技术领域
本发明属于陶瓷技术领域,具体涉及一种低温裂纹釉及其制备方法。
背景技术
裂纹釉是指陶瓷制品的釉层上具有细小的裂纹,它使陶瓷制品具有特定的艺术效果而得到人们的青睐。一般在烧釉时,1100℃左右属于低温烧成,1200℃左右属于中温烧成,1300℃左右属于高温烧成,目前大多数的裂纹釉烧成时均属于中高温烧成,高温烧成虽然可以保证良好的裂纹效果,但是多数裂纹釉料适应快速高温烧成的能力较差,残次品较多,成本较高。
发明内容
针对上述技术问题,本发明提供一种低温裂纹釉及其制备方法,降低生产成本。
本发明的技术方案为:
低温裂纹釉,由以下方法制备所得:
以下原料按照质量份数配比:长石75-90份、石英15-25份、重质碳酸钙48-52份、轻质碳酸钙15-20份、熔块50-70份、氧化锌25~30、碳酸铜15-20份;
熔块包括以下成分,按照质量份数:氧化铝0.5~1份、硼砂10~20、氧化锌3-5份、氧化钠2-5份,钠长石17~21份。
上述配料与水混合后进行研磨,研磨后出筒过筛,再加水稀释至60~65波美度制得釉浆。
本发明提供的低温裂纹釉及其制备方法,在较低温下烧成裂纹釉,节能,成品率高,具有显著的裂纹效果。

熔块包括以下成分,按照质量份数:氧化铝0.5份、硼砂14、氧化锌5份、氧化钠4份,钠长石19份。
上述配料与水混合后进行研磨,研磨后出筒过筛,再加水稀释至60~65波美度制得釉浆。
