技术领域：
本发明涉及防爆起重机，特别涉及防爆起重机的行车轮。
背景技术：
现有技术中，防爆起重机的行车轮为一体结构，使用一段时间后行车轮由于变形、生锈等而需要进行更换，更滑时需要更换整个行车轮，其成本较高；现有的行车轮还存在由于生锈与主梁摩擦产生火花的安全隐患。
发明内容：
本申请人针对现有技术存在的上述缺点，进行研究和设计，提供一种防爆起重机的分体式安全行车轮结构，其具有结构简单、更换成本低、工作安全的特点。
为了解决上述问题，本发明采用如下方案：
一种防爆起重机的分体式安全行车轮结构，包括轮体，所述轮体包括相互套置的内环轮及外环轮，内环轮带有内环，外环轮带有外环，所述内环套置于外环中；内环及外环的端面分别通过螺钉与外环轮及内环轮固连；
所述外环的外壁根部带有挤压环槽，外环上套置有封闭所述挤压环槽的接触环，接触环由不锈钢材质制成。
本发明的技术效果在于：
本发明的结构简单，通过内环轮与外环轮组合，工作时外环轮与主梁表面接触，需要更换时只需更换外环轮即可，从而降低更换成本；采用接触环结构，杜绝传统行车轮生锈产生火花的安全隐患，提高工作安全性。

如图1所示，本实施例的防爆起重机的分体式安全行车轮结构，包括轮体，轮体包括相互套置的内环轮1及外环轮2，内环轮1带有内环11，外环轮2带有外环21，内环11套置于外环21中；内环11及外环21的端面分别通过螺钉3与外环轮2及内环轮1固连；
外环21的外壁根部带有挤压环槽22，外环21上套置有封闭挤压环槽22的接触环4，接触环4由不锈钢材质制成。

1.一种防爆起重机的分体式安全行车轮结构，包括轮体，其特征在于：所述轮体包括相互套置的内环轮(1)及外环轮(2)，内环轮(1)带有内环(11)，外环轮(2)带有外环(21)，所述内环(11)套置于外环(21)中；内环(11)及外环(21)的端面分别通过螺钉(3)与外环轮(2)及内环轮(1)固连；
所述外环(21)的外壁根部带有挤压环槽(22)，外环(21)上套置有封闭所述挤压环槽(22)的接触环(4)，接触环(4)由不锈钢材质制成。
