及使用寿命,同时成本低。
本发明是采取如下技术方案来完成的:
一种换向器制作工艺,其特征在于包括以下步骤:①换向铜片的冲制,并在换向铜片的上下端面冲制出上下加强环槽;②换向铜片在排片塑料套内进行排片,并在相邻换向铜片间插上云母片;③在上加强环槽内放上与换向铜片数量相同的陶瓷珠,陶瓷珠在相邻换向铜片中间得到定位,陶瓷珠的两侧与加强环槽的侧向槽口相抵接触;④上加强环槽内的全部陶瓷珠放置到位后,对上加强环槽的顶部进行冲压,形成的冲压变形将陶瓷珠固紧在上加强环槽内;⑤在下加强环槽内放上与换向铜片数量相同的陶瓷珠,陶瓷珠在相邻换向铜片中间得到定位,陶瓷珠的两侧与下加强环槽的侧向槽口相抵接触;⑥下加强环槽内的全部陶瓷珠放置到位后,对下加强环槽的顶部进行冲压,形成的冲压变形将陶瓷珠固紧在下加强环槽内;⑦将陶瓷珠与换向铜片的结合体放入压注模具的模孔,在注入电木粉后,换向铜片、陶瓷珠与电木粉紧密结合,换向器制作完成。
采用上述技术方案所制作的换向器,换向器内部利用多个陶瓷珠围成一圈来形成加强环结构。由于陶瓷比玻璃纤维有更好的耐高温优点,陶瓷珠围成一圈所形成的加强环不易变形,所以能使换向器在高速运转时,不受高温影响,换向器的外径变化与片间段差更小,从而有效提高换向器产品的工作可靠性及使用寿命。由于陶瓷珠的成本很低,所以使制作的换向器具有更低的成本。

【具体实施方式】
如图所示,本发明的一种换向器制作工艺,包括以下步骤:①换向铜片6的冲制,并在换向铜片6的上下端面冲制出上加强环槽5和下加强环槽7;②换向铜片6在排片塑料套内进行排片,并在相邻换向铜片6间插上云母片1;③在上加强环槽5内放上与换向铜片6数量相同的陶瓷珠2,陶瓷珠2在相邻换向铜片6中间得到定位,陶瓷珠2的两侧与上加强环槽5的侧向槽口相抵接触;④上加强环槽5内的全部陶瓷珠2放置到位后,对上加强环槽5的顶部进行冲压,形成的冲压变形4将陶瓷珠2固紧在上加强环槽5内;⑤在下加强环槽7内放上与换向铜片6数量相同的陶瓷珠2,陶瓷珠2在相邻换向铜片6中间得到定位,陶瓷珠2的两侧与下加强环槽7的侧向槽口相抵接触;⑥下加强环槽7内的全部陶瓷珠2放置到位后,对下加强环槽7的顶部进行冲压,形成的冲压变形8将陶瓷珠2固紧在下加强环槽7内;⑦将陶瓷珠2与换向铜片6的结合体放入压注模具的模孔,在注入电木粉3后,换向铜片6、陶瓷珠2与电木粉3紧密结合,换向器制作完成。
