本发明涉及一种金属切削破碎装置,包括接屑漏斗、下旋转刀头、传动密封装置、驱动电机、壳体、支撑架、导屑漏斗、上旋转刀头、上固定刀头、传动轴、下固定刀头、筛板;接屑漏斗内侧上下端分别固定设置有上固定刀头和下固定刀头;接屑漏斗内侧底端环壁面垂直固定设置有筛板;接屑漏斗底部出口连接设置有导屑漏斗;导屑漏斗底面安装有传动密封装置;驱动电机的输出轴与传动密封装置内联轴器相连;传动密封装置另一端连接设置有传动轴;传动轴上下端分别设置有上旋转刀头和下旋转刀头;传动轴穿过筛板并与筛板切面间留有间隙;壳体固定设置在支撑板上。本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,占用空间小,破碎粒度小,维护保养费用低。

一种金属切削破碎装置
技术领域
本发明涉及一种主要应用于机床加工领域的内长条状、团状金属切屑破碎装置。
背景技术
在机床加工领域内,长条状、团状切屑一直是最难处理的切屑,因为体积大,产生落下后很难由常规的排屑装置排出,并且堆放占地面积大,人工操作费时费力并且极为危险。因此这类切屑需要先进行破碎再进行转运、储存。常规金属切屑破碎机(设计之初的目的并不是应用于机床加工领域,多用于垃圾处理领域)如:水平齿辊式破碎机,主要是凭借高转速对金属切屑进行挤压、撕碎操作,由于高速不可避免的会有碎屑飞溅,噪音大,安全隐患大等问题。现在多数企业会将金属切屑破碎工作安置于工厂车间之内,传统金属切屑破碎机碎屑飞溅,噪音大,安全隐患大等问题日益突出。综上所述,机床加工领域长条状、团状切屑破碎是必要的,但是常规技术切屑破碎机很难满足需求。
为此,如何提供一种便捷、高效率的金属破碎装置,是本发明研究的目的。
发明内容
为克服现有技术的不足,本发明提供一种竖直倒锥形状的金属切削破碎装置,是一种新型的依靠齿辊破碎金属切削形式;结构简单、实用便捷;破碎粒度小、保养费用低。
为解决现有技术问题,本发明采用的技术方案是:一种金属切削破碎装置,包括接屑漏斗、下旋转刀头、传动密封装置、驱动电机、壳体、支撑架、导屑漏斗、上旋转刀头、上固定刀头、传动轴、下固定刀头、筛板;所述的接屑漏斗与壳体为螺栓安装一体结构;所述的接屑漏斗内侧上下端分别固定设置有上固定刀头和下固定刀头;所述的接屑漏斗内侧底端固定设置有筛板;所述的接屑漏斗底部出口连接设置有导屑漏斗;所述的导屑漏斗与壳体为焊接一体结构;所述的导屑漏斗底面安装有传动密封装置;所述的传动密封装置包括轴承、联轴器和密封圈;所述的驱动电机的输出轴与传动密封装置的联轴器相连;所述的传动密封装置另一端连接设置有传动轴;所述的传动轴上下端设置有分别与上固定刀头、下固定刀头配合使用的上旋转刀头和下旋转刀头;所述的传动轴穿过筛板伸入接屑漏斗内并与筛板切面间留有间隙;所述的驱动电机与壳体为一体结构;所述的壳体固定设置在支撑架上。
进一步的:所述的下旋转刀头与下固定刀头、上旋转刀头与上固定刀头之间为啮合破碎;所述的上旋转刀头与上固定刀头刀刃啮合间预留间隙可调;所述的下旋转刀头与下固定刀头之间预留间隙小于0.1mm。
进一步的:所述的下旋转刀头、上旋转刀头、上固定刀头、下固定刀头为可拆卸式安装结构。
进一步的:所述的导屑漏斗、接屑漏斗、壳体与各自连接处均防水密封结构设计。
本发明的有益效果是:结构简单,占用空间小,破碎粒度小,维护保养费用低。

下面结合附图1对本发明做进一步分析。
如图1所示:一种金属切削破碎装置,包括接屑漏斗1、下旋转刀头2、传动密封装置3、驱动电机4、壳体5、支撑架6、导屑漏斗7、上旋转刀头8、上固定刀头9、传动轴10、下固定刀头11、筛板12;所述的接屑漏斗1与壳体5为螺栓安装一体结构;所述的接屑漏斗1内侧上下端分别固定设置有上固定刀头9和下固定刀头11;所述的接屑漏斗1内侧底端环壁面垂直固定设置有筛板12;所述的接屑漏斗1底部出口连接设置有导屑漏斗7;所述的导屑漏斗7与壳体5为焊接一体结构;所述的导屑漏斗7底面安装有传动密封装置3;所述的传动密封装置3主要包括轴承、联轴器和密封圈;所述的驱动电机4的输出轴与传动密封装置3内联轴器相连;所述的传动密封装置另一端连接设置有传动轴10;所述的传动轴10上下端分别设置有上旋转刀头8和下旋转刀头2;所述的传动轴10穿过筛板并与筛板切面间留有间隙;所述的驱动电机4与壳体5为一体结构;所述的壳体固定设置在支撑板6上。
其中:接屑漏斗1与壳体5为螺栓安装一体结构,接屑漏斗1与上固定刀头9为安装一体结构,接屑漏斗1与下固定刀头11为安装一体结构,接屑漏斗1与筛板12为安装一体结构,下旋转刀头2与传动轴10为安装一体结构,传动密封装置3(含轴承、联轴器、密封圈等)安装在导屑漏斗14底面上,驱动电机4输出轴与传动密封装置3内联轴器相连,驱动电机4与壳体5安装一体,壳体5与导屑漏斗14为焊接一体结构,上旋转刀头8与传动轴10为安装一体结构。
特别的:下旋转刀头2,上旋转刀头8,上固定刀头9,下固定刀头11均为安装结构,安装与更换极为方便;驱动电机4转速低,避免切屑飞溅,减小噪音;
导屑漏斗7,接屑漏斗1,壳体5本身与各自连接处均防水密封,避免随切屑一同进入的切削液泄露;上旋转刀头8与上固定刀头9之间预留间隙较大,既可将切屑进行一次破碎,又能避免剪力过大,损坏刀具;下旋转刀头2与下固定刀头11之间预留间隙小于0.1mm,避免软质切屑挤压进入损坏刀头,并且保持两刀头之间产生的剪力。
本发明的工作原理为:驱动电机4带动传动轴10转动,安装在传动轴10上的下旋转刀头2与上旋转刀头8随着传动轴10一起转动,破碎前长屑14进入接屑漏斗1,破碎前长屑14落入固定的上固定刀头9、下固定刀头11与旋转的上旋转刀头8、下旋转刀头2之间,通过固定刀头与旋转刀头之间啮合剪力作用将破碎前长屑14绞碎,破碎后碎屑13为经过筛板12过滤后符合破碎粒度要求的碎屑,经过初次破碎但未达到破碎粒度要求的切屑不能通过筛板12,在筛板12上方旋转的下旋转刀头2与固定的下固定刀11头剪力作用下继续被剪碎,直至达到破碎粒度要求,通过筛板12并经由导屑漏斗14排出。
本发明打破了传统依靠齿辊破碎金属切屑形式;占用空间小,可布置在现有各种机床排屑器机头下方;破碎粒度小,破碎完成后粒度小于30mm,切屑可连同切削液一同使用涡旋泵排出;破碎原理为剪切力将切屑剪碎,因此刀盘转速低,噪音小,无切屑飞溅现象;结构简单新颖,维护保养费用低;可以处理拉伸强度达到1000N/mm²或以上的其他合金钢材。

1.一种金属切削破碎装置,其特征在于:包括接屑漏斗、下旋转刀头、传动密封装置、驱动电机、壳体、支撑架、导屑漏斗、上旋转刀头、上固定刀头、传动轴、下固定刀头、筛板;所述的接屑漏斗与壳体为螺栓安装一体结构;所述的接屑漏斗内侧上下端分别固定设置有上固定刀头和下固定刀头;所述的接屑漏斗内侧底端固定设置有筛板;所述的接屑漏斗底部出口连接设置有导屑漏斗;所述的导屑漏斗与壳体为焊接一体结构;所述的导屑漏斗底面安装有传动密封装置;所述的传动密封装置主要包括轴承、联轴器和密封圈;所述的驱动电机的输出轴与传动密封装置内联轴器相连;所述的传动密封装置另一端连接设置有传动轴;所述的传动轴上下端设置有分别与上固定刀头、下固定刀头配合使用的上旋转刀头和下旋转刀头;所述的下旋转刀头、上旋转刀头、上固定刀头、下固定刀头为可拆卸式安装结构;所述的下旋转刀头与下固定刀头、上旋转刀头与上固定刀头之间为啮合破碎;所述的上旋转刀头与上固定刀头刀刃啮合间预留间隙可调;所述的下旋转刀头与下固定刀头之间预留间隙小于0.1mm;所述的传动轴穿过筛板伸入接屑漏斗内并与筛板切面间留有间隙;所述的驱动电机与壳体为一体结构;所述的壳体固定设置在支撑架上。
