本发明公开了垃圾自动输送装置,包括料仓、输送箱、螺旋输送机、储气罐、空气加热器、环形喷管、双向喷嘴、液压穿刺针和换热***。该工业垃圾自动输送装置利用太阳能实现垃圾输送过程中的温度控制,能源干净无污染,且利用油来传热,换热效率高;同时设计了新的喷嘴***和破袋装置,能在线清除液压穿刺针上的柔性挂物,防止长时间运行后穿刺针的穿刺效果变差,具有加热均匀、破袋效果好、运行周期长等优点。

垃圾自动输送装置
技术领域
本发明涉及环保领域,具体涉及垃圾自动输送装置。
背景技术
垃圾在燃烧之前都需要由输送机输送到燃烧装置内,但是如果直接通过输送机输送,这其中大块的垃圾一旦被运送到燃烧机内燃烧,很难燃烧干净,而燃烧不完全会造成环境污染;同时,垃圾的温度是影响垃圾焚烧的一个重要因素,合适的温度能使得后续的工序处理起来更加方便。因此,需要对传统的输送装置进行改进。
发明内容
针对上述问题,本发明提供垃圾自动输送装置。
本发明的目的采用以下技术方案来实现:
垃圾自动输送装置,其特征是,包括料仓、输送箱、螺旋输送机、储气罐、空气加热器、环形喷管、双向喷嘴、液压穿刺针和换热***;所述料仓设置在输送箱的上方,螺旋输送机设置在输送箱内;储气罐通过空气加热器分别与环形喷管和双向喷嘴相连通,所述环形喷管环绕在料仓的上部,其上设置有多个空气喷口;由液压缸驱动的液压穿刺针设置在输送箱末端,用于刺破袋状垃圾;所述双向喷嘴设置在液压穿刺针的左侧,其包括竖直喷嘴和水平喷嘴,竖直喷嘴用于干燥加热输送箱内的垃圾,水平喷嘴用于清除液压穿刺针上的柔性挂物;所述换热***包括太阳能集热器、高位热水换热箱、循环油泵和调节阀,太阳能集热器设置在屋顶上且位于高位热水换热箱上,用于加热所述高位热水换热箱内的水;循环油泵的出口通过调节阀与布置在高位热水换热箱内的第一油管相连通,所述第一油管通过布置在空气加热器内的第二油管与循环油泵的入口相连通。
优选地,料仓内还设置有辊刀。
优选地,所述螺旋输送机由电机驱动。
优选地,所述环形喷管水平设置,多个空气喷口均布在环形喷管上。
本发明的有益效果为:该工业垃圾自动输送装置利用太阳能实现垃圾输送过程中的温度控制,能源干净无污染,且利用油来传热,换热效率高;同时设计了新的喷嘴***和破袋装置,能在线清除液压穿刺针上的柔性挂物,防止长时间运行后穿刺针的穿刺效果变差,具有加热均匀、破袋效果好、运行周期长等优点。

具体实施方式
结合以下实施例对本发明作进一步描述。
如图1所示的垃圾自动输送装置,包括料仓1、输送箱2、螺旋输送机4、储气罐7、空气加热器6、环形喷管16、双向喷嘴、液压穿刺针10和换热***。料仓1设置在输送箱2的上方,由电机14驱动的螺旋输送机4设置在输送箱2内,料仓1内还设置有辊刀15。垃圾由料仓1落下过程中被辊刀15破碎,进入输送箱2,并由螺旋输送机4输出。
储气罐7通过空气加热器6分别与水平设置的环形喷管16和双向喷嘴相连通,环形喷管16环绕在料仓1的上部,其上均布有多个空气喷口17,环形喷管16用于对料仓1中的垃圾进行预热。由液压缸9驱动的液压穿刺针10设置在输送箱2末端,用于刺破袋状垃圾。双向喷嘴设置在液压穿刺针10的左侧,包括竖直喷嘴12和水平喷嘴13,竖直喷嘴12用于干燥加热输送箱2内的垃圾,水平喷嘴13用于在线清扫液压穿刺针10上的柔性挂物。
换热***包括太阳能集热器4、高位热水换热箱5、循环油泵3和调节阀8,太阳能集热器4设置在屋顶上且位于高位热水换热箱5上,用于加热所述高位热水换热箱5内的水。循环油泵3的出口通过调节阀8与布置在高位热水换热箱5内的第一油管相连通,第一油管通过布置在空气加热器6内的第二油管与循环油泵3的入口相连通(第一油管和第二油管图中未示出)。循环油泵3将冷油送至高位热水换热箱5,通过贯穿于高位热水换热箱5的第一油管将冷油加热为热油,随后热油进入空气加热器6,通过贯穿于空气加热器6的第二油管加热空气,通过调节阀8可以调节循环油量,从而调节空气喷口17和双向喷嘴喷出的空气温度。
本实施例的工业垃圾自动输送装置利用太阳能实现垃圾输送过程中的温度控制,能源干净无污染,且利用油来传热,换热效率高;同时设计了新的喷嘴***和破袋装置,能在线清除液压穿刺针10上的柔性挂物,防止长时间运行后穿刺针的穿刺效果变差,具有加热均匀、破袋效果好、运行周期长等优点。

1.垃圾自动输送装置,其特征是,包括料仓、输送箱、螺旋输送机、储气罐、空气加热器、环形喷管、双向喷嘴、液压穿刺针和换热***;所述料仓设置在输送箱的上方,螺旋输送机设置在输送箱内;储气罐通过空气加热器分别与环形喷管和双向喷嘴相连通,所述环形喷管环绕在料仓的上部,其上设置有多个空气喷口;由液压缸驱动的液压穿刺针设置在输送箱末端,用于刺破袋状垃圾;所述双向喷嘴设置在液压穿刺针的左侧,其包括竖直喷嘴和水平喷嘴,竖直喷嘴用于干燥加热输送箱内的垃圾,水平喷嘴用于清除液压穿刺针上的柔性挂物;所述换热***包括太阳能集热器、高位热水换热箱、循环油泵和调节阀,太阳能集热器设置在屋顶上且位于高位热水换热箱上,用于加热所述高位热水换热箱内的水;循环油泵的出口通过调节阀与布置在高位热水换热箱内的第一油管相连通,所述第一油管通过布置在空气加热器内的第二油管与循环油泵的入口相连通。
