Background
For a drivetrain, a clutch is a common device for simple and convenient cutting and engaging power; the function of which is well known in the art and will not be described further herein. In the prior art, a clutch realizes power transmission through power input and through engagement and disengagement between friction plates, and a general structure is that power is input into a driving part (such as a housing) of the clutch through a power input part (such as a gear or a chain wheel); in the prior art, a gap of a power input part is arranged on a driving part, a larger axial gap exists between the power input part and the driving part, and when power is input, impact force is larger, so that larger vibration and impact are formed, the service life of the power input part is shortened, the transmission precision is influenced, and larger noise is generated; and because of the fit connection relationship between the power input part and the driving part, the power input part and the driving part have larger impact abrasion; in particular, during the starting process, not only the service life is affected, but also the operation noise of the whole clutch is relatively large due to the above problems, and the stability of the transmission is also adversely affected.
Therefore, the existing clutch structure needs to be improved, so that the shock and impact caused in the starting process and the transmission process can be buffered, the impact abrasion during the input of the power input part is relieved, the service life of the power input part is ensured, the operation noise is reduced, and the transmission stability is ensured.
Disclosure of Invention
In view of the above, an object of the present invention is to provide an anti-impact clutch, which can buffer the vibration and impact during the starting process and the transmission process, relieve the impact wear during the input of the power input member, ensure the service life thereof, reduce the operation noise and ensure the stability of the transmission.
