Abstract
本发明公开了一种纺织品喷墨印花涂层,该印花涂层包括以下按质量百份数计的组分:水性二氧化硅1‑10份、柔软剂1‑5份、杀菌剂0.1‑5份、抑制剂0.1‑5份、润湿剂1‑5份、水70‑90份、水性聚氨酯5‑15份、交联剂1‑10份、溶剂1‑10份。将除了水性聚氨酯和交联剂之外的上述组分按顺序投入物料机在500r/min下搅拌20min使其混合均匀后,加入水性聚氨酯和交联剂在500r/min下搅拌20min,最后使用5μm的滤膜过滤即得纺织品喷墨印花涂层。该涂层与基布有很好的结合牢度、提高染料墨水在基布的色牢度和颜色亮度,使用该涂层印花的纺织品手感柔软、透气性强,环保、对人体无害。

技术领域
本发明涉及纺织品印染助剂技术领域,具体涉及一种纺织品喷墨印花涂层。
背景技术
近年来,数字印刷技术的应用越来越广泛,纺织品印花也面临机遇和挑战,纺织品数字喷墨印花就是一种创新的染整工艺,它具有精度高、快捷、灵活多变、富有个性化等特点,而且不退浆、环保。这种工艺的实现离不开纺织品涂层为之提供良好的印花介质。随着环保法规的完善和人们的环保意识不断增强,高性能、无公害、省能源的水性颜料墨水越来越受到人们的重视,水性颜料墨水在棉、麻、丝、毛和合成中得到了广泛的应用。同样地,随着水性颜料墨水的广泛应用,人们对纺织品涂层的要求也越来越高。但目前现有的纺织品涂层所制得纺织品的环保性差、手感差、透气性差。
发明内容
为了克服现有技术的不足,本发明的目的在于提供一种纺织品喷墨印花涂层,该涂层与基布有很好的结合牢度、提高染料墨水在基布的色牢度和颜色亮度,使用该涂层印花的纺织品手感柔软、透气性强,环保、对人体无害。

优选地,所述涂层的表面张力为26-34dyn/cm、粘度为6-20厘泊。
优选地,所述柔软剂为含有机硅的非离子型柔软剂,优选巴斯夫路平莫印花柔软剂BASF Luprintol Solf VSN。
优选地,所述杀菌剂为异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂。
优选地,所述抑制剂选自醋酸、碳酸、柠檬酸中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
优选地,所述润湿剂为弱阳离子型润湿剂或者非离子型润湿剂,优选自直链聚氧乙烯醚、脂肪醇聚氧乙烯醚、异构醇聚氧乙烯醚中的一种或任意两种以上的混合。
优选地,所述交联剂为开环温度为90-130℃的脂肪族封闭异氰酸酯固化剂。
优选地,所述水性聚氨酯为水性脂肪族聚氨酯分散乳液,其分子量小于20000。
优选地,所述溶剂为二乙二醇、尿素、甘油、peg400-20000中的一种。
在本发明的配方中,其中:
水性二氧化硅的表面存在大量的微孔结构,由于这些微孔结构的存在使得二氧化硅微利的表面积大大增加。二氧化硅微粒的表面积越大,对墨水的吸附能力越强。当水性二氧化硅的浓度足以使微粒之间的距离缩小到构成网络,形成一系列微孔,则由于毛细管作用,进一步增加了吸墨容量,因此水性二氧化硅能够提高墨水或涂料在基布上的固色效果。
柔软剂的加入使得织物涂层的弹性明显提高,使得涂层与纤维的结合非常牢固,具有很好的耐洗效果,使其具有柔软、滑爽丰满、富有弹性的手感。
杀菌剂能够提高涂层的保质期,防止涂层霉变。本发明优选的异噻唑啉酮类杀菌剂对微生物杀生效率高、降解性好,具有不产生残留、操作安全、配伍性好、稳定性强、使用成本低等优点。
抑制剂优选为醋酸、碳酸、柠檬酸等弱酸,其与弱碱性的墨水发生反应,利于提高墨水边界的清晰程度,控制涂层pH值在5-7之间。
润湿剂的水溶性好,有助于提高涂层的渗透速度,提高涂层在基布上的渗透性。
在本发明中,水作为溶剂和助剂的载体,优选为去离子水。
水性聚氨酯能使涂层在基布上形成坚韧柔软且透湿透气的薄膜,能够提高墨水在基布上的附着力。
交联剂配合脂肪族水性聚氨酯分散乳液使用,使水性聚氨酯分子链形成支链结构,显著提高耐水压及耐水性性能,并能够提高墨水在基布上的附着力。
溶剂用于调节涂层的粘度。
相比现有技术,本发明的有益效果在于:
本发明所述的纺织品喷墨印花涂层与基布有很好的结合牢度,能够适用于多种不同的基布上,尤其是纯棉;提高染料墨水在基布的色牢度和颜色亮度,使用该涂层印花的纺织品手感柔软、透气性强,环保、对人体无害。

下面具体实施方式对本发明作进一步详细说明。

实施例5:
一种纺织品喷墨印花涂层,包括以下按质量份数计的组分:
将除了水性聚氨酯和交联剂之外的上述组分按顺序投入物料机在500r/min下搅拌20min使其混合均匀后,加入水性聚氨酯和交联剂在500r/min下搅拌20min,最后使用5μm的滤膜过滤即得纺织品喷墨印花涂层。
产品性能检测:
将上述实施例1~5所制得的涂层与国内某涂层采用爱普生DX5打印头在规格为1440*720的纯棉块上打印后,对纯棉块进行以下性能测试:
1、耐干擦度测试:按照GB/T3921.1-1997进行纺织品色牢度试验测试耐干擦度,标准定为≥3.0级为合格;
2、耐湿擦度测试:按照GB/T3921.1-1997进行耐湿擦度试验测试耐湿擦度,标准定为≥3.0级为合格;
3、颜色鲜艳程度:在D65光源下,图档和光源成45度角,颜色从十分鲜艳、一般鲜艳、颜色普通、颜色略暗、到颜色暗沉无光泽分别为5-1级;
4、边界清晰度测试:涂层喷涂量30ml/平方米,喷涂后30秒打印复合黑色颜色50mm*50mm色块,待干燥后在涂层上边缘向外的渗透情况,标准定为≤1.0mm级为合格;
检测结果如表1所示。

由表1可知,本发明所述的纺织品喷墨印花涂层与国内某涂层相比,对基布具有很好的结合牢度,耐干擦、湿擦牢度优异,能够适用于多种不同的基布上,尤其是纯棉;提高染料墨水在基布的色牢度和颜色亮度,而且打印边界清晰度高,使用该涂层印花的纺织品手感柔软、透气性强,环保、对人体无害。

1.一种纺织品喷墨印花涂层,其特征在于:包括以下按质量份数计的组分:
所述涂层的表面张力为26-34dyn/cm、粘度为6-20厘泊;所述抑制剂选自醋酸、碳酸、柠檬酸中的一种或任意两种以上的混合;所述交联剂为开环温度为90-130℃的脂肪族封闭异氰酸酯固化剂。
