一种聚乳酸纤维空气层面料
技术领域
本发明属于纺织技术领域,涉及一种纺织面料,特别是一种聚乳酸纤维空气层面料。
背景技术
聚乳酸纤维CornFiber(PLA纤维)是以玉米、木薯等植物淀粉为原料,经益生菌发酵转化成乳酸再经聚合、纺丝而制成的生物质纤维,生产过程对环境无害、无污染。近几年来,在纺织服装行业,聚乳酸纤维开始受到人们的重视。该纤维具有良好的生物可降解性,如果废弃后掩埋堆肥,几个月便会降解为二氧化碳和水,回归大自然,不污染环境。而且资源可再生,同时还具有良好的生物相容性和生物可吸收性,是一种完全生态环保型的纺织新材料。但是,由于当前纺织技术的局限,聚乳酸纤维手感硬,怕高温,无法兼具较好的亲肤性和保暖隔热效果。
发明内容
本发明的目的是针对现有技术存在的上述问题,提出了一种手感好、保暖隔热效果好、亲肤性好的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料。
本发明的目的可通过下列技术方案来实现:一种聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,其特征在于,包括内层、外层和设置于内外层之间的连接层,所述的外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,所述的内层采用纯纺聚乳酸纤维纱线织造而成,所述的连接层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝将内层和外层连接在一起。
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述的外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝针织而成。
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述外层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为20~200D。
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述连接层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为20~100D。
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述内层的纱线为100%聚乳酸纤维。
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述内层的纱线采用聚乳酸纤维与其他天然纤维混纺而成,其中聚乳酸纤维的质量百分比含量为10~90%,其余为天然纤维。
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述内层的纱线支数为20s~120s
在上述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料中,所述的天然纤维为天丝、Modal纤维、竹纤维、竹碳纤维、蚕丝、棉纤维、羊绒其中的一种或多种。
与现有技术相比,本聚乳酸纤维空气层面料具有如下优点:1)、外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,具有手感爽滑、光泽度好的优点;2)、内层采用纯纺或混纺纱线织造而成,具有柔软舒适亲肤性好的优点;3)、连接层将内层和外层连接形成空气层,具有良好的保暖效果;4)、采用聚乳酸纤维,具有纯天然抑菌、无致敏性的优点,其生物质纤维具有滑爽、透气、排汗、止痒、抑菌、亲肤等保健功效。

以下是本发明的具体实施例并结合附图,对本发明的技术方案作进一步的描述,但本发明并不限于这些实施例。
实施例1
如图1所示,本聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,包括内层1、外层2和设置于内外层之间的连接层3,所述的外层采用100%纯聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,外层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为50D\60D\100D,内层采用纯聚乳酸纤维纱线织造而成,内层的纱线支数为50s\80s\120s;所述的连接层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝将内层和外层连接在一起,连接层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为30D\40D。
本聚乳酸纤维空气层面料具有如下优点:1)、外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,具有手感爽滑、光泽度好的优点;2)、内层采用纯纺纱线织造而成,具有柔软舒适亲肤性好的优点;3)、连接层将内层和外层连接形成空气层,具有良好的保暖效果;4)、采用聚乳酸纤维,具有纯天然抑菌、无致敏性的优点,其生物质纤维具有滑爽、透气、排汗、止痒、抑菌、亲肤等保健功效。
实施例2
如图1所示,本聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,包括内层1、外层2和设置于内外层之间的连接层3,所述的外层采用100%纯聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,外层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为30D\50D\60D\100D,内层采用纯聚乳酸纤维或与其他天然纤维混纺而成,其中聚乳酸纤维的质量百分比含量为10~90%,其余为天然纤维,所述的天然纤维为天丝、Modal纤维、竹纤维、竹碳纤维、绢丝、棉纤维及羊绒中的一种或多种,内层的纱线支数为50s\80s\120s;所述的连接层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝将内层和外层连接在一起,连接层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为30D\40D。
本聚乳酸纤维空气层面料具有如下优点:1)、外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,具有手感爽滑、光泽度好的优点;2)、内层采用混纺纱线织造而成,具有柔软舒适亲肤性好的优点;3)、连接层将内层和外层连接形成空气层,具有良好的保暖效果;4)、采用聚乳酸纤维,具有纯天然抑菌、无致敏性的优点,其植物源纤维具有滑爽、透气、排汗、止痒、抗菌抑菌、亲肤护肤等养生保健功效。

1.一种聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,其特征在于,包括内层、外层和设置于内外层之间的连接层,所述的外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝织造而成,所述的内层采用纯纺聚乳酸纤维纱线织造而成,所述的连接层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝将内层和外层连接在一起。
2.根据权利要求1所述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,其特征在于,所述的外层采用聚乳酸纤维长丝针织而成。
3.根据权利要求2所述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,其特征在于,所述外层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为20~200D。
4.根据权利要求1所述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,其特征在于,所述连接层的聚乳酸纤维长丝规格为20~100D。
5.根据权利要求1所述的聚乳酸纤维空气层面料,其特征在于,所述内层的纱线为100%聚乳酸纤维。
